Getting my oil changed is not a bad errand any longer. I first came several years ago and haven t gone anywhere else since! The guys here are wonderful. Esp the manager. He makes me feel special. Very kind and courteous!

The wonderful staff at this Jiffy Lube are incredible. They opened all the doors for me, engaged me in conversation, and took wonderful care of my car. They were honest with me about things needing to be replaced and things that could wait u til the next visit. I ve been coming here for years with different vehicles and they always treat me with kindness. 5 stars isn t enough. Thanks Jiffy Lube!

These guys are great. I had a transmission flush and oil change done, plus new wipers! Probably was only there for forty five minutes! So quick. They were nice and helpful. And it was all a walk in!!! No appointments necessary!!!

I went in for an oil change. I usually use the dealer but needed it done before a trip. The service was great and very quick. The technician was very friendly and let me know my all my options. Big plus, much cheaper and faster than the dealer. I will definitely use them again.

This is a great place to stop in for an oil change. I have had my air filters replaced here, my windshield wiper blades replaced, coolant topped off and transfer case fluid replaced here as well. I recommend stopping here for your next oil change in Helena.

They were quick to approach me when I pulled up. They were just as quick with my oil change. On check out I was given the run down on what was done. 4 stars because they do everything they said and my windows had streaks on them.Great people, Great service! I feel like their in big of a hurry.

They were speedy and professional, although about a third more expensive than my usual oil change place. Another thing that you have to navigate is the many add-ons they try to sell you: from windshield wipers to coolant. But over all, I d go back when in need of a quick convenient oil change.

This crew has been solid. Every time I ve been in they have been professional, friendly, and go above and beyond. They bring potential problems to my attention without pressuring or making it feel like they are just up selling. I appreciate that they go over what they did to my vehicle before they ask me to pay and answer all of my questions. These guys are not afraid to have a conversation about anything and most importantly, leave you feeling good about the service you just paid for. Well done!!

First time at this business, retired and on a fixed income. They presented themselves very courteous and showed understanding with my financial situation. I ve been a loyal customer for years. Each time I ve been in, I ve had a very pleasant experience, haven t had to wait too long and I am not sold up on services that I don t need. Being a woman, some places think they can pull one over and make sales off of services not needed. So I truly appreciate their honesty and customer service.

We there to get oil change as the sticker from last place ,told me over due. They offered a tire rotate which I needed,so that saved me a trip to tire shop..Zach , came out and showed me that my oil was hood for another 3000 miles. I so appreciate thier honesty. How easy for them to just change it,charge me and send me off. The whole team ,so polite, and helpful. I'm spreading the word.Five stars from me.

About a week ago I visited Jiffy Lube for the first time I was needed my oil changed. The service man was very polite and knowledgeable. I had a few questions regarding my vehicle and he was able to answer all my questions and offer some advise. After a few minutes out with my SUV he came back in with my interior filter and it was black needless to say it was obvious I needed a new one so I gave the go ahead. So back out to the vehicle he went. After about 10 min he came back in and was explaining that my transmission fluid was getting pretty dark and I might want to start thinking about getting that drained and replaced as a new transmission would run me about $6,000 for my vehicle and of course was not a insurance covered procedure unless I had an extended warranty so I said thank you I would keep that in mind well they were almost done with my vehicle and I decided to inquire a little more to see what that would cost and if I needed an appt. He said it was on special for $169.00 which was only a $10 discount but I happened to have the extra money and probably would not anytime soon. I then asked how long it would take and was there a chance they could do it now and he said sure they were pretty slow as no one had pulled in for service since id been there so I said go for it. I left feeling good about about my service and that the things that my vehicle currently needed were taken care of and that I had been charged a fair and reasonable price for the services that were performed that day. Needless to say I will be returning to that Jiffy Lube for all of my oil changes and other services they can provide for me. Sincerely, Shawna Primmer. I believe this is only the 3rd or 4th time I've ever taken the time to write a review.

I have been getting my oil changes done here for 14 years. They do a great job, get you in and out, and have very friendly staff. I appreciate the ability to get my fluids topped off as a courtesy service between changes. I would definitely recommend them.

This is a review for the jiffy lube on cedar st. in Helena Mt. This was the second time I had service at this location. I brought a different vehicle I own this time because my first experience was excellent. The whole team is awesome but Charlie who was my contact person is the reason I came back and will continue to choose this location. What an amazing person on every level.

This place is great! The guys working are real friendly and know how to get a job done right. This was my first time ever having someone that wasn t me change my oil and I m glad I picked a place like this! I ll see yall in three months! (They also love the Carroll college community)

The service team was great on info and maintenance plans in the future!! I plan on using them from now on! Used Jiffy Lube in Utah for the last 25 years. No one is better and the customer service was #1.

I plan my schedule to make sure all of my car servicing and oil changes happen with the crew at Jiffy Lube in Helena! They have always taken great care of my car and have my best interests in mind. I have never had to wait long and appreciate that they re dog friendly!

The guys were nice and were pretty quick.However, their tire rotation something was broken so we could only get an oil change. While I m not sure what for machine is used but I guess they went the lazy route instead of doing it by hand.Now my Jeep has over heated a few times since, my traction light randomly came on and my heat on the drivers side is blowing cold air out of the left vent and warm/lukewarm out of the right. My Jeep worked perfectly fine before I took it in here. 2 days ago I went in, now I have a few things I have to get fixed.I m not sure if it s because I said I d change my own filters or what but that s a first and last stop at any Jiffy Lube. Stupidly overpriced just to screw up my vehicle.

The service was good, the front desk rep had fantastic customer service. The prices are so high, but everything is expensive. It doesn't seem that long ago that a oil change was $35.

I absolutely believe in reading the reviews. Therefore, I am going to be completely honest. I went to Jiffy Lube March 1st. They changed the fluids in my van and upsold me an air filter. My vehicle is a handicap van used for my adult handicap son s needs. So I am very responsible with maintaining the upkeep of it. And I believe that that s the reason why I haven t had any issues thus far. The guys were friendly & prompt. I felt good about the service until I pulled out of the parking lot. The moment I went to excel there was a delay that almost made the van quit running. Once I let off the accelerator, it slowly began to run again. The drive home seemed ok. Same issues accelerating and decelerating at the lights. I thought it was because they filtered out the fluids and it might take a minute to run through. Well the next time I drove it, it idled rough. I knew then something wasn t right. I have never had any issues like this ever. So I called Jiffy Lube. They were accommodating. Said bring it in. I did just that. The mechanic popped the hood. He made sure the lids were on tight. Checked the oil. Then ran the computer on it. That read I had an airflow issue. So I said to him, You changed the air filter. Could it be that? He said no. It s reading like a seal leak. I said, how do we fix that? He said, we don t do that here. You have to go to a big repair shop. Have a nice day. I drove home feeling frustrated and annoyed. I chatted with my dad. He felt it might be the air filter as well. So he checked and the filter had not been placed correctly. Once my dad fixed it, my van runs smoothly. Thanks dad!

Very friendly and warm people. Appreciated the speed and effectiveness! I was at subway next door and the service tech came over to show me a cabin filter, which I thought was going above and beyond.
