Wife was stranded on a dark night to East 6 MI West of West Glacier stuck on the side of the road no one to help her I called bolsters Towing that in their ad set 24 hours don't believe it suggest you go elsewhere I've rated Green Toe of five because they helped my wife out.This is a fully truthful review! This company came out and helped me with my Big truck when no other company within a 100 radius could. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and got me back up and running within a few minutes. I highly recommend this company if you're in need of vehicle service!

They could not ha e done a better job taking care of us! Our RV bearing on a rear axel went bad,locked up that wheel and blew the tire on 93 south. Folks were kind and stopped but not something you fix along the way. Dennise and Todd arrived and 45 min later we were on our way to a repair shop. Excellent service!

I am very grateful for the help I received from Bolsters towing.. Dale did a great job of getting me going and also made sure that I made it safely to my residence. I do not think that I could ve been treated any better than I was. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you.

While out on a job, our service technician slid our 1- ton truck off the road during a snowstorm in December. Bolster's came quickly, and got us back on the road in no time! Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable driver. They charged us a very fair price, even during a snowstorm.Bolster's will be our first call every time!Service: Special vehicle towing

I highly recommend Bolster's! Almost 3 hours on the phone with my Roadside Service and 3 OTHER tow trucks dispatched only to have them call and say they couldn't tow me.Todd was amazing, highly professional and polite. I had been in a panic after being turned down 3 times. My RV was on the beach at the Middle Fork near Essex and wouldn't start. I had to call 911 who contacted Bolster's. I'm so glad they did.Todd could see I was a panicky mess and his friendly personality and tactful joking is what I needed to calm down.I had some issues with payment, my own fault, but Todd and Tina worked with my Roadside Service to get payment.Don't even bother with the other guys. I don't leave reviews often-- the experience has to be exceptional in any regard. Nobody calls for a tow because they're having a good day and Bolster's was able to make my day just that much better. Todd had to come to our rescue and get out truck back to the Bolster lot. He was absolutely fantastic, he was so kind to us and so professional. We had to leave our truck at their yards and he made sure we got everything we needed and even took us to the airport to get a rental! We waited 4 hours for a tow truck recommended by our insurance company. We gave up and called bolsters and within half hour they got us out of the snow bank and got us on our way. Don't make our mistake, call Bolsters first.They really care.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

The people at this company went out of their way to help me in my emergency. I had waited, in a parking lot for a tow from the AAA. They finally told me that they couldn't help me after getting me to a motel for the night. AAA told me to see if I couldn't find my own tow and then submit it for reimbursement. I called Bolster's and the lady who answered was kind and patient. She listened to my whole story and then agreed to send out a tow to help me with my motorcycle that had left me stranded in Whitefish and I live in Libby. It would have been a $750 tow. Right after I agreed, AAA called and said that they had finally found someone that they were contracted with to come and get me. I called back and cancelled and she was entirely gracious, even though the truck had already left the yard. And then, do you know what she did? She called me to make sure that I had made it home ok. You don't find customer service like that any more!I highly recommend these folks, they have HEART!!!

Our service truck broke down and they were the only ones willing to tow it to the shop. Fair prices. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do they will be the first ones I call. Service truck is back on the road in tip top shape. Thank you!!

If you are ever in need of a vehicle tow in the Kalispell area, call Bolster's Towing for help. I normally use AAA but, unfortunately, AAA does not dispatch Bolster's. Whoever AAA uses locally had my husband and I waiting for 45 minutes before telling us that our wait would be "at least an hour longer." Our disabled truck died at the base of a snow-slushy hill on a road with no shoulder (Meridian at Three Mile) in 32� temps just when a winter storm warning was going into effect. Yesterday was one of the few times I've ever used my smart phone's browser app to find someone else to call. Glad I did, because Bolster's driver, Dennis, was fast, efficient, and professional.

We had a bad snow storm my husband and I got stuck on the way home. So we called bolsters to see when they could come tow us out (we have done a lot of business with them over the years with my family. I will not mention names because my family and their buisness have nothing to do with it.) long story short when I called to ask what time they could come help us (I figured they were busy and was in no hurry) her response to me was I should not have been driving down that road..... I was so angry/shocked! Who are you to tell me what road I should be on and how the hell else was I to get home? I have them two stars because I believe Dennis has done well for himself as a business owner and hope that he continues to grow with the Valley. But I gave a low rating because his daughter needs to learn how to speak to customers.

Called last night for a quote and the guy quoted me $85 for a special tow so I told him I would call him back when I could come up with the money. Gave him a call an hour later and he straight laughed at me and said we aren t going to send a truck out to you. Absolutely appalled. Will be filing a formal complaint.

Went off the road, so I called them for assistance. The guy who answered the phone asked if I was driving east to west roads and I said yes. He said everyone in Montana knows not to drive east to west. And then proceeded to tell me that he wouldn't be able to help me. Not sure how I would have made it home only driving north to south roads. Extremely rude and not helpful.

Not prepared to do certain jobs.very unprofessional.my friend was having his fifth wheel moved and the didnt have the proper attachments and were rude when it came to correcting my friend.and then the driver sped away which is not ok..pur speed limit at that trailer park was 5 maybe 10 miles an hour and the driver was going at least 25.there are children and seniors there..and signs posted everywhere..not cool guys
