Changing my original review. I originally thought I was getting a decent price on a decent truck. Turns out it needed a new engine within 4 months of buying from here. It also took 3 months to get my title. They "forgot" to turn in the title paperwork, but before that they had to wait for someone else. They also sold the truck and didn't fix what they said they would. So in all, it's a pretty dishonest location and I recommend that you avoid this location at all costs.

Remart has been great to me! I own a small business and provide vehicles for my employees. I've bought 3 from them, great deals when you buy outright and excellent customer service.

9 Months Later Update!!Trucks still running great, I daily drive it including travel to work 500 miles. Have put a TON of miles on this thing (10,000 plus) ive changed the oil and one small coolant hose (trucks 18 years old) even hauled a car 500 miles, about to do it again next week!Just traded my 14 VW Jetta for a truck to haul my camper, I decided to give remart a shot after a bad purchase at another local dealer. Despite their poor reviews. They treated me GREAT, Gave me what I was asking for my car. Negotiated the truck I was looking at to a price I could afford, It is the buyers responsibility to get a vehicle checked over when buying a USED vehicle. They had ABSOLUTELY NO issue with me taking it somewhere to be inspected, There was one tiny minor issue and they offered to get it repaired on their dime! David treated me well and got the deal done and the truck in my driveway! Thanks David!

I was wanting to trade my vehicle for a vehicle on the lot. I was treated like I was very ignorant. I was given a low ball trade offer and when I questioned it was treated even worse. I averaged NADA trade value and KBB trade and value and what they averaged too - I was offered half that. My vehicle was not even looked at or the vin wrote down to give accurate values. I really feel like because I am female I was treated like they could take advantage of me

I recently purchased a monte carlo from Terry and my experience with him and Alberto was awesome. The reviews calling them rude is completely false, they are very nice people. I was worried about this place from the bad reviews but decided to see if the reviews are true. I asked many questions about the car and Terry was upfront and even said, "What you see is what you get". I did noticed some issues with the motor and Terry was straight with me and told me that this is normal for a car with that many miles, which is true. Because I asked many questions, I know upfront about future repairs that have to be done to the vehicle. I would tell any future buyer to do their research and ask questions. Terry gave me a really good deal and I bought the car. He even reassured me that I could drive the car home with no problems. I drove the car from Helena to Las Vegas non-stop (over 800 miles) with no problems. I highly recommend this place because they are fair, honest and have great deals.

This is a great place to buy a nice used car. Terry is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond to help make your purchase experience easy. This is my third car I have bought from this business and I can say the service is nothing but amazing! Highly recommend shopping here.

I have not shopped for a vehicle in over 15 years, and never by myself. This was the easiest most pain free auto buying experience ever. The sales staff was very respectful, did not talk down to me as a woman and were honest and upfront with prices and defects. I highly recommend this dealer.

I ve been looking at buying a diesel for a long time and was planning on going all the way up to great falls and Missoula to look at some. The guys at remart posted one and that day I went over to look at it. Everything looked good on the truck. I didn t have my loan check yet, so they offered me to put 500 down to hold it. They held over the weekend even after multiple offers. Came back on Monday when I got the loan and the rest of the down payment. It was quick and easy. People need to learn that buying used vehicles in itself is a risk. It could blow up on your way off the lot. But if you know what you re looking for and at, you ll have no issues. Thank you guys for the great customer service. This truck is exactly what I m looking for and at the price I wanted to pay.

I bought a truck from them over two months ago. I'm waiting to get my title so I can get the plates and the owner was very unprofessional in his response. They won't extend the 30 day tag which has been expired for 2 weeks now. Nice truck but I don't recommend working with them. Seem like a bunch of schemers. I have contacted compliance officers for MVD. EDIT: I like how they used Covid for a reason, the state office that handles dealership issues stated that "This is not the first time that they've had issues with this dealership, its a recurring issue (even before covid)".

My experience buying a car through Remart was the best I have ever had! Pricing was fair, the car was clean, and I have enjoyed driving it for the past couple weeks since I bought it. Next time I need a car, this will hands down be the first place I look! The owner, Alberto, is easy to work with and happy to answer questions. He has some definite experience in the business.

Do not ever buy from these scammers! I bought a used vehicle from these people, Terry was his name he assured me it didn't run like new but there was know known problems with it! All lies, my transmission went out on it the 2nd day I drove it! I had a mechanic look at it you could move the driveline with your hand. This worthless person sent me all the back to great falls in this car knowing that I had kids with me and knowing how dangerous this could be if it just shut off when I was driving. Because that's what happened any time I got a bump it would shut off. So go ahead and buy a vehicle from them and I can guarantee you be making a huge mistake. So happy my uncle is a lawyer that never losses. They will be hearing from me very soon.

MISLEADING AND FALSE ADVERTISING! WASTE OF TIME TO GO HERE!I went here on Wednesday 06/10/2020 to look at a 2004 Blue Jeep with 187,000 miles that was listed at $2,500 per the window tag information sheet as I was looing to buy my son his first vehicle. After talking with the sales rep about it, I took it for a test drive. This was of course after we had to jump the vehicle as, per the salesman, it had been on there lot of a year and hasn't been started in months; I WONDER WHY? When I got back, we talked about trading in my 2009 Kia Sedona on it. He went inside to look at the value of my vehicle and to see what we could do for price for trade in. I let him know that I would be paying cash for the difference as I figured he would low ball me anyway and only offer $1,500 - $2,000 for a 2009 Kia with 104,000 miles. When he came back he suddenly jacked up the price for the Jeep to $3925. I let him know the sale price per the sticker was $2500 and he ripped that paperwork off the vehicle and said "well the price just changed" to the $3925. I told him it won't be going anywhere for that price and to just keep the damn thing. My wife and I wasted too much of our time with these shady and deceitful people so we gladly got back into my low-balled Kia and drove off. I will never go here to look at a vehicle again nor would I ever recommend this place to my family, friends, or even people that I do not like. Stay away from this place! These people have no moral courage to do the right thing and sell a vehicle as they advertised it

Due to our expanding family, we were in need of a larger vehicle. We spoke to Alberto and told him what we were looking for. He discussed our budget and gave us an idea of which vehicles would best suit our needs and budget. Alberto spent time looking at auction and other resources to find a car that would work for us. We drove several vehicles and Alberto was very patient while we decided what we wanted. We never felt pressured to make a purchase. In fact, when we found the vehicle that we wanted Remart made every effort to make sure that it would be ready for us to not only drive it off the lot, but drive it across several states the next day. Alberto helped us get an appointment right away to make sure that the DVD player and stereo were in working order for our trip. When an issue was discovered, they paid for the stereo repairs and got it done quickly. Alberto is an honest man and I appreciate the service we received.

Daughter bought a car here. He said that it was in great running order. Perfect for a dependable car for getting around in winter and safe for the kids. $6000, three weeks later it stall and strands them out in the cold. I go in and talk to Alberto and he first tells me it was sold" as is", then he says that his shop will fix it and he would give her 40% off repair, his cost. I tow it in and they say shot battery and alternator. $465 total including the $80 labor. I call AutoZone and they give me a price of $330 plus $40 back for the core fee, that's$290 plus 80 labor. 40% of $370 come to around $200. They settled at $390. He then told my daughter to take her business elsewhere.Do not buy anything from this place. He willsay anything then change his story!!!

I purchased a 1997 Honda Accord that was in good condition inside and out. It was in an accident but that was disclosed to me by the owner of the lot. I checked it out mechanically and it is in good working order. I believe i paid a fair price and the owner threw in some nice stereo equipment. 4 months later the car is still running good.

Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable and we got our vehicle at about 2500 less than KBB pricing and she runs great. The car was clean and ready to go the minute we were!

Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership and especially do not trade a vehicle in to them! It says a lot about a company when one of the two positive reviews comes from an employee that works at the business.I traded in a vehicle in May 2014. It took the dealer four months to pay the vehicle off and the title was not officially transferred until December 2014, 7 months later. They did not send the information for me to register the car until after the temp tags expired and I had to call he dealership and have them fax a form to the DMV so I could have the vehicle registered without a title. I had to call them at least once a week for over six months to have them provide the services that come standard with any car sale.I recommend reading reviews here and also check out BBB to get a decent picture of they type of business this is

My cousin just bought a car from there 3 days ago and the heater on the passenger side was blowing cold air, checked the radiator and there was a bunch of stuff that looked like saw dust in it. I would recommend people to avoid a car lot like this when looking for a vehicle. And than when we called the guy was not professional and hung up.

Beware. This guy is a shady dealer. We went to test drive 2 cars on the lot. We thought we'd drive the cheaper less nice one first so we wouldn't be biased of the nicer one. Well we got about a block down the street and the condition of the car was horrible. We thought it was going to fall apart so we turned around and went immediately back. As we pulled back in the lot the owner of the lot had pulled the second vehicle behind the building and had a device hooked to the car. You could tell he was looking shady and trying to hide what he was doing. We drove the car anyhow and when we got back my husband asked him what he was doing with the device attached to the car (though he already knew) and the dealer admitted to using it to turn off the "service engine" light. But he quickly said but it would come back on right away if there was really something wrong and I already had the vehicle serviced. We went back to another business and were debating between the 2 cars. Come to find out this other couple had looked at the same car (05 murano) and they took it to a mechanic who hooked it up and all sorts of codes were coming up with many many problems. The whole thing was nothing but lies and deceit. DO NOT buy anything from this guy. He is a good business man to a degree, he asks very nice and does a pretty good job at lying. He was very pushy as well, we said we'd go to lunch and talkj about it and he kept saying "or we could just get the paper work started! It'll only take 20 minutes!"....sigh, it's too bad there is people like this out there.

It's a real shame when somebody takes advantage of a young person. I'd a young man and my family go and buy a car there and in less than 48 hours it had a blown head gasket. They've refused to do anything about it and refused to do anything for him it is ashamed that they just take advantage of young people. I would guard my money and guard anyone in your family who is looking for a vehicle and please direct them somewhere else.

Drove up from Utah and was going to get an explorer but ended up getting an Escape last minute. Super patient with us and very professional. Alberto was super helpful and answered every question and concerns we had. Definitely will be going back in the future.

I can't say enough about this dealership. We have bought vehicles on three separate occasions at remart. Each time it was the same experience. After being depressed looking at prices around toiwe stopped by remart and found what we needed for a great price. No haggling or bs just here is the price. It's always been an easy, pleasant experience. I am not sure I will ever go anywhere else

Perhaps I'm mistaken but I thought dealerships were in the business of selling cars. That appears to not be the case with whomever replied to my request for information on one of their vehicles. No attempt to get me info, just don't me they don't have it because they got it from a different dealership. Asked what kind of pricing they could work out for me with cash and was told their "sale price" was a cash price. Their "sale price" was $1,000 over book value.Shame for them, would have been an easy out the door transaction. No finance, no trade-in, simple sale.

I bought what appeared to be a beautiful jeep... two days in and we had discover the radIator was filled with a clay like sawdust substance. So thick that a knife could barely loosen this substance. After a mechanic looked st it, he said shady dealers would do this to vehicles who's engine was in bad shape. Apparently my head gaskets are bad...which means a new engine could be in order. Wow! my heart is broken. My mechanic called him to see if they would help out in this situation and they were rude to him and ultimately hung the phone up telling my mechanic to have our lawyer call his!Shady as $&@!BravoI felt like I've been punkd; but this isn't a joke.Again, sick and heartbroken.

I quietly walked away from a vehicle because the people at Remart outright lied about it's condition. I caught a glimpse of the vehicle they were selling as I was driving to my next stop, so I called them up. They said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. After I got done with work, I gave the vehicle a closer look, and it was a wreck. The hood was kept shut with a chain, the tires were bald and there was rust through on the fenders. This $1500 vehicle was more or less a parts vehicle in it's present condition, destined for the crusher. While it isn't against the law to lie outright about a vehicle, it sure far from ethical. My two words best sum up my review: BUYER BEWARE!

Let me preface this by stating that I really do try to see the good people. I am not the jerk here. A man named Dave Carson at Remart is however. It began with with an ad on Craigslist. A gold ford focus wagon. Exactly what I had wanted. I called and spoke to DAVE the first time about this car... I was immediately told it was a great little car. In perfect condition! I was so excited. I called back two more times. I asked how many owners it had had: ONE. I asked if it had been a local owner: ABSOLUTELY. I asked if there was anything wrong with it: ABSOLUTELY NOT. I was ASSURED that the car was excellent and well worth my trip to Helena from Billings. Dave would have her cleaned and ready! So I got the loan, insurance, and my folks and we headed out to Helena at six am to see and hopefully buy this GREAT little car.Now not being an idiot I had asked for the car fax but DAVE told me that it would cost him just as much as me so if I wanted a carfax I would have to get one. So I DID! Now I was willing to overlook that DAVE WAS CLEARLY A LIAR! The car had come from Utah, had three owners, and had been totaled. However, being told it was in nice shape and seeing what I am sure were FAKE pictures I still thought it was worth it.We arrived at REMART and I finally got to see this little beauty. I am not lying when I say it was the biggest mess I had ever seen! First off it was filthy inside and out. The mirrors were all broken as well as the knobs to adjust them. There were four chips in the windshield. The back windows were broken and wouldn t roll up or down. *in fact one was stuck half down. The driver s seat was broken, there were various parts missing (cup holders, the rack for the back, etc.) I WAS NOT IMPRESSED! DAVE however quickly changed his tune from A great little car to IT IS WHAT IT IS. He proceeded to tell me that he had driven it that morning and that it ran great and actually encouraged me to take it to his trusted mechanic to give it the once over. So I did.HOLY CRAP! I started it up and I thought the car was going to shake to pieces. I literally growled from the second it started until we turned it off at the mechanics shop. Well, his mechanic told me he had already done a lot of work on this car, but that it still had various leaks, battery problems and that if he were going to buy a car HE WOULD NEVER TOUCH THIS THING!So I drove her back to DAVE CARSON AT REMART IN HELENA MONTANA. I don t mind telling you that by this point I was ticked. I handed the keys back to DAVE and he had the nerve to ask how it went. When I told him everything that the mechanic had said he repeated what must be their slogan IT IS WHAT IT IS. He never apologized, never offered me a lower price, NOTHING! I asked to speak to the manager and apparently DAVE IS THE MANAGER. Convenient for him huh?I'll tell you right now that I have never written a bad review before. I have always just thought people have bad days and it s not worth hurting their business but HOLY SPIT! I couldn t sit here and let another person go to them, have someone else get lied to, tricked, and treated so badly. REMART is seriously THE WORST BUSINESS I have ever been to. I have heard used car salesmen are skeevy but shoot DAVE TAKE SKEEVY TO A WHOLE OTHER LEVEL! He is without a doubt the worst business man in Montana. I am not surprised to see that other people have had the same experience. With DAVE as the manger I would go there again if you paid me. I would rather ride a bike to and from work than give him my business and YOU SHOULDNT GIVE HIM YOUR BUSINESS OR TIME EITHER. Trust me REMART is not worth either. So to make this long story short if you are looking for a real true lemon, a real shady guy, a disaster of a deal and want to walk out of a place fuming REMART IS FOR YOU! But if you want honesty, a reliable ride or even just a decent human being DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT REMART!!!!!The place is a joke, run by an @$$hole.*If I could give it zero stars I would

Bought a civic and hasn't let me down yet! Been just over a year. Talked to Dave, very straightforward guy and was honest about car
