This dealership was amazing! I ordered a Z from out of state and they were always on point! Unlike every other dealership in my area they ordered and sold me the car at MSRP. Zach worked with me and kept me updated every step of the way. Dealers in my area are still calling me and trying to get me to purchase a Z from them well over MSRP. If I ever purchase a Nissan again, I will go out of my way, out of state, to purchase from them again. It s hard to find good, honest dealers these days.

My daughter and I had a great experience buying her a used Nissan after spending weeks trying to find one in the Gallatin valley. It was worth the trip. Next time I'm in the market, this will be on my go to list for sure! Their warranty is pretty awesome too!

My experience was great!! Ed, my salesman, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and took the time to make sure I not only got exactly what I wanted but also the best deal as well. During the finance part of the sale, Dave made sure to explain everything thoroughly and ensure I got the coverages most beneficial to me. The entire staff at Kenny Simpson Nissan were very friendly and welcoming it was better and quicker than any other car buying experience I ve ever had!

I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership, & I have always found them to be honest, and forthright. Terms of the deals have always been as described, & there have not been any surprises. My most recent purchase of an F-350 was an exceptional experience. The dealer went out of their way to locate a vehicle matching my requirements and my price range. After acquiring the vehicle, they assisted me with securing financing & gave me one of the higher trade-in values than some of the other local dealerships had offered. Due to detailing the new vehicle it was not ready at time of purchase, so the dealership delivered it to my home, and picked up my trade-in the following day. It is impressive service that will keep me coming back to Kenny Simpson Nissan.

Scott and Jason were great to work with. They are personable and provide good information. I appreciated the transparency in pricing and financing and not feeling pressured for any add-ons or up-selling. Overall the entire team was enjoyable to work with; I will definitely recommend them and be a returning customer.

I bought my rogue in July of 2022. The car is a keyless entry but won t lock. The slot for the emergency key is bored out so the car can t be locked or unlocked. The remote starter doesn t work. These are things that should have been disclosed and fixed on a car that cost over 40,000 dollars. I was just too trusting of the salesman. I got a response from the dealership and on Monday December 19th took my car in to have the lock looked at. They got the lock to work and are going to put a new lock cylinder. Because they are fixing the problem, I changed my review.

I don t leave feedback typically but my recent service experience was the worst I have ever had. After my truck had an issue I took it in and was told that a part was needed and it would be covered under warranty but not the shipping if I wanted the part for the weekend so I agreed to pay the overnight shipping charge so my truck would be useable to tow my trailer for the weekend. After not hearing back for three days I called several times and left messages with no response. I went to the dealership to ask because I was needing to leave for the weekend. I was then told they would check and the service advisor told me that they don t know when the part will be available it could be a long time. I didn t understand because I was told they could overnight the part originally. She told me that I could call corporate and see if that helps. I should not have to call corporate and I should have been informed earlier in the week so I could have found a different truck. The service manager has never one time returned a call for any service question I have had. I would definitely check with other dealer ships before using Kenny Simpson Nissan.

First I'd like to start out by saying I gave Kenny Simpson Nissan a chance to make things right with my vehicle. Unfortunately they don't inspect their vehicles before selling them. I was charged to clear codes after having the vehicle for less than a week. I was sold an AWD vehicle with 2 different sets of tires with different treads even though that makes it unsafe to drive. Also got the vehicle detailed from them and that was a joke thanks Howard. I brought my concerns up with the dealership guessing that these things may have been over looked during the sale process and to see if they could make things right. I was told they don't inspect their vehicles and that since it came from another dealership out of state they're not responsible for the codes and tires or even an inspection. I'm still waiting on a call back to see if I can get an owners manual and another Fob from Dave and I'm also still waiting to hear from Kenny Simpson. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. For a dealership that says they strive for the highest standard,they definitely didn't.. and don't. If you're looking for good customer service go somewhere else.

Kenny Simpson said they had the vehicle I wanted and they didn t. When I got to the dealership, they said they could get one to Helena for me but only if I signed a lease. I said no and was hassled for it, and one of the car salesmen said I should have brought my dad along so he could talk some sense into me. (Never mind that I have an education and good paying job of my own). I ended up going to Missoula Nissan they got me the pickup I wanted, gave me an awesome deal on it, and treated me with respect.Now I m receiving mail from these dillholes with the sender address mimicking a relative of mine. It says the mail is sent from a M. Hatten , but I open it and guess what, it s Kenny Simpson wanting me to trade the pickup that he wouldn t sell to me!! What a sleezy, deceptive, annoying tactic.I hope Kenny Simpson has the day he deserves.

I have bought a few trucks from Kenny Simpson, and everytime has been a smooth and seamless process. His staff is top of the line, and have always gone to any lengths to be of service to my family and friends that I send to them! Recently, one of my cars that I inherited had terrible hard water spots that the detailers in town could not get off. I stopped by Kenny Simpson Nissan and asked if their guys if they had any way to get the hard water spots off especially the windows, and offered to pay for their time. Not only did they immediately take my car back and start working on it, Dakota did such an incredible job, and the owner even helped! They didn't charge me, and instead I was able to leave a generous tip for their OUTSTANDING detailer/servicer Dakota! these guys are the best in the business, and in they continue to impress myself and those I recommend to them. Thanks guys!

Saw that they had a special promotion going on online that says your job is your credit blah blah blah so we got a voucher for it. We showed up and they wanted $6,500 down for a 2018 even tho on the voucher it said $1 down and no payments till september, good credit bad credit doesn't matter. My boyfriend has a really good job and gets paid good money and was willing to do whatever as far as payments go. We drove 2 hours to come look at a car and drive away in something. They did not do anything that they stated on the Ad that was publicly posted on Facebook. We not only wasted half our day but also a lot of gas to come here. Very disappointed

I was able to make an appointment online and bring my car on pretty short notice. I had some questions because the car is new to me and the service department was awesome and adressed all my concerns. And they washed my car for me, which was an added nice surprise!

Worst dealer in town. They ripped my grandfather off. He has memory issues and is blind and sold him a great car with no issues . When I went to see the car, rims were different colors, tires were all bald and had to buy all new ones over 1k. 2015 jeep compass, Kelly blue book places its value at 15k. With over 75k miles on it and they charged my grandfather who paid cash for the car over $30k. They fraudulently sold this vehicle to a person with a disability and when confronted, we were kicked off the property. Do not shop for vehicles here!

Everyone of the service department employees there are amazing. From the front desk to the techs themselves. They went above and beyond to reach out to Nissan and took excellent care of my car. From start to finish they did great they got me in first thing in the morning since my car broke down at the end of the day. Diagnosed the problem, got the parts, and got me in. I know it doesn t work like this but if it did. I d give all them a raise.

As we pulled up Dave a sales rep came out very friendly and knowledgeable. Me and my wife were in the process of deciding what car we wanted. Dave asked some great questions about family size and other things we like to do and put us on to a Nissan Pathfinder. He was very great with our child as well as very open to answer every question we had to ask. After we Picked a 2016 Pathfinder they had in the used lot we got to see how the operation works. The owner Kenny came out shook hands and let us tour his facility. Not only did he thank us for letting them try to find us a car he was not pushy or aggressive on the sale. All the staff were more interested in making my wife and child comfortable during our purchase. FAMILY FRIENDLY AND GREAT STAFF WAS THE DECIDING FACTOR FOR US (and an amazing price). I would recommend everyone look at Kenny Simpson Nissan for their next vehicle. You guys are amazing. You have our business, Thank you.

Terrible place to buy a vehicle!! The day of actually buying the vehicle goes pretty well, but everything that comes after is awful! The customer service is hit or miss, they will just clear a service light to make it shut off instead of actually fixing the problem. I will never buy from here again!

I had a great experience working with the newer salesman John. He was very professional and had an awesome personality as well as the rest of the KS team. The transaction was smooth and my wife and I were very comfortable and confident in our purchase. I would highly recommend Kenny Simpson Nissan and John. Definitely be back again! Love the 4Runner!

Really surprised by the experience. My wife and I just bought a pre-owned '18 van and all and all it was a good experience. We not only got a better price than down the road, but also got an extended warranty to boot. Our salesman David stayed in touch with us, but not in a pestery sort of way. They told us paperwork would take an hour and a half but I don't think it took more than forty five minutes, hour tops. We are planning on buying a second vehicle within the next two months and David is definitely going to get first shot.

Kenny and Bryan recently went above and beyond to find my perfect truck for me! Which was by no means an easy task. These guys are brilliant at the vehicle buying experience and have on each occasion that I have come to them asking for a very specific vehicle they have delivered! I highly recommend you entrust them to find you the right vehicle for you, as they listen to exactly what you want and expect, without hesitation ensure you find what you want and make the experience simple, streamlined and will even make you laugh in the process! Do yourself a favor and go see one of these two, and get a great vehicle!
