Ordered the wrong part, never apologized. Takes forever to complete repairs, staff don t seem to care about the customers. Often tries to bill you for things that never happened. My husband asked them to check the fan system in his truck and they checked the seatbelt recall instead. The staff was amazing, very friendly. They even gave me a shuttle back to work since my appointment was expected to last longer than my lunch break. Here's why I gave 1 star. I purchased a used vehicle (2007 Chevy Avalanche) with a radio from a 1 year newer chevy installed that was theft locked. The used car dealer said he'd contacted the dealership and they said it was a simple reprogramming and to bring in the vin# from the original vehicle to have it done for $189. I called the dealership myself to verify and was told the same thing. Fast forward 6 months when I finally saved up the cash and I made the appointment. I took it in, was quoted $165, waited 4 hours, then came back to see if it was done. At this time they told me the radio was incompatible and could not only not be programmed to the vehicle, but they couldn't even unlock it at all (it's from a 2008 Suburban). They offered to get a used, 16 year old radio from a salvage yard for $250, then install it for what I assume would have an additional labor charge. I appreciated the research and attempt, but needed to research on my own before committing to dropping hundreds of dollars on a 16 year old radio. Everything is fine here, I'm completely understanding though frustrated by the misinformation up front. So I go to check out expecting a labor charge for diagnostic since they couldn't actually do the job I was quoted. Instead the bill was full price. I was told that I still have to pay full price because he tried to reprogram the radio. No parts, no success, no heavy lifting, just $165.29 of try. I'm very upset due to wasted money and zero change to the problem I paid to have fixed. I feel like I was mislead by the dealership about their ability to do the job when I gave them all the facts about the radio upfront including the vins. They never said they didn't think it could be done, they only said it might cost a little more than quoted if they had to do a few more steps.

They ve really done a good job turning this place around. Went in for an oil change and Melissa the new service advisor welcomed me right as I walked in the door and with a little help from the new Manager Brad had me on my way quickly.

Was traveling and had a def light on asked if they could look at it as they said they were booked. Was told to be there at 730am and would work us in. Got there and the woman at the desk was very rude and told us they couldn't help us.

Was just wondering why yous fired Laura Pavey she very nice very friendly I do my car dealings with you all plus you all change oil on my car when needed my brother has gotten a truck from yous but can t understand why or for what reason you fired such a sweet gal we all have our days but ever since these pandemic hit you all are as friendly as you were your services have gone down a lot don t lose what you have good customers and employees that put their best foot forward for yous please rethink on your decision of firing Laura Pavey. Thankyous for your time in this matter.

The staff is very helpful. However, the part I needed to fix my electric seat (probably less than $10) was only available as part of an assembly that cost $776.45 ... so with labor the estimate was $1074.82 The services tech was very sympathetic to my frustration. I knew he wanted to help me.. I will likely need to find a complete seat at a salvage yard and replace it completely.

Absolutely amazing dealership. Shay Marcy is one of the best, hands down. He will bend over backwards to get you into the vehicle you want. Staying late, working weekends, finding the best deals, hunting for what you want. Highly impressed with the service and effort. You are definitely valued as a customer. I couldn t have been happier with my experience. HIGHLY recommend. Top notch.
