Great experience. Probably the quickest deal I've ever closed, which was really nice. Info was promptly faxed and everything went smoothly. They more than accommodated us.

Owner was a bit hot or cold... I was looking to purchase a bike for my parents property... once he couldn't get a bike to start, I felt his attitude went completely south. An ok selection of bikes.Check out the other reviews and decide for yourself.But

I found Tom (owner) to be one very rude and unprofessional individual. He was gonna charge me $10 a day for storage of my 4 wheeler he was working on, and wouldn't even consider the possibility that there may be a manufacturer error, so I called the manufacturer and they took care of it. I will never purchase from him or take my bikes to him again!!!!! I should have listened to people when they warned me about him.

If you are looking to get warm fuzzy customer service, this is NOT the shop! If you want a great bike at a good price or awesome service on your current bike, this is the place. They are extremely busy and will tell you straight up if, when and how much. No BS! I have purchased parts here for over 15 years and 2 motorcycles. Poet's has always performed great work for me at a fair price. I greatly value the knowledge Tom and his crew have about motorcycles and accessories.

I contacted poet about changing out tires. When I contacted them I explained that I have the tires I just need them put on the rims. I was told to bring them in and they should be able to get to them with in the day if not the next day. When I came to the store the next day with rims and tires I was told that they don t have time for changing tires and they literally refused my business.I will never go back

My front wheel bearing had gone defective and they were able to squeeze me in for a quick pit stop. I also had my rear tire changed when suggested. Back on the road real fast. Thanks

Tom and his people don't care if you like them, or what you like, except that you probably like motorcycles, so let's talk motorcycles. The shop does great and conscientious work at a very reasonable price. If you're looking for a support group, look elsewhere. But in a good way - they'll probably give you directions.

It's a fine moto shop!!! Everything you need, bikes, gear, accessories, fluids, tires, skilled and knowledgeable professionals! However, they don't particularly have anything of my taste on the showroom floor (sport bikes). And the one they had last year, GSX-S1000F I bought. Great place!!!

We are on a cross-country trip and HAD to stop because two of the bikes needed one tire each. It has potential to be a good place but is disorganized. The owner looked at us as we walked in and never acknowledged anyone. We ended up getting what we needed, but it was like pulling teeth and I still think one of the guys got hosed on a tire price. I gave three stars instead of two because they were open on a Monday. That was awesome; however, I don't know that I would go back unless I absolutely had to.

The guys here are great. Helped us get into a good bike for my son and took the time to let us figure out which one was best. They made sure we left happy and got what we needed to have some fun in the hills. Thanks guys and I appreciate your patience as we got settled on the right bike.

This place has about the worse customer service I've ever seen. I'm an experienced rider owning 4 different bikes. The owner here is very disrespectful and all about his dollar. I had planned on purchasing a new bike from him until I seen how he treated my friend. I recommend that any one wanting a new/used ride shop somewhere else. It's to bad I couldn't have given them 0 stars.

Bought a" brand new SSR "from them last year. I couldn't make it up there personally so did the deal over the phone. Got the title in the mail Find out the bike was 2 years old. It was a good bike but I was told it was brand new. Ever single Time including when I purchased the bike the customer service there was horrible the guy is downright rude. both of them. I just call them recently n reminded me why ill never go there again

I brought in two motorcycles with oil leaks due to sitting a full year without being used. I was told they would be checked over and I would get a call before any work was done...two weeks later I called and was told they were both done, I was shocked to hear this so I asked what the bill was and was told to just bring my checkbook ! I went to pick up the bikes and paid just over $800. When I got home with the bikes there were parts that had been put on that we're off the other bike and one part didn't go on correct, because it was off the other bike, so it was forced on and broke the hidden with zip ties holding it on! I will never go back to poet! I rather quit riding

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Complete beginner and they set me up and didn't try to sell me. Nothing like a sleazy car dealer. Massive selection and great variety.

I highly recommend Poets. They have worked on a Kawasaki Prairie that I had given up on and made run better then ever before. They also just fixed my xt 225 motorcycle and it runs perfectly now. Here is why I recommend them, they don't overcharge you, or charge you for stuff you don't need. They give you a pretty detailed explanation of what was wrong with your bike. Their mechanics truely know what they are doing.

If I could give it a zero I would. The owner is hands down the rudest person i have ever dealt with in motorcycle industry. Everyone I have talked talked to has said the same. I go out of town for my yamaha parts because of him. His employees are good to deal with but he is arrogant and rude!!!!! We need a new yamaha shop in town.

Bought a bike....but it has a motor. My first motorized vehicle in 30 plus years...It's a modern version of the one I had when I was overseas in the army.I will update you on the rest of the story...soIt startsIt runsAnd I dig it

Some of the worst work I ve ever seen, asked for a hand warmer, have the horn fixed and to adjust the position of the throttle on my 4 wheeler and a service on it and another 4 wheeler they said 300 for the services total and 150 for the hand warmer to be not and installed 300+150=450 not 600 not even to the worst part the hand warmer was simply attached to the throttle not moved its like they add a 4 inch stick to the throttle they also didn t fix the horn, terrible shop terrible scam DON T FALL FOR IT, could ve put the hand warmer in better and I ve never done it before. 0 stars FU poet motorcycles

Worst mistake I've made and I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. Kimco is garbage anyways. If you don't know what you're doing this a great place to throw your money away

We took my son's motorcycle in to ooh have some repairs done on it he was down on it he was in a is in a automobile accident and they help me get the motorcycle off the trailer which is very nice because I couldn't do it alone
