We coasted in, barely making it to Tire-Rama. These guys were so awesome! We were met at our car and immediately the team got to work and had us fixed and back on the road in about 30 minutes. Everyone on the team had a great attitude and definitely made our holiday travel better!

I had an emergency trip come up and while preparing my truck to depart, discovered that my 2015 Ford F250 had a failing tie rod end. I called TireRama and the Manager (Jeffrey) sensed my urgency, took my truck in, and had the repair completed that afternoon. The company motto More Than Just a Tire Store rings true. Thank you.

Tire Rama was awesome. They got ne in right away to fix my slow leaking tire. The young lady at the front desk, " also the one that fixed my tire. And was training a new guy" was very polite and professional. I will go back there again. And the price was great!! Thanks tire rama

My family had a flat on the interstate while travelling through. The great people at this Store "went the extra mile" to find the right tire and give advice. Simply over the top customer service! Thank you so much!

Seriously they don't care about noise complaints. Here it is at 10 o clock on the dot and employees are in the garage revving their loud engines. My neighbors and i have complained about them doing burnouts for no reason outside and their business is right on a residential street with families and they still seem to be so inconsiderate of others. If that's how they treat those in their community i will never have my tires done there. What a shame.

Best place ever. Went there thinking I had ordered a set of tires for my truck only to find out I had been talking to a person in a different city. They figured out what was going on and fixed it right away. I was out of there in less than an hour with my new tires. Thank you Helena Tire Rama

Neil and his crew were great. They helped us repair a trailer tire on our way out of town. Their service was fantastic and they got it done by doing some creative inventory juggling. I love it when folks just "make it work."

My kid went to Tire Rama in helena today to get an alignment. Our regular mechanic had just gone through the front end and replaced bad upper and lower ball joints. Now an alignment was needed after that work. Called tire rama and got an appointment for alignment rather quickly. My kid took the truck in and the technician advised that the alignment could not be completed because the inner and outer tie rods were bad. Then quoted my kid $803 dollars to replace them. The front end of the truck was throughly gone through 3 days ago! Thankfully my kid told them no and immediately brought the truck back to our regular mechanic. He threw the truck up on the hoist and confirmed that the tie rods were just fine. They did not need replacing at all. I feel this company will not hesitate to take advantage of young kids and probably women as well who will not question the repairs. I would have loved to give a negative star review if possible. Terrible business ethic!

We absolutely love the Helena Tire Rama! My family has gone here for 10+ years not only for tires, but other service as well. They've never tried to sell us on something we don't need or fix something that doesn't need to be fixed. They are trustworthy and have always provided outstanding customer service! We recommend them to all of our friends and family!

I took my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation. The technician preforming the work noticed a serious problem with my vehicle. They were able to get it in right away and fix the problem. The Jeep runs so much better now. I go to Tire Rama because I feel like I can trust them to keep me safe on the road.

I went in to have them check out a sound my engine was making. Free to tell me it was a pulley and come back Monday. Monday I wait 2 hrs and paid 100.00 to find out it was my timing belt. Went to j& D's first and they told me it was my timing belt and did not charge me for that. They did the work and kept it 300.00 less than tire rama

I have been coming here for years. Don't know what has happened. Multiple times appointments not done on time and today, I just needed a valve stem replaced and as long as it was on the lift rotate tires. They missed the valve part, so I still have a slow leak and will change it myself. I'm done, sorry Neal.

After many years of good service, I now must find a new tire shop. The employees are not correctly wearing masks and one of them gave me a hard time when I mentioned it. Not following the Health Department guidelines during a pandemic is a deal breaker for me.

I've gone to the Helena Tire Rama for many years. I highly recommend this shop! They great me by my first name and offer honest candid advice. I also go because of the great and quick service I receive. I've bought tires cheaper elsewhere but always go back to Tire Rama because I believe the service and convenience is worth what I pay! I will continue to take all my vehicles to Tire Rama!

Brian and crew were backed up, but got me in and out in less than 45 minutes. It is surely beneficial to establish a personal/business relationship with a particular local business. It takes some time to get to know them and for them to get to know you. Be nice, be respectful and they will do the best they can to serve you. On the occasional days when they cannot accommodate, be even moreso. That's courtesy and how to build a positive relationship. It is said.

Visiting family in town, car over heating, took it to Tireramma. They checked it out, fixed a few minor problems and I am ready to head back to Idaho. They are the best, so pleased they had time for me today!!! Would definitely recommend!!! Thank you to the best mechanic in the country!!!

My sister was in from out of town and her steering felt a bit loose. I suspected it was simply because it did not have rack and pinion, but was not sure and I could not see anything wrong.So I took it in for a quick look for her to have a safe trip back.They claimed that it pretty much needed a new front end. That seemed like nonsense considering it had under 70k miles on it.I started to walk out but made a point to turn around and pay because "I was honest"I had two other Mechanics look at it and neither could find anything wrong with it.Shame on them.

Awesome tires awesome service they got me right in and done within an hour when I needed it most and the tires I got are the best traction tires I ve ever had Cooper at3 xlt recommend those tires as well as tire Rama anytime!

They were great! My tire was low and my car undrivable for any great distance. They got me in right away so I could get to work.
