Great experience, Jacob the manager is knowledgeable, personable, caring and professional and runs a top notch business.My visit was handled in a very thorough, efficient and pragmatic manner from the moment I was cheerfully greeted at the gate.Ryan took great care of me, he is clearly extremely proficient and practical. He went smoothly through the trailer with me, communicating clearly and efficiently what maintenance would be required and ensuring I understood the features of my load runner and how to operate it safely.You are in safe hands with the Helena Crew, they went out of their way to accommodate me.Making the drive down from Bozeman well worth it for the service, quality and expertise they have to offer.I have been searching for a trailer for about a month now and this team exceeded my expectations and the competition hands down on price, service and quality.Highly highly recommend.

Very friendly and knowledgeable 2 person crew. The new location will prove to be a big asset. Would recommend this trailer sales above all the rest I've seen in Montana, their prices were the best also.

Guys were great. Showed me everything available for my needs and answered all my questions. Never pressured me into a bigger sale and were very up front with cost and any additional charges. Will definitely be my go-to trailer store

I am a former employee. I gave this company my blood sweet and tears for 3 years. I ran the store for months by my self with no help from corporate. Then the day comes they decided to fire me then all of a sudden some one from corporate came to give me my last check. They are all snakes in the grass.

These guys were true professionals! I made a mistake and purchased a trailer with the wrong weight rating and did not realize it until after we had taken delivery. Once the mistake was discovered, I called Levi and he worked with his management and accounting to help us rectify my mistake. We now have a trailer that suits our needs and has created a trusting relationship between our businesses. Well done Levi! We will use Trailers Plus for our future trailer purchases.

Chris was very helpful with my trailer purchase... I ended up purchasing a better trailer than the one I had originally intended for just a few more dollars... there were a few glitches with the transaction but Chris was patient and courteous. I would recommend Trailers Plus of Helena to anyone

Overall was ok, seem to be a problem with bringing a check from my bank? But got it worked out! Chris was very thorough going over everything on the trailer! Would do business with again!
