In the past, I always had great service. Since the change of ownership and management. Not so good. My phone screen broke, I placed the claim with my insurance company. (Who will only use batteries and bulbs). I have gotten the runaround for almost two weeks. Nobody there has done anything they said they would do, including the manager and three other people that I talked to. A simple phone call would have been very nice to tell me they don't have the part they can't get the part. Instead the manager tells me it is there when it wasn't. I left my phone early in the morning called in the evening to get it. That's when I find out the part was never there. Then they told me it would be there Friday. Today is Saturday. I have called all day. Nobody has answered. I left a message. Nobody called back period I'm done. I used to love to go in there. I will never, ever go back. They may be great with batteries and things, but their phone repair service is terrible. I have ended up having to send my phone and get a recondition one that hopefully will be the same. And now it is costing me an additional 70.00 to have to get a replacement phone.

Have been trying to get a phone screen replaced for 2 months. Every time I call or stop in, I m told the screen is ordered and will be here in 1-2 weeks only to find that there is no record of the order when I check back 2 weeks later.Finally get a call that the screen is in and they will need the phone for the entire day to fix. Drop it off at opening and pick up at 5pm only to find out at end of day that the screen ordered was the wrong size.Good news, they duck taped the old shattered screen back on so I can use it and was told the manager personally drove to great falls to pick up the right screen and I could bring it back to be repaired the next day. Called to confirm they had the screen the next day, and the manager never did go to great falls, and has no idea what I was talking about. BTW ordered the screen from said manager in person twice. Unfortunately they are the only option in town. Will be taking my business to Missoula unfortunately.

This place has the best customer service. They have a large selection of various batteries and they are very helpful. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

Went in to get a battery for key fob and clerk took it from me and installed the battery without giving me a price also did the same for wife s. Installation took all of a couple of minutes. Was flabbergasted when he said that it would be $30.00. $10.00 for labor and $20.00 for batteries. A two pack of Duracell batteries is $9.00 so why didn t he use them. I was planning to buy a $200.00 truck battery. The whole transaction was very poorly handled, in fact I left feeling like I had been scammed. Dennis Wutke Kalispell Montana.

Every time I call I go to voice-mail, and of course it's full. When I go in the staff are just standing around staring at the walls. They are so rude and not helpful at all. Only reason I deal with them is because my phone insurance sends me here for new phone screens. Unfortunately it apparently now takes weeks to get a phone screen in. I'm wondering if they have even ordered it yet.

Went in to get a replacement battery for my car FOB. In the past, I've always gotten them replaced at other Batteries Plus locations and they've always been just a few bucks. This time I was told it would be $15. I'm well aware how much inflation & rising labor costs are affecting the price of everything, but I was truly surprised by this. When I asked how much for the battery and how much for the labor, I was was told it was $6 for the battery ($2.50 at Walmart, Lowes, etc.) and $9 for installation (which took less than one minute). When I commented that the installation fee seemed excessive ($540/hr labor), there was an older lady who came in for the same thing and she said that price was ridiculous. The supervisor/manager then stepped in and said if she didn't like it she should go somewhere else. I paid the $15 and left. The younger gentleman that helped me was very nice/helpful, but if the management suggests going elsewhere... then I recommend everyone go elsewhere for their batteries & bulbs. They used to be my go to place, but now they are grossly overpriced and rude.

I have the best experience whenever I go here! Everyone I have spoken with is so nice and knowledgeable. I came in a couple weeks ago because I needed to get my battery tested and Christopher helped me with such enthusiasm you rarely see these days. He was incredibly kind and noticed that the terminals on my battery were corroded. He cleaned them for me after testing my battery and finding it to still be good. I will be getting all of my battery needs from here for a long time.

The staff is wonderful! Not only did they go out to my car, and measure to find the correct wind shield wipers I need, but they installed the news ones on, and discarded of the old ones! The store was clean, and organized as well.

This place is amazing! Went in for a very specific watch battery, they had it, and then I noticed that they fix cracked cell phone cases. So I got my phone fixed! Then I saw decorative bulbs that I like for my lamps. But wait, there's more. I plan to go back and get a new key fob for my car! Unbelievable! The folks there were super nice as well. So so happy to have discovered this business.

Super great place to get your phone fixed. Been in multiple times. Very cheap price compared to other places, and they fix your phone by the end of the day (from my experience), but usually even within just a few hours! Very friendly staff too.

In from out of town and shattered my phone. The guys at Batteries Plus were able to get the screen replaced for a reasonable price SAME DAY. Seriously saved me from A LOT of hassle and kept our trip on track. Thank you so much for your AMAZING customer service.

Contact with store after online order made 3 to 4 times.. They initiated the first one to share back order info with apology and assured me they would call as soon as item was in. I followed up with them throughout the summer.. Each and every interaction with guys at the store was a friendly, professional, informative and genuinely neighborly conversation which I very much appreciated. They did call as soon as battery was in.. again with great apologies. *** This is an old recommendation but Batteries Plus Bulbs continue to be a go to service for us and we frequently recommend to family and friends.***

Zach was great, cut a new key for my Colorado and made sure it was programmed correctly. Great work and half of what the dealer would ve charged for a key.

These guys know car batteries. They guarantee theirs and they are really good about the warranties. They tested my battery and helped me find what I needed. Since the battery was still good they even charged it up for me. Definitely recommend these guys when it comes to batteries.

Very rude, 2 customers in store and myself and one guy definitely had a chip because I didn't want to leave my stuff and come back I said I'd rather wait or just come back another time.

Prices are pretty reasonable and they carry a ton of Made in the USA batteries. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Nick was the person that helped me replace a car battery, he went way over and beyond. The visit should have taken 2 minutes but the screw rusted out inside the clamp holding the battery changed that. Nick was amazing in taking the time to replace and fix that piece when many other stores would have just told me I was SOL. Kudos to Nick and give him a bonus, not that many people have that work ethic anymore.

DON"T get a key FOB from them. I did and they can't program it, so they refunded the programming fee (60$) but not the cost of the FOB (140$) because they blamed my truck as the cause of the programming issue. Now every other place in town I'm going to have to pay double or triple to get them to do it with no guarantee it will work. Thanks for nothing!! PLUS they laser cut the key before testing if the programming would work or not.

Walked in and the person was at the counter with another customer. We were able to get what we needed quickly...he knew his product and inventory. Also disposed of the old battery as well Very efficient and somewhat friendly. Was busy but still smiling and keeping the customers accommodated.

Good customer service and very friendly and informative. Excellent price and great to see item in stock first. Got extra information about other products and salesman also invited us back and to contact if questions about installing batteries. Salesman also carried batteries out to my car.

Great place. Super fast and easy. Had the best price on my glass matte truck battery. Ordered it online and it was ready for pickup at the store 15 minutes later. AWESOME!

I have had superb service every time I've gone into your store! In fact, I told a friend of mine that you were replacing the battery in my phone, and we looked at the life of her battery, and she's going to be needing a new battery too! Hopefully, she'll come in to see you.
