I bought a used CR-V from Helena Motors. When I first came in to test drive it, my salesperson didn t seem to know much about the car (for example, that it came with no spare tire, just a patch kit), and didn t seem very friendly, or even really interested in selling the car to me.I was still interested in the car itself though, so I asked the manager to be paired with a different salesperson, and set up a time a few days later for a second test drive and to have it inspected by an independent mechanic. When we arrived at the scheduled time, we found the manager I d been working with was not in, and had not set us up with any salesperson or scheduled the test drive/inspection.Fortunately, this is when Johnny came to the rescue. On no notice, he spent his entire morning going with us on a test drive and getting the car inspected. He was very friendly, and able to answer most of our questions, and called people on the spot to get answers when he didn t have them. We ended up deciding to buy the vehicle, and Dan in financing was very easy to work with.Overall, had it not been for Johnny and Dan, this would have been a terrible experience, but once they got involved, it was easy, and even fun.

Jack K (sales) Dan (Finance) are down right amazing! My husband and I have bought many vehicles over the years and this experience has been by far the best. We have worked with Tristan to purchase a few vehicles and would absolutely do business with him and Helena Motors again. Tristan was patient with all of our inspections and questions and did his due diligence to advocate for us with our 2 trade ins for the best values we could get. Helena Motors offered us the best value of the multiple dealerships we visited and we ultimately ended up being very happy with our purchase. Even after the transaction was complete and we had questions about the vehicle, Tristan was more than happy to answer and help solve anything we needed. We will definitely be working with Tristan in the future for any possible purchases. Thanks guys!

I walked in to get service for my ford and decided why not talk to someone about a new vehicle. My experience was wonderful. I was helped by Heather. She was knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. I felt like I was in great hands(she s the best). I also had a great experience with Jeff. I didn t know I would be buying a car today but the team helped make that decision easier. I didn t feel pressured or off put at all. If you were thinking about buying a car here, I would highly recommend.

Shopping was really easy we told them what we wanted they didn't have it, but by the next day they were able to get the exact car to the dealership by the next day. Heather S. Was absolutely amazing and worked her magic to make sure we got the car we were looking for. A little frustrated with the finance department because I'm pretty sure we were charged more than we discussed but other than that we are very happy with our purchase.

Spent two long days with a gentleman named Cooper Rochin and he was the most patient sales person I've met in a long time. Down to earth, willing to chat, marine veteran, and very well mannered. God opened some doors for me and next thing ya know I'm out the door with a certified used ford f150 and that saved me over $14,000 as compared to buying a new tundra. The process was like any dealership in terms of waiting and signing things but over was a very pleasant experience.

Heather just delivered my new RAV4 this morning as she promised!! She took extra time to go over every detail and set up my Toyota App, Bluetooth and settings. She was knowledgeable, professional, and so pleasant to work with. If you need a skilled Salesperson at Toyota of Helena, she s your gal. Excellent customer service, I would give her a 10 out of 10. Tristan Mihm did a great job helping me out. He did an outstanding job taking care of me, and getting into my new Honda Civic! Tristan understood Customer Service is #1 and went out of his way to make sure I was fully taken care of, and answered any questions I had! I went into Helena Motors after work just to see what a payment would be on a newer truck and I drove out with a brand new 2023 Toyota Tacoma! Nathan Faulkner and Heather Sappington made it happen! They were the most down to earth, patient and helpful sales person I've met! As were the rest of the staff I've spoke to. Thanks guys! Happy New Year!

Held my car hostage until I paid for an additional $600 of unwanted work, I was charged two tow bills because they needed my car to be hauled from one side of their lot to another and they would not willing to do it. No compensation, and I was charged for unwanted parts and service due to them missing their appointment to service my vehicle. All of their shortcomings were put on my bill. Would not recommend ever. I was warned by two of my friends, unfortunately they were right. I received my car after paying an $600 more than if I had taken it to Burdock's locksmith for new keys.

I bought a new vehicle in 2020 from Helena motors, I really enjoyed the sales experience and I am genuinely upset I have to leave a negative review.Their service department is one of the worst I have ever experienced, due to an extreme lack of communication and being provided with false information regarding repairs.I really enjoy ford vehicles and I like buying new, but being stuck with this dealership's service department has me wanting to shop elsewhere.

Recently went through Mr. Jack King for the purchase of my 2020 GMC 3500HD Denali. Jack made the process super simple and relaxing. Dealing with multiple members of their staff, I was pleasantly met with professionalism, every step of the way. I will certainly be using Honda of a Helena for all of my future, vehicle needs.

Recently bought a gt350 from Helena Motors. Corey and the rest of the team were very helpful when going through specifically what options were on the car and what kind of warranty options I could purchase for the car. I bought the car out of state and they sent all of the forms pre completed to me with 2 day mail to get everything done as fast and as easily as possible.I currently work in a hospital and with COVID I had very limited time to fly out and get the car and Corey came in on a Sunday when the dealership was closed so that I could pick up the car.I haven t worked with the service department as I live all the way across the country but the sales team was legitimately 10/10 for their customer service.

I worked with Kory Smith to purchase a new vehicle and he was amazing! I couldn t recommend him enough. He knew exactly what I needed and worked with me until we found it! He didn t waste my time showing me cars that I wasn t interested in! By far the most enjoyable experience I ve had purchasing a car! 10/10 recommend Kory Smith at Helena Motors!

I am a very active senior and was purposely looking for a new truck to fulfill the needs for ease of hauling and pulling equipment. I gravitated towards the new 2022 Ford Maverick pickup and began calling a local Bozeman Ford dealership only to be left discouraged!! The salesman did not want to support the efforts in preparing a build purchase order for me. So, I decided to take my business up to Helena Motors because Jessica and Jeff G., were interested in my business. I must say, Jeff had the patience of Job with the decision process in building a new truck purchase order with me. The order went in and I left a happy camper on Jan 27th.. Recently, I returned for a test drive in a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Express and came home with this beauty. Everyone at Helena Motors makes you feel important add! You are not rushed or bull dozed into an unwanted sale. It s a very laid back and relaxed sales environment and you will go home with sense of satisfaction! I must say, we are now a family!! I will most definitely send all of my friends to see Jeff G. at the Helena Motors in Helena, Montana, for their vehicle purchases. Thank you Jessica, Dan and Jeff G.

Helena Motors it my Go To place for purchasing vehicles. I have purchased 4 vehicles since 2011 at Helena Motors and have never had a bad experience. I purchase Toyota's as they are, in my opinion the most reliable cars, but they only sell quality vehicles!Kirk Loveridge is my favorite salesman. He's goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy with your purchase and follows up to make sure any questions you have after purchase have been taken care of.Helena Motors service department is great also. They make sure your car is serviced properly the first time, or if you're not happy with something they make it right. I've never had a time when my "stupid" questions have not been answered. I highly recommend Helena Motors when buying a vehicle.

At at time when vehicles can be hard to find, Helena Motors found the perfect 2021 Toyota Tundra TRD Truck for me. I traded in my Toyota Sienna soccer mom van for a certified used truck with 5K miles...and I absolutely love it! Helena Motors was great to work with--John Alastra with sales, Jeff with financing, and the service department team. Helena Motors made calls to help me secure an awesome interest rate, gave me more than I expected for the van I traded in, and crunched numbers to help the payment terms work for my budget. Just got back from a roundtrip drive to Phoenix and felt soooooo comfortable and safe on the road. I love the 38 gallon gas tank. I couldn't be happier!

A major concern of mine when it came to getting my first newer car was that calling into a dealership would feel predatory. My experience with Helena Motors through Mike Folsom was thankfully not that. I made it clear what I was prioritizing, what my price range was, and what I wasn't interested in, and he made the rest work! This is minor, but I really appreciated him talking at my level when he got a read of who I was as a person. I hate doing business with people who treat me like a stick-in-the-mud CEO when I'm not. Mike was the stand-out of my business with HM, but the rest of the team was great too.Full disclosure; I'm still in the honeymoon phase of getting a new car. I will update this review with more information as I get some miles and maintenance into it, but right now I have nothing but praise!

We drove 100miles to do business with them! Michael Folsom started working with us over the phone on the way, gave us great information, and super helpful. Michael was awesome! Just the right amount of information but not pressuring us. They were fast and set us up great with our trade-in. I highly recommend! I will be calling on them again for our next vehicle.

Terrible experience with my new truck. Buying the truck was fine but it had an issue from the factory. The service department claimed the issue didn t exist and the manager was too busy to deal with it. I will never buy another vehicle from here.

Had a good experience at Helena Ford picking up a certified pre owned F150, 4 months ago. Owen and Jeff treated us very well.We had the first service done this month and some minor accessories added. The service department made an appointment for us, gave us a courtesy ride to and from work, and completed the work to the truck.

Johnny the sales guy was so great to work with. He was very kind and patient with me. He even helped me fill out the credit application over the phone because I was having issues getting it to work online. Treated me like a family member or friend, great experience. Jeff in finance was equally as kind, one of the most honest finance people I have ever worked with. I appreciated the time he took explaining all of our options to us and making sure we understood everything we were signing. We were on a time schedule so when we arrived he had everything ready for us to sign. We were only at the dealership for about an hour. Just have to say thanks for the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you, you guys are awesome! We love our Highlander!

I want to give an amazing shout out to Michael Folsom. I hate going to the dealership but Michael went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I WANTED NOT what he thought I needed. Answered all my questions and helped give direction that best suited me. If you ever are looking for help with a vehicle his is the man to ask for. My husband and I thank you so much
