My experience here is the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had!!My saleswoman was awesome!Very knowledgeable about my vehicle an very professional throughout the whole process in which I felt very comfortable the whole time.I highly recommend anybody going there and buying a vehicle. The friendly people, sales, parts, service, anatmosphere made me feel absolutely great through out my time there buying my truck.I've had many calls from Heather my saleswoman, Dan in parts, Amy in service, to check on how my truck was doing aswell as myself. That kind of personal service goes a very long way to anyone.I appreciate that very much,an I'll continue to buy from them an recommend there business to everyone!!Thank you!!!

Heather was amazing to work with! She was honest, laid back, insightful and truly helpful getting me into the exact vehicle that I needed. Low pressure and made sure that I left happy. She got me into my dream 4Runner. Couldn t have asked for a better experience!

Found my perfect car at the right price. I couldn't have saved any money buying anywhere else.Heather was amazing to work with. She knew everything about my Rav4 hybrid. When I drove off the lot, she had loaded all my apps and connected my phone. The process could not have been smoother. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. The cherry on top was being able to buy locally!

Kory Smith was my salesman and I would 100% buy another car from him again! He was not pushy, was professional and responsive. Jeff in finance was very knowledgeable in answering all my questions. He wasn't pushy with the sales add ons. I knew what I wanted and he made the paperwork very easy. Did you know you can buy a car on a SUNDAY? Helena Motors is great and their service department at either location is the best. Before purchasing this vehicle I had always used Helena Motors (Honda). The main service manager Derek Fox is amazing!

I was in the need for a new vehicle. My parents have been leasing from Toyota last 5 years and have said nothing but great things. I went in and Heather greated me at the door and was ready to help! I could tell she was honest, not just making a sale, but making sure I was happy. This is my first time leasing and I'm very excited to have a new car for the first time in my life. John, the slaes manager, was very helpful and explained everything well. Dan, who took care of the lease paperwork, was also pleasant to work with making the paperwork painless. I always get nervous going into a dealership but this is the first one where I didn't feel pressured. I'm very happy with our experience and will definitely be working with Heather again when I upgrade!Thank you!

I recently traded in my 2019 Honda CR-V for a 2023 Tacoma TRD 4x4 Off Road. My experience from dealing with Kourtney in sales and Jeff in finances was absolutely amazing! I think they both went above and beyond. I returned the next day and Dan in parts helped me get set up with a roll up tonneau cover for the back since winter is right around the corner. I look forward to coming back for my first service appointment.

Heather was very helpful, patient, and accommodating! She made sure to only show us cars that fit our needs. She didn t try to push alternatives which were out of budget. She was easy going and quick to respond via text or call for any questions or assistance during the sales process. We had a very positive experience with her!

My wife & I were extremely disappointed with the sales person that help us. First off basically told me I was wrong when I told him that a Rav4 Prime is a phev. We test drove a Rav4 hybrid & they didn't bother to explain the features. We asked for a print out on the vehicle & was told we could look on the window sticker. When asked if a prime could be serviced here he didn't think so but we could told to the service dept. I said how about you do that for us. Lastly they didn't even give us a business card. Totally unimpressed & don't believe we'll be going back

Tire rotation was part of the service and has not been done. Makes you wonder if the rest of the service was completed. How do I know? I had a flat tire two weeks ago and the repair shop that fixed it overfilled the tire. Amazingly the overfilled tire was still in the same position after the service visit. Also. the other three tires had less than the required air per manual which tells me they didn't complete the 5k inspection. Did they do anything besides resetting the service reminder?

Excellent service! I used the complimentary service valet so they picked up my vehicle and returned it when it was done! How convenient is that?! Highly recommend

Had to bring my car in multiple time to the service department to have the misdiagnosis my issue twice. Bought the car from them and I am extremely disappointed in the service department. Unfortunately I had to bring it to another shop and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue. Unfortunately I had bad experiences with the service department years ago and I brought my car back to give the service team another chance with my business and ultimately I have learned my lesson and will not be giving them a third chance.

A person would reasonably expect that a dealership specializing in a specific brand would be the best place to have service done. In my experience, this dealership is mediocre on the best of days. Multiple times I have had issues with the service department. The first issue was a few winters ago, wanting to have a block heater installed, as we moved to a new house that did not have a garage. The appointment was scheduled, they said they had the part, and I brought the vehicle in. After dropping it off, and getting a shuttle to work, I was called and told that they didn't have the part, couldn't get the part from Toyota, and asked if a generic part was okay. Frustrating, but I said yes to the generic part. Later, I was informed that they had installed the wrong part, removed it, and put the truck back together without it, and to reschedule once they could get the correct part. The correct part eventually got installed, but at a later date, and it took them 8 hours to do it.Another instance was, calling in and scheduling some maintenance WELL in advance (so that the parts could be ordered...), and giving them a list of what I needed done, and what would be nice to do if possible. The individual I spoke to said that diagnostic work, and service work had to be scheduled separately, and they could only do one or the other... I elected to have the service done. On the scheduled date, I dropped off the vehicle, and waited patiently. After an entire day of waiting, I was informed that they did some maintenance, but again, did not have the parts required, despite the assurance that they had them over the phone, and that my truck was not drivable, and that I needed to get a ride home. Frustrated, I asked if, since they had told me they had the parts, and this was scheduled to be done that day, if a loaner vehicle was available. I was told no, but they could rent me a vehicle for $150 a day.... The employee then proceeded to tell me of the almost $8000.00 dollars in maintenance that they recommended that they do additionally, including an upper radiator hose that would cost me $800 to replace.... (The vehicle is over 20 years old, and a set of upper and lower hoses is available from NAPA for $75.) It's also interesting that in the previous instance above, they were fine using a generic part, but now it needed to be a dealer part. After telling them no, I would not have them do the additional $8000 in repairs, my truck was magically ready to go, and they would call me when the parts that were already ordered, actually came in.Here I am for the third time, and my parts are in. I drop off my vehicle, and am told that, even though I had scheduled ahead, it might be all day, as the technician they gave the job too has to put in a new engine for another customer....Why not have him do the easy job first (replace a broken door handle) and then do the job that will take longer? Needless to say, I will not be back.Update to this review: Someone had a moment of clarity, and my door handle was repaired first. However, it sat parked for 45 minutes, and nobody came to inform me it was done. My daughter noticed it parked, and pointed it out. I went out, looked at it, saw the repair had been done, and asked about it. They confirmed it had been done for a while. Paid. Left.

Just bought a new car from Heather, she was great. Did most of the hard work over text and e-mail, showed up to get my car took 15 min to take care of paperwork. The car was filled up and shined to perfection. Great experience.

Cooper was amazing to work with. I felt at ease and confident that he did everything he could to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Hands down the easiest car buying experience. He and the rest of the staff were great.

We bought our 22 Rav here and have been very pleased, with the support of our salesman Jrff Barbagello and the entire staff at Toyota. This is an excellent dealership and we will continue to do business here Ken and Sue Wicker

Service department seems so nice, but they kept my car there for almost 3 months, overcharged me, cracked my windshield and ignored my calls/voicemails. Didn t figure out what was going on with my vehicle until I went into their offices and asked for an explanation. When I came to the manager with these concerns, he bickered with me and refused to fix my windshield without me paying for it. Had multiple experiences there before this one where they kept my car there for hours past what they said for basic maintenance People are nice, experience and pricing are not.

They don't honor maintenance quotes. Claim price increase and say that quotes are good for that day only. Nice folks but not friendly policy.

Not great if you don t look like you make big money. The female salesperson I dealt with didn t really show much caring for me as a customer and other salespeople completely turned around and walked away. I went to a competitor who took great care of me and I left with a car. I m a fan of the products that these brands put out but if this dealer is going to represent them this way I will gladly go somewhere else

We d LIKE to like Helena Toyota, but every service experience we ve had with them has been far and away the worst of anywhere we ve lived. Our first set of incidents revolved around a door handle that stopped working for our older (but perfect) Lexus SC400 coupe. It required a $2 part that they apparently couldn t find. Here s what happened:1. The first problem was communication. The service writer would never tell us what was happening. We called and left messages over days, then 2 weeks, with no response. We emailed the service writer's direct email address a few times, still with no response. After over 2 weeks we finally had to drive out to the dealership to see what was happening. That was when we were finally told the difficulty of finding a part.2. After nearly 3 weeks, the dealership found the part on Amazon. They replaced the part and the door worked. However, they left four 2-inch long screws on the floor of the back seat. When the service writer was asked, she said they belonged in the door and they would take care of it. We very much doubt they did.3. When picking up the car yet again, they forgot to wash it as promised. We figured they could do that much after nearly a month, so we asked. They ran the car through the wash with the stereo on and antenna up, destroying the antenna. After finding that part, they did replace it days later.4. We asked them to find replacement trunk struts. They never tried. The service writer told me it could take months . They just weren t interested. But a local repair shop found them on the Toyota website in 90 seconds. We should have asked them about the original door part. The next set of incidents concerned a 2009 Prius. We asked them to reattach the car s primary radio antenna after an out-of-town stereo shop had neglected to do so when installing a SiriusXM radio. We also asked for an oil change. Here s how that went:1. They reattached the antenna properly, but in doing so rendered the compartment below the stereo inoperable. The door to the compartment sticks.2. We began to smell a strong odor in the car when the heater was on. Opening the hood, we found the oil cap had not been replaced and oil covered the formerly-pristine engine. Our moral to this story is that they have yet to do anything right, nor communicate at all. We bought a new 2019 RAV4 Hybrid Limited but could not bring ourselves to buy it there, instead buying it in Utah. But we have no idea where to have it serviced it s too bad there s only one Toyota dealership in town. Something is badly broken with management and execution in the service department. We hate to leave negative reviews, but this was too much.ADDENDUM FOUR MONTHS LATER:The theme described above is further confirmed by their response to posts like this one. To see a clear difference, look at Google reviews for Toyota of Bozeman. They respond to reviews and try to rectify problems. Here? Crickets.

I reached out to every single Toyota dealership in Montana for a new 22 Tundra. The team at Helena Toyota was by FAR the most professional, respectful and easy going people I have ever worked with and I spent 8 years in the car business! My salesman Randy kept me up to date, they worked hard and offered me great financing and when my own bank came back with a better rate, there was no arm twisting or fuss. They simply sent me a purchase order and said thank you. I went in to sign my paperwork and they had my trade inspected, paperwork done and ready and I signed and was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Helena Toyota has a forever customer in me now and absolutely anyone who asks me where to go for the best car buying experience.

The dealership stands behind what they sell. I purchased the protective shield and had a problem. They took care of it without any hassle. Two of their salesman worked over 20 minutes to install the Toyota App on my phone because of difficulties with the App. I would purchase a car here again.

We had an excellent experience purchasing from Helena Toyota. Called all around the state of Montana and Helena Toyota was by far the most responsive and helpful dealership to work with, and best of all, today we picked up our new 2022 Rav4 Hybrid. The wait wasn't long and the sale process was quick, easy and honest. Special thanks to Owen, Scott and Dan for working with us!

This is a fine place to buy a vehicle, but steer clear of their service department. They are rude, unwilling to explain things, and will give you your vehicle back in worse shape sometimes than what you brought it in. I haven't been treated this poorly taking my vehicle in....well, ever. When bringing someone with me to help me they treated them even worse than they treated me. I won't be back, and hope this helps others avoid costly services that are done poorly while you as the customer get treated like dirt.

So far not impressed. Truck went into the shop Friday was told Wednesday it would be ready. It s now been 10 days and truck still isn t done. I have heard every excuse in the book from low staff to new ownership. I ve heard how the previous owner took the fleet of loaners and the new owner will have rentals but not sure when, I heard about all the technicians that have quit and that the new owners don t care I don t know what is true and what is not but I do know that after purchasing Toyota for the last 12 years, I am highly disappointed with this location and the way they run business. I really hope to get the truck back asap. To literally ask a customer to sign a waiver because I have it secure for now but the problem isn t fixed is NEVER EVER OKAY!!
