What a wonderful team at this Suburu franchise! Let me tell the story .. 2 foreign travellers road tripping th US in a 2002 Subaru legend.. check engine light comes on, it's late Friday afternoon and we get this agency. From the friendly reception at the sales department directing us to the service department.. to the wonderful welcome from "Captain" Hook at the service reception these guys were great! They diagnosed and resolved the issue electronically, gave us great advice and sent us on our way in record time.. and refused all efforts at payment. We even got great tourist advice and suggested restaurants from them! Well done guys, thanks for going the extra mile and we wish you all well for the future.

The guys in the front are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to answer any questions and the wait time is never very long. The waiting area is always clean and well stocked with coffee, etc. Always a pleasure getting my car serviced there.

I have always been treated well and have found the service folks friendly and responsive. There have some glitches along the way, but you have to expect some of those when dealing in this area of service. If you have a Subaru it's a good place to go.
