I took my truck into MT Muffler and Radiator for new spark plugs, wires, and gaskets on January 5, 2021. The truck ran very rough after pick-up. I called to explain issue and asked if the service had been really been completed. He assured me that it had been done and to just bring it back next day. I examined plugs and wires myself and found that they had NOT been changed out for new. I was charged for the service and product that never happened! I did get my money back without question or comment from him. He knew that he was caught. Do not trust or use this business!!Service: Electrical

You know, I was going to Ron and no one else for my vehicle and you would think a loyal customer would get better treatment. Ron worked on my car and messed up my abs system. When I drove away from the shop my dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I returned to the shop and Ron acted I was a neusciance and told me to come back in a few days if they didn't turn off. I called and asked him about a week later to check my car again since they were still on. Ron barged out of his shop angrily after telling me to come by. He plugged his code reader in, said "IT'S DEAD COME BACK MONDAY". I ended up taking my car to a different shop because why would I return after that? Rons latest work has broken my abs system completely. My brake and abs light are still stuck on, and I almost crashed my car yesterday because I couldn't brake on the ice during a last minute stop. I wish Ron would contact me and make this right because I can't believe he treated a loyal customer this way. My whole family goes to Ron and constantly recommends him to others, and now we feel guilty for referring our friends and family because he obviously doesn't care about anyone's safety.Services: Transmission, Electrical

Great experience! We had a radiator that decided to blow out while up from Nevada. Called, got it in, and within hours were on our way! Great work done for a reasonable price! No BS, just good service and repair!

Took my truck there to have new exhaust put in to replace the rotten factory one, asked how much and told him I wanted a 3 duel in duel out magnaflow. Picked it up after work and it was done in 2.5" I asked him ( the owner ) why he said he was out of 3" pipe so he just it in 2.5", factory exhaust size is 3" so he is already constricting the engine. I then looked under the truck and the welds are horrid. He didn't use the right exhaust hanger he uses rebar and welded it to my frame. I looked at the muffler and it had no product stamp on it (magnaflow). I went in the shop to ask him about it and he got crappy with me and said he took that muffler out of magnaflow box so he didn't know what to tell me I asked to see the box or the invoice and he said he didn't have it. Then demanded $80.00 dollars more then he originally quoted me before he would give me my keys back. I called magnaflow and they said any of their dual in/dual out systems should be stamped with their name. So I got screw out of another $100.00.Two days later I hooked on to my camper and headed out to a friends wedding/ memorial day camping I made it to the top of boulder hill and realized I had no breaks. So I went down the pass with no truck breaks and got it shut down a few miles later, almost not making some of the corners with my family in the truck. Friends wedding was a no go, nor memorial day camping. I got under the truck on the side of the hwy and where the new exhaust pipe was my break lines should have been. Instead of making a bend around my break lines he took some metal wire and pulled the break lines out of the way. The wire broke and the break lines fell back to where they should had been and the exhaust pipe burned them in half. Leaving me shook up and having to tow my truck and camper back to town. When his shop reopened I took my truck up there. I told him he could have killed me and my family rigging the breaks like that. He got mad and yelled at me that he has been doing it like that for over 30 years and have never had an issue....really manSo after yelling back and forth he finally said he would fix it and make it right. I told him I wanted the 3" I originally paid for and he told me no, more arguing after I said he could pay for my towing bill and he agreed when I threaten to take it to small claims court. The brake line he put in looks like hell. The new piping he put in leaks in every weld and the muffler that he lied about the quality is already rotted out and I can't have a conversation in my truck a little more than a year later.Point is this shop did work on my truck, so crappy that it left me with out breaks and I could have killed me, my family, or wrecked into another family. Then he wouldn't back his work, asked for more money.....pay a little extra go somewhere else, don't let his cheap ways get you killed.

Had a brake issue. The gentleman took care of it and didn't even charge me. It was a simple fix but in today's world a kind gesture like this doesn't happen so much. I'll go back anytime I have car problems.

Just a old-fashioned competent mechanic with low prices. Charged me $700 less for a four wheel disk brakes job than the chain mechanic quoted
