I had a great experience at Lithia Dodge in Helena Montana. Joe was my salesman. He did great he didn t pressure. He didn t try to sell me something that I didn t want. He listened to me. He knew what I wanted. He understood what price I needed to be in and he worked with me to the best of his ability. I believe it was a great experience, and I want to thank him so much because it was good. I walked out of there with a Dodge ram Horn and I m very pleased with what went down this day. Thank you, Joe God bless it was good.

I have bought two cars at Lithia Dodge in Helena prior in 2021, and had a great experience with Sam King, and although he doesn t work there anymore, I recently had another excellent experience there.I was helping a very sweet lady from our church find a new car, and we literally went to ALL the car places in town, and ended up at Lithia talking to Jeff Geyer. When he said he was new there I thought maybe he was a rookie, but it soon became clear that he knew exactly how to treat people.Not only did he guide me and my friend through the finding, test driving, and ultimately buying process, he was transparent on the numbers as it relates to everything, and that made us understand exactly how well he actually was taking care of us. He TRULY earned our business, as we were planning on going back to another place and considering another car, but based on his actions, we never went back there and bought the car from him.Not only that but he got us more than were expecting for the trade in, much more than blue book value. He made us feel special, and really taken care of. He even spent quarters out of his own pocket to buy us sodas from the vending machine!!! All that combined is truly top notch service.I am not sure why the reviews on Yelp are so bad for this place, but they have clearly changed things up, obviously starting with Jeff.Thank you very much Jeff, and Lithia dodge of Helena. I ll be back soon. As a matter of fact I m going back today, to look at a new truck I saw there yesterday see you soon!!

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Leased a brand new truck with them and got talked into the oil change package. Took it in for an oil change to be told I don't have an oil change package. So the finance person failed to add it after talking me into it. Then when telling the "manager" about it, he proceeded to walk away from me with no care at all. The mere fact I had a legit issue was a problem for him and he couldn't deal with it. Even acted like he was gonna fight me. Very managerial :)

Good details and pictures were provided about the vehicle I was particularly interested in. Sales manager was likeable and informative and worked out a deal that would fit my budget. Finance member accepted the fact I didn't want to purchase any warranties instead of trying to force it upon me like other dealerships. Deal went smooth and didn't take more than a few hours despite multiple people purchasing vehicles that same day. I am happy with my purchase and would be willing to drive the 5 � hours I did if the was another rig that peaked my interest.

Worst service department in Helena. Take your vehicle anywhere but here. We brought in our ram for service, they broke a part and refused to fix it. Then ee had to contact an attorney to get it fixed. The resulting fix took 6 hours but we were quoted 3. Our truck was parked for half of that time

UPDATED REVIEW--Talking with my Dad about finding out how much I got charged for this vehicle we looked at the paperwork. THEY SOLD ME A SERVICE CONTRACT FOR $2550! I DEFINITELY did NOT want that or knew that they charged me for this upfront AND they financed it! Also $3057 for OTHER charges NOT LISTED!!!If I could give no stars or negative stars I DEFINITELY would. I got conned BAD! My vehicle they sold me isn't worth even half of what I got swindled for. First vehicle I bought on my own and they screwed me over BIG TIME. I will never ever go there again or recommend to anyone.

This place is horrible. They put my friend in a car she will be paying 3 times as much as it is worth. And they say she didn't have to pay for first 40 days but then one month later she has a past due on her account. She has had some things happen in her life that is making it hard to get things caught up so she called and tried to figure out what she can do. She was even willing to give it back and they were no help and said if you don't pay we will just ruin your credit. It has to be against the law how they are taking advantage and hurting this lady is disgusting. They are no help and they should not even have put her in this vehicle. She needs a vehicle and the high pressure sales person saw that and took advantage of her . And will not let her get a different loan, trade in the car or anything. She is stuck. It makes me so upset and I will never do any business with this place at All. I wish there was something I can do but this review I feel is just the first step. If anyone knows the law and if there is something she can do please help. She is a single mother and this vehicle is destroying her life. I mean there has to be something people can do when there is a life challenging thing happen in there life and they are no longer able to pay to get out of that without it destroying everything that have work for.

We recently bought a used truck from Lithia Dodge in Helena, and it was the worst experience to say the least. To name some of the issues; At the dealer, the truck had a broken windshield and one of the front fog lights was burned out. We politely asked them to fix those things and they put in our contract that the windshield can get replaced at a Lithia dealership closer to where we live yet we have not been told how to go about this, and they did fix the fog light at our request. However, my husband asked if there was anything else we needed to be aware of and if they checked everything over thoroughly and we were told that everything was fixed and checked over . After the sale, we quickly found out there absolutely were issues that were completely bypassed.One of the back windows doesn t roll up without manually forcing it.One of the fob keys doesn t work.The cab visor lights don t work.For the Bigger issues;(Back to when we were at the dealership) .Unusual wheezing sound coming from the engine. When we asked the guy in charge he became defensive and passed it off as a normal sound and it just needed to warm up. As trusting consumers, we believed the guy and needless to say the sound has never stopped. They seemed irritated with us for even asking straight forward questions for things we were concerned about. When we tried addressing these issues after we decided to purchase, the only answer we got a few days later was It is a cheaper, older truck and those are things the mechanics overlook or don t check .Worse, after two days of ownership the check engine light came on. We immediately took it to AutoZone, and their diagnostic confirmed the catalytic converter needed to be replaced which is over $1,000.They also diagnosed the wheezing sound to be either a serpentine belt pulley or bearing issue.We have tried countless times to contact both the sales rep and the service manager to get answers for these issues. We are usually told we will get back to you and days have gone by with no further contact from their end. We have been very polite and trusting throughout this process but we are so disappointed with the poor way this has been handled.We are baffled as to WHY the consumer buying a $20,000 truck from a reputable dealer has to do quality control???We noticed the customers purchasing the brand new vehicles received superior treatment.In contrast, we bought a used car years ago from DON K In Whitefish and we were treated amazing and we walked away with a great used car that has literally ZERO issues from the day we bought it to now. We will definitely refer friends and family to that dealership from now on. As a consumer, it s important how and where we spend our money (even if it s used ) and it really does matter how people are treated.

My wife and I just stopped by to check out the new Ram trucks but ended up purchasing a 2024 Ram 1500. Alex, our salesman, was friendly and answered all our questions. DeeJay, the sales manager, gave us a very fair price for our trade-in and worked with us on an out-the-door price that we could agree on. Glad to find a place that's willing to negotiate with you.

From the moment I walked into the service department door I was greeted and professionally taken care of, I was updated on the progress of work being done, and asked if there was anything I needed while I waited. The service manager was extremely helpful and even followed after I left I had left with my vehicle to ensure I was happy with the results of my visits. Our salesman Jory listened to what we were looking for and never rushed the truck search. Jory was calm, knowledgeable of the product, and showed us all the vehicles we were looking for, even when we almost changed our mind during the signing of the paperwork, and requested to check 2 different trucks at the last moment. The finance person was very knowledgeable and made the final part of the sales transaction smooth and easy. He was very friendly and personable. We had some terrible sales experience from other local dealers, this was by far the best and certainly stress free buying experience we encountered. I have a 2007 Ram and Jeep I've had serviced here. They have always been honest and straightforward. I recently purchased a 2022 Ram from Jeffrey Geyer. It was easy and fairly priced and didnt waste my time. Jeff made the sale pleasurable. I told him what I was looking for and that I had some other trucks in mind that I had speaking with other dealers. Jeff's manner brought me back to Lithia. If you need a vehicle look him up.I also had some service done with the service manager, Howard Reed. I can't say enough good things about him. Auto sales/service can be cutthroat and it's refreshing to see people like Howard in the industry! As long as he is there I will be doing my service with them, they listen and care about your satisfaction.

I had the service done; I.e. Oil change, inspection, etc. Service guy was friendly. However while waiting I noticed no Lithia shirts on anyone. All staff, service and sales were very young and dressed like I do to do yard work. Based on this observation, I would not be buying my next truck from Lithia in Helena. What happened to this dealership?

Schaefer is about the best finance manager I have ever dealt with. This guy goes above and beyond to get you the coverage that you need at a fair price. He is very informative. I highly recommend him if you're buying a vehicle from Lithia. Keep up the good work!Well this is a updated review. The second day I had the car the backup camera stopped working. I was out of town and came back and I called the dealership asking them if they would take care of it. And as you can guess I get the runaround and nobody is willing to help me sending me from one department to the next and now nobody is returning my calls. It's starting to feel like they are not an honorable company to buy a used car from. I'm most likely going to have to pay extra money out of my pocket for them to make it right.

Recently purchased a Mazda cx-9. Friendly atmosphere and professional. Was in and out fairly quick. As far as the new car is concerned it's very nice and my wife loves it. So far a week later and 1000 miles down the road we've had no issues. Would give 5 stars but they tacked on a processing fee. The car was listed at $25,999 walking out ill pay more then 32,000 for the car.

We showed up late in the evening with our 4 and 5 year old boys to look at cars. Roman made sure we test drove every vehicle and even pulled one of the showroom floor for us to test drive. Never pushy and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the deal. Went with a Jeep Grand Cherokee and we will be back when it s time to purchase our truck.

I have called 4 times about warranty issues and my license plate that never arrived, always have to leave a message, and no one will respond. But they sure were easy to contact when I was buying a truck & they wanted to sell me that extended warranty! Now that they got my money, they ve ghosted me.

Another edit: we are 2.5 months into this deal and I still do not have my registration or title (I paid with cash, in full). Another note, my back shock is just HANGING. The bolt snapped like a twig)EDIT: one more thing to add to the list. If you comment anything negative, albeit true, on their fb page, they will block you! Even more reason to know they re shady!!Not only is this place shady but they delete reviews and/or have them hidden by paying for new reviews to make them go farther down the page..Everyone beware of this place. I paid cash for a vehicle about a month ago. From the second I drove it off the lot, NOTHING but problems. Now I m looking at a $5,000 bill for the fix and lithia will not do anything about it. Only thing they ve done is ignore my calls, text, and emails. Not only that but someone lost the paper I signed saying that all problems would be fixed, before the purchase was finalized. They knew the problems and issues and STILL sold it to me and let me leave with it.

Bought a new 2023 Ram Rebel while visiting in September 2023. The salesman was amazing and the purchase of the vehicle went well. However, I currently have a driveway ornament since the registration has expired and they have yet to get the paperwork in order. They do not return calls in a timely manner and apparently do not know how to do their jobs when it comes to titling and registration. I had to call and inform then how it was to be done after they had 45 days to get it done. Still waiting on the title work to be completed and I cannot legally drive the new vehicle I purchased. I have called the Business Office with no response along with the finance manager with no response for over a week after leaving him 4 voicemails. The salesman reached out to me and he is attempting to get things done. Still nothing after 3 days since I explained to him in detail what I needed to be sent and whom to send it to. I am very unhappy at this point since I have a vehicle I cannot drive and have to get to many medical appointments coming up. I hope they get their act together very soon as I will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint very soon. It should not take 48 days to send some paperwork correctly and have the temporary registration expire and not be able to send me another once since this is their incompetence. I will update this when or if this is resolved. They also have not even attempted to make things right at this point or make a sincere offer of good will. Sad

My husband and I recently brought a used (new to us) car from Lithia Dodge, Branden Watts made the experience so much more pleasant then some of our past experiences. The process was fairly quick, at least we didn t spend all day in the lobby and they even stayed past closing to finish up the paperwork with us. Branden was truly wonderful to work with. I would also like to throw a shout out to Ty over and Lithia Chevy he was really awesome to show us one of the vehicles we were possibly thinking of getting there too.

It seems to me that the last time we bought from you the truck got washed and a full tank of gas nope not this time I had to wash and fill up on my own dime and traded in a truck with a full tank so I was out 2 full tanks of gas and a car wash
