I am very pleased with my purchase at Centsible Auto sales . The salesman Randy was very curteous , friendly and not pushy at all . I found the car i was looking for for months at Centsible and within 2 days i was driving it . I would recommend the people at Centsible. When I needed a car after my accident, Centsible Auto was a great place to get a new car. The man who help pick our car there was nice and let us see a couple of car that fit our budget and was perfect match for my growing family. If you need a car I would recommend them every time. Needed a new car after my old one blew the head gasket. Came here looking for a new car for school and they recommended me a great car that is very reliable. The service was great and supportive. I am very pleased with my purchase.

This was the easiest, most pleasant auto purchase we've ever been through. We interacted with most of the staff and everyone was very friendly and laid back. Other dealers may advertise a "no pressure" approach, but these guys live it out for real. We got the car we've been looking for at a very good price. Within a few weeks of buying it we took a 2500 mile road trip and it performed perfectly. We highly recommend Centsible Auto!

Purchased a 28 thousand dollor truck from them next day the rear end I was told was just repaired started leaking fluid axel seal I was told was replaced still leaking clunking in the transmission was told it s just the mileage on the truck it s a 2014 diesel pickup 240k is nothing I asked them to please pull the trans pan and check to make sure it s not full of shavings they refused because they know there is something messed up inside I ve tried to be nice even offered to work somthing out weather they pay labor and I cover parts eaither way was fine with me but there unwillingness to make it right has forced our hands into now being out more money to hire an attorney we have already contacted the finance company and they have launched there own investigation because we where told they would not offer a warranty by the dealer come to find out that was also a lie if the dealer decides to make things right I will retract my statement and tell the world they made things right we where going to purchase another vehicle from them but knowing what we do now no way the 5 hours I sat in the shop they had 3 people bring back recently purchased vehicles with problems.. update they sent a letter offering to return our money and take the truck back minus a ton of fees so they could sell the vehicle to another person with the same issues it has now after being told no that was not going to happen because it s not fair that someone else would be having the same problems as we are and let s be clear blake attempted to call my wife one time then when we returned the call he had another employee return my call and at that time I offered to split the cost with them on the repairs this was met with a certified letter from them trying to refund us we have had the truck repaired already by a reputable dealer and have obtained counsel to settle this we will not just go away. our fault for not wanting this same thing to happen to another person on the same vehicle

Salesmen make promises they can't keep. They guarantee you a car and while you're getting finance approved, they sell it to someone else.

Would not recommend. They sold us a 2009 Toyota Sequoia last year, not even 6 months later we thought the transmission went out. Turned out that it was a part no longer made. Damn near impossible if not impossible to find, have yet to find the part, it s been about 10 months since it broke down. I ve had friends search in other states at wrecking yards, no luck, bought 2 similar fuel pump modules. Don t work (not to be confused with a fuel pump) needless to say I m out a vehicle, and $12,500 . Not including the mechanics cost. Don t let the 4.5 fool you. They offer a free oil change to anyone who leaves a 5 review. Not to mention there s a car with a similar outcome, that wrote on every window of their car that CENTSIBLE AUTO is an awful dealership to buy from. I m sure some of their vehicles are decent, but they won t hesitate to sell a vehicle knowing they ll screw the buyer just to make a buck. Use caution when buying from these folks. Do your research and make sure you get a second opinion. If you ask me I d go with any other dealer ship. Good luck.

Everyone I talked to was really nice, and helpful for any questions I had. No pressure to buy at all, test drove two cars and left the same day with the second one. Overall great customer service. Thank you centsible auto.

I personally have not had an issue with Centsible Auto, even with the purchases I've made in the past, along with my wife, mother and brother. I wish I could give this dealership 0 stars. Worst experience ever!! Bought a car last year that they claimed the timing belt was just replaced. Two days later it broke and we had to replace. I called and they said it was as Is there is nothing they can do. They proceeded to call over a year later and tell my that my insurance isn t good enough and that they must have missed it for over a year. Someone isn t doing their job right! Hands down worst experience I ve ever had at any place I ve been to. They claim their cars have been through service but they clear haven t. Never trust this place. Very shady people. I know many employees have left because they have too much self respect to work for such a shady place that scam you for your money.

I waited to make this review to see how the car managed after I bought it. So far I have had one part that needed to be replaced, but the Auto Shop team was able to get it in hastily and fix it up. My first car buying experience with Censible went very smoothly, and because of the accommodations they made, I was able to walk out that day with a car that I like and that suits my needs.

I bought my car here on March 8, 2023. A 2013 Nissan Sentra SR. The same day I bought it the airbag light turned on. It's been a month and it's still not resolved even though service tore apart the whole dash and spent an entire eight hours on the car, replacing the airbag sensor. Even though the sensor has been fixed, the light is still on, preventing the passenger side air bag from working, and the code that comes up says it has to be fixed by Nissan. I am still driving the car but the passenger side airbag, in case of an accident, will not deploy.Until Nissan has an opening to fix the code that it's throwing, after the car has already been repaired, I won't be 100% satisfied. I am definitely satisfied that centsible auto is picking up the tab, holding true to their word. Thanks!UPDATE: They could not fiX the air bag light.. The car even went to Nissan and they said it was electrical and sensible. Auto could not find the problem.Therefore I had to exchange my car for another one and that created a $3200 loan that I did not want. They gave me a 5 year/100,000 mile warranty on a 2015 Chrysler 200 S with a 199942 miles for $12,995, $3206 more than my initial purchase. We will see what happens.

When I walked through the door. It was cool and peaceful yet I was a little nervous about buying a car. I walked over and said "I'm looking to buy a car." The gentleman at the counter introduced me to a salesman and the first auto he showed me was basically what I was looking for minus the rear wheel drive. We made a deal and now I have a fantastic vip potential luxury classical styled up car. They financed me with my credit nowhere above 514. More like 0. I now have a great payment plan we can all be static about. I would suggest looking here first or last at least because it's worth it.

Our purchase of a vehicle from Centsible Auto Sales was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Brian greeted us in the yard and answered a few questions. Then we returned a few days later to test drive and make the purchase and he was there to assist with a smile and pleasant visit. The other staff members were just as pleasant. A friendly place to buy a vehicle!

Scam artists. Ive only driven this car for 6 months out of 15 because the TCM went out a month into owning it. Not Fords fault but every car of this model has the same thing happen so its an extremely backed up recall. That took half a year. Before that, a sensor went out and today, the suspension went out. Thanks guys. Superior at hiding the truth. Everyone is having a hard to making it, why add to it? I'd feel so guilty.

I had been trying to get financing from other places with no luck. I went to Centsible and told them what I could afford, and they were able to get me financing and showed me cars that would work with it. They were very patient with me and I was able to drive away with my new used car that day.
