Highly recommend! I ve purchased two vehicles from here and have had an amazing experience both times. Just recently worked with Curtis whom was super friendly and took the time to help me get where I wanted in order for me to leave with a new vehicle. No matter who you work with they always seem to be super patient and very friendly!

Thank you to Jen, Ryan, Chris, Shay and the rest of the crew for a wonderful experience. Jen had the keys ready for us to look at the vehicles. Ryan made sure that we knew everything about the Jeeps that we were inquiring about. Chris made the loan process easy and Shay made sure that we were taken care of before we left. All stayed late even after closing to make sure that our vehicles were cleaned out, paperwork completed and that we had full tanks of fuel. We will be back when our kids are looking for a new ride. Thank you.

I had such a wonderful experience with Lithia. Starting with my online inquiry Presly contacted me asap via phone and a follow up text. I was able to schedule a test drive for the next day(could have done same day). My sales associate Damon was amazing. He was personable and knowledgeable. I was able to trade in my vehicle and leave with an amazing newer Jeep with peace of mind warranties. Shay made signing the paperwork quick and painless! Thank you all! Definitely recommend!

I had the most amazing car buying experience thanks to Steven and Larry. They helped me get the Jeep of my dreams. Steven was so kind and professional and Larry did everything he could to get me the best rate even after I had already had the Jeep. They also went out of their way to help me have enough fuel to get back home to Kalispell after a financial situation shorted me some of my funds. I justly recommend them to anyone looking for their next vehicle purchase. I will most definitely be going back. Thanks guys a ton from your favorite ghost hunter.

The service department far exceeded our expectations when we took in our 20 year old pickup for maintenance. The vehicle needed extensive work done to it to be safe and we were able to afford the labor. Mindy Tighe was kind and informative, all the employees were respectful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other women who may not feel so confident about automotive maintenance.

I was purchasing a truck out of state and therefore "dropping in" was not an option. They handled everything professionally and accommodated our "distance" needs by sending photos, organizing the documentation such that it could be signed online, making the process fun and effortless on my end. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, I was picked up at the airport, driven to the dealership, and had a thorough walkthrough of the vehicle all while being considerate of our time. I would happily buy another vehicle from them again.

We had an excellent buying experience with our Chevy blazer. Justin is a first class guy, honest, not pushy, very knowledgeable and Justin cared about us. He also returned all of our calls and he took us through the purchase process in a timely basis. He also found the exact vehicle we wanted very quickly. Shay was super knowledgeable about financing and discounts to help us get a great deal. Both Justin and Shay are exceptional people treated us with respect. We will buy from them again. It would be a mistake not to.

Curtis and Justin were great at resorting to communication and following through with having the vehicle ready to test drive and examine.The staff was customer oriented as well as transparent. The finance manager was upfront about all costs and no one attempted to s ok us more than we wanted. They provided finance options, Warner option however nothing was forced. One of the best simplest car purchasing experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend giving them a shot.

Everyone was very nice and acted in a professional manner. I am completely satisfied with the work that has been. Van was very helpful in finding a problem with the water pump. I'm glad the part was available in stock and could be replaced on the same day as timing belt replacement. The mechanic did an excellent job and I appreciate all his hard work to repair and install. My car is safer. and I don't have to worry if it will break down at the worst time. I wouldn't trust my Chevy Cruze to anyone else. Thank you for your service. Renee Noel

Initially we were not impressed with the first sales associate helping us. He was pushy and insisted that we told him our price range. We just wanted to see the vehicles that fit our criteria. After selecting 3 vehicles he went to get the keys, however a different associate returned. We are happy to say that the second sales associate surpassed our expectations . He was kind, answered all our questions. Joked with us and our 5 year old that was bored. Steven B. Was fantastic and I highly recommend him as a sales associate. We ended up purchasing a vehicle that day that fit our criteria, even with it being out of our initial budget. It was because of the patience and understanding that we received from Steven. Thank you!

Worked with Michael in sales and Larry in finance. Both were world class UCI Olympic World Cup in their respective positions. Made the deal over the phone and was in and out in 30 minutes. Great guys and excellent customer service from both. Drove my Chevy to the Levy and couldn't be happier.

We purchased a 2020 GMC Sierrah 1500 from these guys. The vehicle was clean had low mileage, priced right, and was just what we were looking for. The sales team were very informative, polite, and really spent the time to make sure we understood every aspect of the purchase, from the value, purchase process, and warranty options. Asked to have truck detailed before I took it home and manager said no already was detailed. Had mud and dirt on mats for back seats. Console was filthy. Windows were horrifically dirty.Was a used truck, but in worse condition I have ever purchased aused vehicle.Felt dealership was more into the sale and not the customer.I have bought over 31 vehicles from dealers and the best salesman I have ever dealt with was at thisdealership, Steve Barker, is top notch. Steve took great care of me and even had me bring my truck back in and he detailed it.

This is my 2nd purchase at this company. Both salesmen were great. However, my last purchase had to have over. $700.00 in repairs the first 5 days I owned it.paid cash in full. Disappointed a bit. But I would buy from your company again. Compared to the competition in Helena. I dislike rude people. Michael, my sales man is basically the only reason I bought there. He was very nice & extremely helpful.

I would review 0 stars if I could. Absolutely do NOT get a vehicle at this company. Worst decision we've ever made. They fully screwed us over, they know it, and they don't care at all. In October, we traded in a Honda that was in great condition with only a little over 100,000 miles for a truck. Within days of getting the truck, we noticed a burning rubber smell, and at first we thought it was just a fluke, because they had claimed they did a full inspection and everything looked good. They also sold us on a service and maintenance protection plan just to be safe, since it has 90,000 miles on it. After the burning rubber smell didn't go away for several weeks, we tried taking it back to have them look at it, using the protection plan we purchased. They wouldn't even LOOK at it for under $200. So we took it somewhere else to get a cheaper diagnostic, and they found that the transmission fluid was completely black, the filter was too, and it needed to be replaced. So they obviously didn't even look at the transmission fluid in their "inspection" and flat out lied to us. We then called Lithia back to get a quote on how much that would be, and they said somewhere between $450 and $650 (again, not covered by the service protection plan they sold us, and we've only had the truck a couple of months). We made the appointment and went in this morning. They tried telling us it was going to be $800. So now they've lied to us twice and are obviously just taking us for a ride. We walked out without giving them a cent, took it up to Kenny Simpson who quoted us less, and told them the whole situation. They told us that this happens several times a week to them - where folks will come up from Chevy Lithia upset because they got screwed over. It also turns out they all used to work at Chevy Lithia and quit for those exact reasons. We will never EVER do any kind of business with this place again, and we will do everything we can to detract others from ever doing business with them. Stay far away.

The personnel at the dealership were friendly, helpful, and responsive to me. I appreciated all their help and patience while answering my questions. Overall, the whole process went smoothly. My only issue was the hang up over my financing, but that is an entirely different story. I would recommend this dealership to others.

Drove from Salt Lake up to Helena to get the truck I wanted. Landon and Curtis could not have been more accommodating. They had a lot of the paperwork almost ready to go when I arrived and worked hard to get me back on the road headed home. They were more than fair on my trade in and definitely made this an all around positive experience.

Traveling south with our 5th wheel. Pulled in to Helena with a check engine light on a Friday and thought we might be stranded for a few days over the weekend. Service department was booked solid but got us in and on our way in a few hours. Everyone at the dealership were very friendly. Thanks for the great service.

One star is too much. Thanks for the lemon that we're stuck paying on...that warranty that's supposed to cover the exact engine issue that we are having. The same week we got it it was shaking but so much for the help we were supposed to get to fix that.. they never followed through.I told them when buying that I need a RELIABLE vehicle for Drs appointments out of town for my CHILDREN...they could care less, not sure how any of them are married I feel for their wives. Dishonest, pushy, and simply all about their overpriced sales of lemons. Buyers beware, go elsewhere.
