I chose Hjelm's a year ago to repair my front bumper due to good reviews and price repair estimate. It was not the least estimate. This spring, I had to have bumper repair, again. Quit going to that liquor store that has high concrete parking blocks. I am 80 years old. Hjelm's did not take advantage of my age. Helped me out monetary and emotionally. Today, my front passenger window did not raise up. I called Hjelm's. It is Nov. 4. I live at Hunters Pointe. No garage. Mechanic took me right in. He had to take exterior door off. He discovered window button stuck on down. Fixed it. No cost. I recommend Hjelm's to everyone. Especially, women. They respect you and their repairs are reasonable in cost.Service: Body & Trim

Had the rear panel where the blind spot detection is replaced.it looks great and works great also. The price was competitive.

Nobody wants to hit a deer and have their car repaired...but it happens. The service from the initial review to the updates during the repair to the final checkout was top notch. While waiting to pickup the car three or four others folks came in and they all walked out happy. One of them I happened to strike a conversation with and they agreed that the work and people were fantastic! I was quoted a price to change my door handle. I bought the handle and took my truck in only to find out(after the guys at Hjelms did all the work to take it all apart) that the problem was not the handle but the latch. I went to pick up my truck and pay the bill. To my surprise I wasn't even charged time or labor for the time spent on my truck. They were great to work with and earned my future business.

These guys are great. Very honest and straightforward. They helped me replace a gasket on my truck and told me the truth of my body damage. I appreciate these dudes.

The guys at Hjelms did good work fixing accident damage on my car. Just as importantly they are friendly and willing to help out with big and small projects. When other shops are hesitant, the guys at Hjelms are willing to help out. Wont go anywhere else if i need body work.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This shop is the most friendly and helpful shop in Montana. We came from Miami and needed a quote on a rental car, Brian Helped us like family. Extremely honest shop, highly recommend.

Paint is chipping from a fix 17 months ago and they were willing to touch it up so it could be slipped by the dealership I was trading in to! They would have "done it right" if I left it with them for 3 days. I don't have a 2nd car. They should have offered me cash to cover the reduction in value.
