Went to get oil change. Was in store for 9 minutes before I was called back to automotive center. The tech tells me he s refusing to service my car cause he can t get the hood open. Ok I was confused told him I d had it open the day before. Went to lot pulled the lever and opened the hood. Turns out the rocket scientist was pulling the wrong lever. NOT a person I want doing ANYTHING to my vehicle.

Battery replacement under warranty: an hour, start to finish including testing the old battery. Would have been faster but I forgot to leave them the keys, and their software isn't user friendly.

Last night I showed up 6 minutes before closing with a very fast leaking tire .... despite it being a Friday night and minutes from closing they stayed and fixed my tire for me. They fixed a few things for me actually and washed my windows . I am so thankful for these kind men! Perhaps they may not always be able to stay late but, the integrity of their character is not something in question for me. 5 stars I will be back! I am so thankful!Service: Tires

I would give negative stars if I could, Do not go to this business and get any work done on your vehicle. I was warned about going to Walmart and getting my oil changed. I decided to try them since they are way cheaper! Worst mistake on my part, I trusted this business and continued to get my oil changed.Recently I attempted to get my oil changed,both times I was turned down because of staffing shortage. Sure no problem I understand that, I had to go to Jiffy Lube because everyone else was closed. Jiffy Lube changed my oil and told me whoever changed my oil last stripped my drain plug, I will need it re threaded or a new oil pan. I contacted the mechanic I like to that my vehicle to and he advised me to contact Walmart and file a claim because this was going to cost my $700.00!! Walmart Claims contacted me today and starts saying this is why you should take your car to only one place, you should have called that night you found out (even though I contacted them I believe one or two days later, I have work and a schedule and life and I shouldn't even have to work this into my schedule) She put it on me. She said because Jiffy Lube got rid of the evidence Walmart can't pay it out. Are you kidding me?! I chose to go to Walmart because of the discount on oil changes and now I have a $700.00 bill I have to pay for a new oil pan. Worst mistake I ever made was thinking Walmart was better than that. I grew up with Walmart they used to be the coolest store now I hate everything about them. BEWARE of the work you get done on your vehicle and going to this company. I will continue tell anyone who says they are going to Walmart my story and how they don't treat their customers right or fair. How untrustworthy they are. Website says automotive shop is open at 7 am, but signs outside say 8 am. Let's get it together shall we? Wouldn't have driven out here yet if the website was correct.

Dropped of my car in the morning to get four new tires put on. Picked it up at 6:45pm at my on scheduling. People gotta work the 8 to 5 gig. For a first time going here, it was pretty self guided. The staff were helpful and responsive. The estimate was just a few dollars off, but nothing really worth mentioning.

the shop staff does good, but the old man clerk was rude. didn't help me for 10 minutes after asking if i was picking up my vehicle. he then acted as if i was rude when i finally asked could you please ring me up. but you can't beat the price so i will be back.

I waited for over an hour to pay my oil change bill and no one showed up to process it. When I finally payed for it through self check out and grabbed a mechanic to give me my keys I found out they had left my truck unlocked behind the auto service center.

2.5 hours for 4 tires when no one was in front of me. Got there at 9. Took 14 minutes just to get my car in the system. Took another hour to have it started to be worked on. And another hour and a half to finish. If my employees milked my clock like that they wouldn't have a job

Stopped for oil change. The guys were very nice . They went above and beyond to help me. Did agreat job.

I got my all season tires swaped with winter tires here. N then later went to get headlights and foglight changed to LED. LED was purchased or of store. Not being a nissan service center It took them time how to change the bulbs, still the mechanic tum time to change the bulbs. Pretty happy with the service especially because their rates are not very high.

I purchased a vehicle from a private party whom had not driven it since spring so it still had studded tires on the back. The first thing I did was drive it to Walmart to have them swap the tires out for the summer set that came with it. I was told by a scruffy individual that since it had studs on it they wouldn't touch it. Interesting that he told me this only after looking at the summer tires in the back seat. If this was really Walmarts policy he would have said it in the beginning. My guess is lazy. The other tire store said it wasn't a problem.

Was not very happy with service. Was there long before they opened and still had to wait 1 1/2 hr to get a tire changed. Also they didn't even attempt to put spare back.

Mechanics expertly and promptly replaced four ATV tires for me. No follow up call that the tires were ready though.

Except for oil changes my oil was a little low when I got home and checked it there was no leaks or anything

Great place, the store is huge compared to anything in Canada, got a new tire for my RV on a Sunday morning and got me back on the road

It's Walmart... what do you expect? You get what you pay for. But overall it wasn't too terribly bad.

Never go to walmart tire center in Helena! 3 hour wait to change my battery! And the NEVER DID THE JOB!
