HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I pulled up a half hour before they closed with an almost flat tire. The parking lot was pretty full.I walked in expecting to have the exact opposite of what happened, happen!I was greeted the second I walked in the door, they got my car in the shop, hole patched and even parked the car right outside the door, all in less than 20 minutes! The staff was amazing, the waiting area was super comfy....and they have an awesom coffee station

I am so grateful for Point S! I have trusted my car with them for 7 years, and they have always helped without fail. They also frequently give complementary inspections and were able to help me without charge many times.

Although the customer service was very good, I waited 2 hours past my appointment time, and was charged $90 to confirm diagnostics that I had already told them. They then gave me a quote for $900, and priced the part I needed at 3x what I knew it cost. I understand that automotive repairs are expensive, but this is just ridiculous.

We have been going to J&J Point S for over 15 years with multiple vehicles. We are always treated well, given prompt service, and explanation as to what needs to be done given the issue at hand. We especially appreciate Jim and trust his expertise.

The staff at J&J Tire went out of their way for me, a new customer, after efficiently putting my winter tires into storage by repairing a tire that had been put on by the dealer. I called and they stayed late to fix it and get me on the road. Highly recommend them!

I will NEVER come back here for service or recommend them to anyone! They charged me $189 just to LOOK at my car for a few minutes and tell me the serpentine belt needed replacing - which I already knew and had told them when I brought it in. After I questioned it, they discounted the $189 charge to $74, however, this was IN ADDITION to what they would charge me for parts and labor to actually DO the work later. Their estimate to actually do the work was in line with other shops, but I am taking my business elsewhere that doesn t charge exhorbitant amounts just to LOOK at your car!

If you know nothing about cars this is the place for you! I have been taking my car there for 7 years. They are honest with you and always get me a killer deal! I don't usually recommend businesses but I can't recommend this one enough! PS Lenore is great!

I have always been treated good with courteous and knowledgeable help by the team there especially management and mechanics.like Joe. I have been having him work on my vehicles for the last 38 years and completely trust his work. Thank you very much �veryone. Happy holidays everyone. =o)

I m so happy with my service they picked up my truck and dropped it back off. My new tires are amazing! And they even did an alignment check for free. I would recommend these guys again and again!

The staff and their expertise of J & J is amazing. I cannot tell you my level of trust and appreciation. I would not trust my vehicles with any shop as much as I trust them. Jim, Javier, Lenore, Rick are fantastic and I know the mechanics are as well Thank you.

Only been here one time and they earned a customer for life. From the initial call to time of service, they went above and beyond getting my vehicle fixed in no time. Huge shout-out to Kyle. Best customer service I've had in a long time.

They offer a good range of services and work on a good variety of European brands like my Range Rover. The prices they charge for parts seem higher than others, I wish they offered more flexibility in parts sources.

The poor folks at Point S were absolutely swamped because of the early and heavy snowstorm we had. Their computer system went down to add insult to injury, but the employees there are true Champs! They got my car in, swapped my summer tires for my studded snows and it was ready for me before I got out of work.

Jim was very helpful when explaining to me how often the oil needs changing. It is mostly driven by the oil filter life as opposed to the oil life., 5,000 miles. Thanks.

Awesome service. I called about a leaking tire, and they told me they do tire repairs for free. I wasn't even a customer before then an they still did it for free! I'll be there for all my tire needs from now on.

I was returning home from Eastern Montana to Missoula, and stopped in Helena at the gas station next door to J & J. My van was leaking coolant profusely. It was 5:30pm, and J&J was closing... but Austin came with me to my van. Took a look and booked me for an appointment the next day. He said they would get to it as soon as possible. I was scared it was going to be an all day wait and the repair was going to be major. By 9:30am the next day Jim called said it was ready to go. It was a simple fix. And I was back on the road to home before 10:30am.The service was excellent. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding.If you need service or repairs or just happen to break down in Helena. J&J is where you want to go.

Trying to get home to WI, I went to J&J with a new (to me) Mercedes S65 with bad steering wheel shakes. They managed to fit me in and rebalance the front wheels for a very reasonable price. Every staff member was super friendly and helpful.Turned out to have been rain making the ABC system go crazy.
