I had been searching for a vehicle that was reasonably priced, a good fit for our Montana weather and that I would love. I came across an ad from Lithia and there it was, finally! Presly was amazing helping to get me to the right person, which turned out to be an amazing salesman named Curtis. When I finally made it to Helena, they both introduced themselves, were great to work with and just made the experience that much better. Curtis has kept in contact to check on me and make sure everything is going as expected. I don t plan on another car soon, but when I do, I hope to work with them again. Thank you so much Curtis and Presly for helping make this the best decision ever!

Kasey and Daren were fantastic! Kasey spent all the time in the world showing me vehicles, answering questions and finding me the perfect truck. Daren was great as a manager getting me all of the warranties, accessories and the right price. I would highly recommend buying from them and I will be back for my next purchase!!!

Lithia is the most unethical dealership I have ever been in. The new car I wanted was too expensive, so they tried to sell me a used one with 53,000 miles on it. I researched other dealerships on line. Chevy was offering $4700 customer cash on that model. I asked if they could do better and was told oh yeah there is a document processing fee. I've heard 3 other horror stories since then. One in Washington State. It's Lithia everywhere!

Tried to get in for an oil change on the weekend. Apparently no one was working and got turned away. Made an appointment for the following Tuesday and made it in.

Sold a car with known issues and did not disclose them. After that they completed work without having authorization to do so.....please do yourself a favor and stay away from this crooked business.

I'm tired of hearing about the high diagnostic fee. It's not really appropriate for straightforward warranty repairs.

Replaced hoses to the radiator. I think that should have been done when the radiator was replaced 6 months ago, but this way they got to charge me twice.
