If I could give ZERO stars to montana tire company I would. Highly do not recommend. I have been ripped off and over charged EVERYTIME I've been in specifically by Tom, the owner. This has happened numerous times and I kept trying to give him the benefit of the doubt that maybe there was some crazy misunderstanding but no every single visit if he's there I get over charged for ridiculous reasons. One time I had to pay 75$ for 1 valve stem replacement and install and 3 extra valve stems loose not installed because he could only sell in multiples of 4 because they are some super special hot rod chrome valve stems supposedly and fails to tell me everytime till after the work is completed and he can try to hold my property hostage. If I try to get pricing before any work is done and I agree to the price he still finds some ridiculous reason to charge more after completing. whether the reason is that your tires special for some reason, even when it's not and it's one of the most popular tire sizes in use that every tire shop stocks things for, he will still lie and tell you its special to charge more. If it's snowing and icy he will charge more because there was snow and ice. Absolutely do not recommend and I myself won't be coming back because I'm tired of being intentionally ripped off.

I don't know his name, but I know he's the owner because of another person I had talked to, but this guy was very mean to my mom when she had gone in recently. not much too it, just a very unfriendly guy being rude to an older woman. not a good tire shop. Kolar treated her very nicely on the other hand

Took my car in to have winter tires taken off on Friday and all season tires put on. Two days later I have a low tire pressure warning and took it in to have it looked at. Come to find out 3 tires were over inflated and one tire was at 28 psi ( work they did on Friday). Went to charge me and said the work wasn t done here at this shop so he needed to charge me and I replied with yes it was on Friday. Sent us on our way. The following morning I wake up to a flat tire from the one with 28 psi. I took it back in today to have the spare removed and the tire fixed and put back on, all they found wrong was a valve stem which was replaced. I asked one employee what I owed ( the one who did no work) he stated 25.00. When I went to the register to pay the employee who did all the work he said 7.50 because it was easy and the part was only 5 dollars this employee was very respectful and awesome. And it seemed like it may have been there fault. The other employee became rude and said to charge me more I then spoke up and said that I have been here 3 times In 5 days and I do t feel like I should have to pay for something that their shop did. Ended up paying 12.50 and lost a lot of respect for this shop due to one employee.

I had an absolutely amazing experience! I had a run-in with a nail in my tire on a holiday weekend, and they were able to have me in-and-out in about 30 minutes. Reasonable price and I was on my way. Incredibly appreciative for this great experience in a not-so-great mishap! Recommend!

Good ole fashion service! A pleasure to see a business without all the corporate mumbo-jumbo. Big corporate tire stores have gotten so off course with customer service. This place was a pleasure to work with and they helped us out with a tire issue.

Thank you so much to Tom and Conner for squeezing us in on a Sunday. This is the only tire shop in town open on a Sunday and they were able to make patch up our tire real quick and get us back on the road. Fantastic service, convenient, and wonderful work done. Next time I need tires I am definitely coming here because they take care of their customers and have fantastic hours which make it so you do nog have to wait until Monday for a fix.

Wouldn't have tire work done anywhere else!!Owned and operated by a hero(any veteran, in MY eyes) and he's a great guy to boot.His hired! hands are great too. Cordial, polite and endlessly helpful.These guys have came TO ME, in the dead of winter when I got a flat and the hubby was home sick and not answering his phone.He sent a fella into town to me, aired my tire up enuff to get it out to the shop for puncture repair. Followed me out to make sure he wouldn't need to stop and put more air in!!.That is far and above what any other place in town would do.AND IT WAS APPROX 5PM ON A WEEKEND TO BOOT!Loyalty is everything to me. EVERY. THING.Without this one thing, you have nothing of worth.This business has mine. 100%.

Will NOT be coming back! After "repairing" a tire not even 2 weeks ago the same tire went flat again and was charged for THEIR ERROR! And the "owner" was extremely rude about it.

Love dealing with local businesses. Tim's business is always very helpful. The crew is knowledgeable and friendly. Best place to get tires. I always shop locally. Thanks Tim, my husband loves the new tires.

Sunday afternoon, slow leak in tire. Had to wait about 30 min for folks ahead of me. Tire removed & tech found a quarter inch tip of a nail had punctured tire. Back on the road in about 70 minutes & enjoyed the rest of my day! Glad they are open 7 daze a week....

Awesome place, wouldnt want to get my tires changed nowhere else because I love the atmosphere these guys provide, real men (and women) go here. Appreciate the fact that they dont mess around and get the job done correctly and are fair as you get. Theres a huge difference between real and unreal and these guys are great. Theyll even fix your prius up. A++++

Amazing survives they where a life saver I was stuck with a flat and they stayed open over a half hour to help me I'm extremely grateful for them

Montana Tire Company is fantastic. I needed studded snow tires and they were able to get them delivered and installed very quickly. Great customer service and good prices. Definitely recommended!

Ended up getting a small sidewall slice in a tire and went in for an inspection. The staff on duty was very friendly, took a quick look and said it was shallow enough, nothing to worry about. I was relieved and very happy no one tried to pressure me into buying a new tire when one wasn't needed. Thank you for your professionalism!

This place is awesome! They were super helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, and worked hard to find me the best deal! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for tires or even just a quick flat fix!

Great tire shop, they got me in and out fast. The crew s the best. I love it that I can stop in at 6 at night and get my tires on fast. Bought tires twice from them.

My mechanic recommended to go here. I called to get prices and already received great customer service and haven't even been in yet. I told him I'm looking for durable, all season tires that will last adn quiet on the highway. He gave me options and then explained the difference between tires. He definitely shows that he values his customers! No appointments, just stop in, hours are excellent. They, however don't do alignments so plan ahead for that.

I brought in my tire cause I had ended up running over a hard sharp peace of plastic and they fixed it in under twenty minutes it was the fastest tire experience I think I ve had!

I have had two flats repaired and a number of tires mounted & balanced here in the last 6 months. The price is right, their hours are great and they have always treated me well. I will be back.

Poor customer service and did not record mileage on my truck, after 16k miles 2 tires are shot with a 60k warranty. No help in getting the warranty honored... heck they even told me I didn't have a warranty.... save yourself the headache and go someplace more professional

We were on our way back to Florida when my husband wanted to get his tire pressure checked in all 4 tires...it found that a valve stem was bad in tire , it was replaced at mo charge to us. Very happy with the service

What to do when you find a low tire on Saturday night. Come here and you won't regret it.. The service was quick and Connor the gentleman who fixed my tire was very courteous and helpful Will go back again

This is the only place I go. I trust them and as usual they didn't overcharge me and helped me get my car back on the road. They went above and beyond today and I really appreciate it.

I was in a bind and needed a tire repair at the end of the day. There were 2 others that showed up right at 7 as well. They took care of all of us no problem and in a pleasant manner.

even though I (WAS) a returning customer from multiple times since they opened and i called before driving over to there shop to make sure they could remove my summer tires and put snow tires on the person on the phone said the could get them done but had a few cars ahead of me so it would be awhile. So I took my stuff off of my car (to help them and save time) drove in a borrowed vehicle to the shop and when I walked in the door not only was I treated like I was a HUGE bother even standing there was told that there was 11 cars ahead of me (only 5 in the parking lot) and that he had enough work to take him to just before 6 o clock and wouldn't take any more work ... that being said there advertisements say that they are open from 7am-7pm ... most definitely will not be taking my business back there
