WOW! Incredible service. Another auto shop had messed up a few things with our car, and the guys here personally helped replace our battery and headlight, as well as taught us about some things with the car and possible next steps. I am very impressed with this business and will be coming here again. They stayed out in the cold to help us, were very friendly and quick, and were patient with our questions and concerns. Thank you!

Always willing to help out whatever ya need. They seldomly tell ya they have to order it. Cause the world knows...we can too

Seems a bit difficult to just walk in for a quick grab and go purchase even if it's an online order already bagged up and waiting to be picked up.

Seem to stock very little anymore. I went to get an air filter for my truck. They didn't have anything other than a k&n, which I reluctantly purchased as I had no other options. Save yourself the frustration and just order it off Amazon. If they have to order it anyway, save the time and gas.

Worst parts store in town by far. There's always more employees behind the counter than customers, yet you're still stuck standing around. Don't try to do a pick-up order either. They won't have it ready and it won't be right. Carquest is right across the street and is a great auto parts store. Napa is right down the road. Even the Autozone next door is better. Stay away from this place if you value your time.

Always very helpful, patient salesperson. Get what you need to repair, easily located items and dissemination between brands I made easier wth clearly marked original packaging.Priced reasonably, considering they aren't selling and buying mass quantities of oils and accessories.

I like to support local BUT 14 people standing in line over 20 mins and AT LEAST 5 employees just walking around store talking and one old fellow trying to check out customers and answer phone calls. Customers walking out and they didnt care. Never seen such lazy folks that age. Go to wm or autozone

Wow! Super helpful getting everything organized and being upfront. I received assistance from their awesome employees who helped me create a temporary solution for my vehicles power steering line while the main part comes in. Saving me hundreds of bucks.

I stopped going to AutoZone because the employees aren't happy to work there and they are rude when you ask for assistance.Everytime I went to O'Reilly's, I got everything I needed with a smile until today. The leprechaun looking guy behind the counter was less thankful to have a job..I guess I need to start going to Napa now if this guy is behind the counter. Or, back to AutoZone.

My husband bought a battery here for $229 with a 3 year warranty. It has the warranty sticker on it the has a date stamp showing it is only 15 months old but we can't use the warranty because whoever put my husband's name in the computer left out a letter and now we are out $229 and a battery. The customer service it tool to get to this conclusion was beyond horrific. We couldn't get someone to answer the phone without putting us on hold for 15 minutes then just hanging up on us. I love the corporation O'Reilly's but will never step foot in this store again

Slower customer service than a Mac store...don't believe me? Give them a call(if they answer) or visit(if they acknowledge you) and see. I have walked out many times waiting in line for 15 minutes while 5 other employees are too busy talking with each other. I can't believe they are still in business.

When I called the local store, they were fast and courteous in answering my questions. Going into the store for a simple item ( brake reservoir cap seal) they acted like I just woke them up from a nap and was bothering them. Slow rude and not the least bit interested in being friendly.

It's been a complete joy for me to shop there. Each and every employee has gone above and beyond for me every time I have been there. They're not just friendly, but very knowledgeable and well trained. I wish all stores would strive to treat their customers with the same high standards as the employees at O'Reilly Auto parts.Keep up the great work!!!

I thought the Richland WA. Store was bad... This one is way worst... I have a business account with them and from now on I'm going to go to AutoZone in this area... ( I have no account with AZ)

Terrible customer service, I have called multiple times to be put on hold, wait over ten minutes and no one ever picks the phone back up. Then I call back and the guy asks if I can hold. I told him I ve been on hold for ten minutes and he just hangs up on me. Guess there is no need to check here for my future parts needs .

We had called ahead to verify our ordered parts were in and the price of the items. Didn't get his name but the guy waiting in us was either new or on his way out. Took a moment for him to catch on that our parts were preordered. And somehow he charged $10 more than our quote.Left there a wee bit frustrated. Nothing wrong with the store itself though. Good enough selection and location for convenience.

Not a particularly bad experience here, I think they are just understaffed. For being understaffed though, they do a great job assisting customers to find what they need

There were only 2 people behind the counter and 5 or 6 of us in the store waiting. The gentleman behind the counter was helping someone in the store as well as on the phone.Female counter person couldn't find parts that were supposed to be set aside for me to pick up, there was nothing set aside. She tried to find my husband that is always in there it seems and couldn't find him by name or phone number.Went outside to call my husband to double check what parts I needed to pick up. I was then waited on by the multi-tasking gentleman. The gentleman got the parts I needed AND FOUND MY HUSBAND BY HIS PHONE NUMBER.I'm wondering if female was fairly and or adequately trained. All in all it turned out ok as gentleman even carried the heavy parts to my car for me.

Needed a hose on a Saturday they had it in stock. Really didn't think it was going to happen but they came through and at a good price. Highly recommended

I've never been treatedwith such insolence by a parts store. Small town folks are used to having problems fixed. The parts guy literally put his hands on his hips and said'nope not in this store' forme too buy a smaller belt for my grand Prix to get me to work. Boo oreilleys parts man.

I Did and online order it was ready in less then one hour and pick up was super easy. Store was not to busy, maybe a 3min wait around 5pm, masked up employees and social distancing was happening.

Not the helpful customer service it once was ... Now they tell u to go do it yourself when u ask for help. Always the politics that get in the way of quality business.

Most of the time I can find the parts that I need at O'reilly's. This is where I go for my auto parts. Some times I need to return a part and it is done with no issues.
