We have a car that has been a pain getting back together. Joe had been honest and helpful. They have the best prices in town and is honest and straight to the point. You can tell this business cares about their customers and services they provide. The last thing we needed some was the ac condenser and the first one we put in had a hole. My husband left for the military and Joe had been very helpful with me to finish the car being put back together. Great customer service!Service: Air conditioning

I recently took my 2005 Volvo into West Side Wrench. I had a coolant leak that I assumed was pretty bad. The guys squeezed me in as soon as they could and diagnosed the leak. It turns out it was a fairly slow leak from the water pump. They didn't try and sell me on replacing it right away as they thought there was still some life left and it being an expensive fix due to labor costs. However, I don't want to find myself stuck on the side of the road so I had them do it as soon as was convenient for them. I have found them to be an honest, fair priced and more than competent shop! Thanks for providing me with a quality and trustworthy service! I will be back for sure!

These guys are great! I needed my brake sensors replaced, so I was looking for a new mechanic in town and I thought I would give these guys a try. The mechanic, Joe, got me in right away, had a diagnosis and quote for me within the hour, and had me patched up and ready to the next morning. He did exactly the work he had described and the price was dead on. Haven't had any issues with it since then. I have taken my vehicle to him 2 other times (for unrelated issues) as well as sending both of my brothers to them, all having similar experiences. Pricing was average, customer service was exceptional.

This place is great! They got our Jeep in right away; diagnosed and repaired the ignition same day. The price was very reasonable and they even fixed our funky driver's seat no charge! I would definitely recommend West Side Wrench.

Highly recommend. I was traveling from Glacier NP to Yellowstone and stopped in Helena as my truck was running hot. They got me in right away (I lucked out as they had a cancellation), fixed up and back on the road quickly. Great, honest guys and very reasonable repair costs.

By far an absolute great shop. From the owners to the mechanics joe and lance you couldn't ask for a better place to take your vehicles for routine maintenance or major breakdown repairs. They are up front and honest about everything. They take the time to explain everything so everyone can understand it and make the best informed decisions in their repair needs. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I trust Joe and will always take my car here. He does great work, stands behind his repairs, communicates well, and has reasonable prices. If you always wished you "had a guy" now you do! Be sure to get a sunglasses doodad to hang on your visor so his number is handy!

Joe Reddy is the Mechanic/Manager and from my experience with the guy I would readily give him the title of Master Mechanic. He and Lance are not out to deceive anyone. They will keep you informed of what is being done and any problems they come across before repairing and then billing you out later. I highly recommend these guys.

Excellent service, fair price. No upsell, no baloney. Very timely, good communicationI highly recommend West Side Wrench. Talk to Joe, the manager, or Lance. Great to have an independent shop on the west side of town. This is my place for our vehicles now.

Joe was a life saver! I was passing through town and ran into mechanical trouble. They had me back up and running fast. He was honest about what happened and what needed to be done. Would definitely go here again if I was a local.

Have my vehicle serviced at this place should have been done right the first time.. Had my breaks done 6 months ago. For a caliper that was seizing my breaks and rotors. The whole problem was my caliper. They did not fix the problem. Henceforth having to pay more money for a job that should have been done right the first time. I do not recommend this place AT ALL!

West Side Wrench was referred to us by a friend in Lincoln and We were on vacation. Our engine light came on and heater was going out.We called and told Joe and West Side we need it done in 2 days. They looked at it the next day and had a new radiator in in by the end of day.The Yukon is old and there were lots of little holes on the bottom of the radiator leaking fluid.Thanks West Side Wrench
