Super expensive and before I was due for oil change I decided to check my oil and barely anything on the dip stick. Took it elsewhere for oil change 100 miles before it was due, and they found a loose oil filter. I could have blown my engine, as when I found it was low, added a quart and a half and it was still barely in the safe zone.I'm not confusing anything, I'm aware where I got my oil changed, and it's really not worth my time calling you.

These guys are great. Fast, helpful, honest and never try to scam me for an extra buck. So grateful for them! They do a great job.

Have always liked this place but, unfortunately today I took my car there for an oil change.... service was friendly and fast...the problem they marked off that they checked the following:Tires - no air added one was low so I was glad I was going to get that fixed while there as it usually is part of the service.Washer fluid: it says topped off .....there is zero in my car ....meaning no topping off could have happened ....same exact thing with coolant ...says topped off...it was not....I called to tell them about it and the man who answered the phone literally argued with me that he did not print me the paper for a good 2 min before realizing he did infact give me the paper after which I asked if I needed to sign it and he said no....it is my copy....no apology, no attempt to fix the issues...just sad that this is how things went.... if I wanted this lack of accountability and poor treatment I would have just called my ex to do the oil change sheeesh.UPDATE the manager called and they are fixing it for me. 5 stars to come if next time isn't like this one.

Went there early on a Saturday morning. They did a lube and oil change and changed the air filter after advising me it was dirty. In snd our in 25 minutes with a very fair price. Their counter gal was pleasant and free coffee and snacks unexpected. Good people!!

I took my car in for a routine oil change Saturday morning, an employee came back with a busted oil filter cap and said they couldn't do the oil change because they didn't have the tools and told me to come back Monday when Eagle Tire was open so they could do it. The minute I got home I got a voice message saying they noticed my car was leaking oil. I took it to a local mechanic and he told me I had a very severe leak. Had to add 2 quarts of oil to make it to the nearest mechanic shop. Turns out they broke my metal oil filter adapter. I was told Lube Alley would be responsible for covering the damages. Boss at Lube Alley was extremely angry at both the employees for messing up and me for not waiting until Monday because they had to cover for the oil change and replacement parts. As an Eagle Tire customer, I have been using Lube Alley for years and never had an issue with them until now. Will be going elsewhere for oil changes and maintenance from now on.

Amazing service. I ve been to the butte and the Helena locations and at both they wiped down my back window! I didn t even ask! I have an SUV so it gets dirty every time I drive. So grateful

At Lube Alley getting an oil change and new fuel filter. They threw in a new filter sensor for free. The place I usually go, wouldn't even pick up the phone. They've definitely got my future business.

Needed my transmission fluid checked, but my vehicle needed a special tool. They didn't have one, but helped me find one. Then they quickly topped me off without charge. Fast and really helpful!

I was so surprised at the increase in rates. I used to okay 35 for an oil change and they bumped it to 80! I understand prices have gone up but other shops in Helena charge 55 for the service I got. The owner didn't even tell me of the price increase until the service was done even though he could see I hadn't been to the shop in a while. I felt very taken advantage of and will not be going back.Service: Oil change

I've been here many times while it was eagle and continued until now. I got home and saw tires checked but one was really low. 15 lbs. Yes my fault it was low but Said checked and obviously didn't. So back I went to find that also the washer fluid was low and took a gallon. Now I question everything they did. So disappointed.

I went here for an oil change for my car and my daughter's car. They were so fast, professional, and it was a better price than down the street at a corporate quick lube location. Ray was great (I think he was filling in from the other store) and I will definitely go back. We love to support local business, especially when the service is top notch.Service: Oil change

Stopped in to check if they were able to do an oil change on our Class C and decided to go ahead and have the oil change done on the vehicle we were driving. Didn't realize until after we left that it was closing time. The guys were friendly and did their full checks and oil check on the vehicle as if we were 1st customers of the day. I was in and out in 20 min. They of course didn't have my brand but they assured me the brand name.doesn't matter. Guy let me know I needed to replace my rear diff oil. No lines no waiting. Turns out they overfilled the oil more than a quarter quart, but my engine is very hard to get an oil reading on.

Super friendly came up to my car with a smile and drove my car in for me. They were fast and efficient making sure that everything was done properly and to my liking. Went in for an oil change. Turns out we still had a while to go before we really needed the oil changed. He was super knowledgeable and honest, didn't even charge me even though the guys had already cleaned my windows and added windshield wiper fluid. Very helpful, very honest and courteous.
