Fantastic place to get your car fixed. They are awesome at getting the job done efficiently and fast. They always do a great job and check your car for other issues along the way letting you be in the loop the whole time. Great customer service, definitely would go again.Edit: I was across the street when my truck died from the cold and some awesome guys ran over to help get it started. Many thanks to them and Kim for saving the day.

Kim at Meineke in Helena is awesome!! Getting my oil changed and she noticed I needed my winter tires off and rotated to the other ones. Told her they were at my house, in my shed. So she drove all the way out to my house and threw them in her truck just to help me out so I could get them rotated today!!THAT is customer service

Meineke was able help me get back on the road in only a matter of hours! They made time for me on a busy day and got my battery replaced at an affordable cost. I would 100% recommend this business to anyone in Helena that needs work on their car done.

Meineke is amazing! I was having some issues with my brakes, as in metal on metal sounds like something is going to fall off whenever I pushed the brakes issues . I called them 20 minutes before they closed in the hopes that they could get me in asap and thinking that would mean a week or two. As I was mentally preparing to borrow my dad s extra car until they could get me in, they informed me they could get me in the very next day. Their communication is amazing-they call and text throughout your service to talk you through options. They are so kind and thoughtful. They now have a lifelong customer from me!

Meineke was professional, very thorough and helpful, even helping me determine I previously had had the wrong rotors installed on my car during a simple oil change! They were accommodating to my busy work schedule and able to schedule the new rotor job promptly. Reasonably priced too!

I made an appointment on Friday and the work was done the following Monday morning. The price was reasonable and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. From what I saw, this is a well-run business! I am happy with the work and my car runs a lot better.

Kim and the team at Meineke really saved us on one of the coldest Montana nights. She took us in on a very last minute request and Taylor fixed right us up. Mike was great with helping us through all the final touches and sent us on our way! The diagnostic and work done were top notch and would not have chosen any other person to look after our vehicle.The team goes above and beyond.. and with a smile on their faces. You will not regret choosing the fine people at Meineke to get you up and running.Keep doing what y all do best and are super appreciative of the treatment for us and our vehicle.

Fantastic customer service! During this cold snap, my battery starting having issues. Meineke was able to get me in for an oil change, and tested and replaced the battery within a few hours! At the beginning of winter they were able to get me in for a winter tire change-out a week sooner and cheaper than my usual store. They even gave me advice about how to keep rodents from under the hood and made sure I didn't get an oil change too early.

Everyone there was very nice.They went out of their way to help everyone there. It was super busy for Veterans Day and they handled everyone with respect. They were very patient and professional. The First Gentleman Chuck was very personable and honest. I didn t really interact with the rest of the staff but they were Great. I would highly recommend them for oil changes and other mechanical maintenance. They definitely were working hard and they all deserve recognition. I can t thank them enough.

I brought in my 4runner because the engine would die every time I turned on the defrost. This was going on for weeks. Mike was able to come out and take a quick look at it and by some miraculous power fixed it without even having to do much. This place has always treating me well and would highly recommend.

Meineke Helena - Custer Ave: My husband and I have been getting all our car stuff done here for years. Kim and Chuck are excellent, hard working people. They do a good job, the mechanics are great especially Chris. They always call and update you about your vehicle when needed. Can get you on the schedule very quickly. Love getting oil changed without an appt. Any issue/complication we ve ever had here they have always made it right with us. I also commend Chuck and Kim for their dedication to supporting local youth sports!

Engine light came on but was able to drive from Great Falls to Helena. Stopped to get mail and van would not restart. Called first thing next day and they got me in straight away - had AAA tow car. Got me in quickly, found the problem and I was back on the road. Outstanding service. Great and friendly staff. Thank guys!

My wife and I were on a cross country road trip and got stranded in Helena with car issues. It was -10 degrees outside and almost closing time and this shop got us in and taken care of. Even let us bring our dog inside out of the cold. They were very kind and the mechanic who looked at our truck (I believe his name was Taylor) was great and got us on our way. We highly recommend this shop.

This shop is my only go to facility for both of my F-150 Trucks.Excellent customer service and it doesn't take forever ( weeks or months ) to get an appointment. Good value and doesn't over-charge for services and parts, you can also bring in your own purchased parts and save money.I'd recommend Chuck and Kim's shop to my friends and family for sure.

I had to take my car in for a severe oil leak and busted oil filter adapter after a botched oil change at another place and the people were not only helpful but incredibly knowledgeable. There was a long wait, but they were incredibly efficient and even performed some extra checks on my car at no additional cost. Kim was especially helpful and made sure the report was accurate and the terminology was correct. She also went over the report with me and explained what happened, how they fixed it and how the parts worked, which was an excellent learning experience for me. She also gave me a 10 dollar discount for all the trouble and went over with me what to do when I went to collect my reimbursement, and what to do if it escalated to a court case. I've never seen a mechanic shop so willing to help and even educate their customers! Will definitely be using Meineke for oil changes and maintenance from now on.

Kim and her crew have been taking care of all of ours vehicles for over 10 years. They've always done excellent work and the personal touch of being remembered makes them feel like family. I recommend them to anyone who asks for a great shop to take their car too. Thanks Kim!!!

The owner Kim who runs the front desk is truly wonderful; so kind and patient, and assuring you re in good hands. Jeremy, the mechanic who has done most of the work on my vehicle, takes the time to fully understand and talk through the issues, answering all of my questions. I always leave feeling grateful for their help and I am happy to recommend them! Great service from an up front and honest group of people. They will call and inform you of anything in need of repair prior to doing the work and billing you for it later. As long as Kim is in business, we will be taking our vehicle to her for service and or repairs.

Wonderful experience! Stellar customer service. I went for a diagnostic appt and left with a fully repaired car! They had the parts on hand and were able to slip me in to avoid having to come back another day. They even offered me rides to get me where I needed to go while the repairs were taking place. Best car care center I have ever been to!

They got me in and out quick for an oil change. Very friendly, they seem like the Cheers of oil change/car repair locations, where if you go in once, every time after they will remember your name. Would definitely return.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. These guys are amazing at what they do and genuinely care about serving the Helena area with integrity. I bought a Toyota from a dealership and not long after, it began having intermittent problems starting. I took it multiple times to the dealership and they couldn t figure out the problem. I brought it to Meineke and they walked me through some trouble shooting tips to diagnose the issue the next time it happened. I was able to discover the starter on my car was going out, Kim and Chris were able to get the parts ordered and replaced. I haven t had any problems with my car since (6 months) and I won t be getting my car serviced anywhere else!

I took my car in after having an oil change, and some lights came on. I took it in, they were so honest with me. The tech had put an oil filter in that was missing a component. It caused some sensors to go off. They cud have lied and charged me whatever they wanted. But they explained everything, took care of the work immediately. I was out the door quickly at no cost to me. I will forever use this station for all my truck needs. I appreciate that they never try and upsell or pressure you into getting extra work, and they always explain things in a way thats easy for me to understand. Will be a repeat customer.

Kim is amazing! She is professional and extremely knowledgeable. With that being said, I do have to say this, there is some disconnect in listening/communication within her staff. I was having my front and rear brakes done with all new rotors to be replaced. After dropping my truck off in the early am I received a phone call asking if I am okay with having my brakes and brake fluid flush done. I thought was weird considering I had approved everything over the phone the prior day.I specifically asked the lady and reiterated at least twice, that IF and ONLY IF my old rotors were STILL ABLE to be re-surfaced, I would like to keep them for my 2005 Durango otherwise they could toss them. I was quickly put on hold and upon un-holding, I was informed I could keep them WELL, one would only assume that means my old rotors WERE INDEED ABLE to be resurfaced and re-used later (If her communication to the mechanic was correct).When I arrived to pick up my truck, which was done super early, and I was thankful for, I glanced to find my old rotors in the back of my car as I had asked. I stopped by NAPA to have them resurfaced. As I opened my vehicle back door, I noticed right away, that one of my old rotors that was given back to me so I COULD have it re-surfaced, had about 10 hammer dents/PITS all around my rotor. I was extremely angry and yes, extremely pissed off because just from looking at it, even I knew, it was NOW NOT able to be resurfaced.A set of 4 New rotors cost approx. $400. It is approx. $26 to resurface a single rotor. I was going to spend about $100 to have all 4 resurfaced, saving me approx. $300 later.Because the mechanic decided to pound the hell out of my old rotor to get it off, he pitted it so bad it was NOT able to be resurfaced. The ONLY thing that prevented me from going straight back to Meineke and requesting some kind of credit for the old reusable rotor the mechanic destroyed is the fact that NAPA said regardless of the hammer dents, which he was shocked a mechanic would do in the first place, this rotor along with the other 3 were actually NOT able to be re-surfaced after all.So WHY would the mechanic give the rotors back to me to RE-USE, IF they were not reusable? Who would ever want old worthless unuseable rotors back? And IF the mechanic thought the rotors WERE indeed reusable, then WHY did he pound the hell out of the rotor and put dents in it making it UN-useable??Aside from this mishap, Meineke has been a great place to have my vehicles worked on. I ve had a few things done over the years and they have been done perfectly.

Unbelievable service! Purchased new wiper blades for my truck which Kim installed. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Kim was very professional. A real people person. Thanks for making it quick and easy!
