We recently bought a car at Helena Toyota. It was a easy process and Kirk and the finance department were outstanding to work with. They made buying a car stress free and they were excellent to work with. I would not waste your time at another Toyota dealership and do business with Helena Toyota. I can't say enough good things about them. Thanks so much for everything!! We will be back for sure

We recently went on a search to find the best vehicle to tow a small family camper. We worked with Kirk, John, and Jeff, but everyone there was exceedingly friendly. We had very specific questions as we were looking for something to do a very specific job. John was very transparent about what each truck could do that we were looking at. Our experience was just great. We highly recommend Ford of Helena!

Tristan was/is an excellent representative! He is patient, knowledgeable, and an excellent listener. In addition to helping us buy our new car; he spent considerable time helping me to navigate the technology involved with all the amazing features. He went above and beyond.Our Total experience was great ! Thanks also to Rick and Josh for assisting us with our needs. When you haven t made a new car purchase in a long while, it can be daunting. This process was the opposite!

Friendly service department. Prices are reasonable. Watch the recommended service and double check online service time requirements for your vehicle or seek another mechanic tech advise. My truck with 44k miles they gave me a long service suggestion list. Most services are actually over 100k suggested per toyota online. Be in the know for your vehicle.

This was the smoothest car buying experience I ve ever had! I would highly recommend Helena Motors for your next vehicle. I wanted a different truck, but it was one someone had already ordered. This truck was on order so I chose it instead. I m not at all disappointed. It has a smooth ride and minimal road noise. I highly recommend it and Helena Motors!

We drove from Billings to Helena Toyota to purchase a Toyota 4runner from Heather Sappington. Heather was great to work with over the phone and even better in person.It was refreshing to have a company that really cared about your buying experience. We were concerned that things might change once we got to Helena but Heather was true to her word on everything and they even worked with us on the price of some additional options that we selected. Thank you for a wonderful car buying experience. We are referring our daughter!!

Owen was awesome!! Knowledgeable, fun, friendly, fast & very helpful. Only thing I have to complain about is that I noticed one of my fog lights were out after I bought it. My bad for not checking but I also didn t think it would be something I needed to check. Should have tho. Figured that would ve been something they would have done. The entire assembly needs to be replaced so it s another $150 I wasn t accounting for. Other than that, it was a great experience and they were all so nice!****UPDATE! Tyler got ahold of me immediately and set me up with an appointment and fixed the issue! He was so helpful and great to work with on this and seemed genuinely eager to help. Super nice guy! Overall great experience with Helena Motors!

Ty Grove was very comfortable to work with. Additionally, he was knowledgeable about the new car and was patient and helpful with the setting up our phones, demonstrating the safety features and explaining the car features. The finance department was very good. We recommend Ty and Helena Toyota without reservation. MH

Wanted to buy local, but I can t stand when I don t get basic customer service. If we have an appointment don t pass me off to someone else who doesn t know what was going on (which I don t blame the second salesman at all, wasn t his fault). Then they apologized and we gave them a second chance and it just got me frustrated again. We just keep getting excuses that there is miscommunications going on, when all we wanted to know was when our vehicle would be in so we could test drive it. We did all the research ourselves. We tried to be so easy, but this has been a harder experience dealing with these guys than anywhere else we ve been. I hate leaving bad reviews but i don t know what else to do. Lots of other places to buy cars.

If you have out of state plates, these people will lose your screws for your skid plate, they will fail to put your car back together properly, and they'll give you the run around about fixing your car. After losing my screws, they literally zip tied my skid plate back on, which I've had 2 other Ford Dealerships tell me wasn't appropriate. My plate got damaged from being dragged a couple of miles because of their negligence and unprofessionalism. Ironic how skid plate screws are backordered THE SAME TIME mine come up missing at this place.Also, after doing a inspection and saying I needed one part for my hood release to be fixed, I waited over an hour just to be told "hey, we did a second inspection, and we need a second part now". And after being told this, I was told by the lady that they could "change my oil and check my dipstick even without popping my hood". The same lady also gave me a print out saying I needed my "brake fluid exchanged" on 3-25-2024, even after my brakes were bled and fixed up for a recall repair on 2-12-2024. I really need to pay 170 bucks to change my brake fluid after a month? Okay. BTW, I think they said her name was Deb.I get Montana has a thing about hating everyone but their own, but if I drive a Ford car, and you're a Ford dealership, I expect you to be professionals and do your job. Trying to rip people off because you think you can pull a fast one isn't right.Ford has access to your service history at every Ford dealership across the country, and these people don't even check their OWN service history. I'm sure if you grew up in the same neighborhood as these people, they might help you. But if you're from 98% of the rest of the USA, proceed with extreme caution. They will do everything in their power to play you for a fool. Also, if they email you saying they want to talk about stuff, don't expect a reply.It cost $0 to be honest and respectable, and you all lied to me and disrespected me AND my car 3 separate times. I just don't understand it.

John Alastra was kind and patient with us and although we couldn t get the new car in the color we wanted we ended up with a decent deal on a used vehicle of the same type. There was a problem with hard water stains on the glass, but I brought it back and Josh took care of it right away with a acid bath.

Tristan Mihm is excellent! He spent hours with me showing me the inside and outside of the vehicle. Explained everything, very patient and kind. He deserves more than a gold .Amy Theil in service also needs to be recognized for her help in making the decision easier and getting me to the right people.Everyone was great help and easy to work with. The only thing is the ties! You all don't need to wear them. Get rid of them.

As always, our experience with Ford of Helena has been excellent. It is our first time working with Cooper Rochin, but he was excellent with information and any questions that we had. He is a fine young man and it was a pleasure to work with him. I purchased a 2024 Rav4 Hybrid XLE. They made sure to follow up with the buyer in terms of the vehicle's location and which vehicle and how I am planning to purchase. For example, they asked if I wanted to proceed with Toyota finance & I told them I would proceed with a different bank (or credit union), no more questions were asked. Mr. Kirk also made sure that I could use the exterior cleaning service later since they couldn't perform due to extreme cold weather in Montana. Overall, the experience with Toyota of Helena was great!
