I cannot say enough about my amazing experience with Eagle tire. From the minute I walked in I was treated with respect. As it turned out the fix was quite simple and inexpensive but I was never pressured to purchase more services. When I walked in with my husband to pick up my vehicle they addressed me and even when my husband asked questions, I was included in the conversation.After 30 years with the same automotive shop we were looking for a new shop. I think Eagle Tire will be our new stop.

We took our business back to Eagle Tire after a bad experience with the previous owner. I was also worried about my Dodge being serviced by the current staff at the dealer. We recently decided to go back. Payton and his crew did a great job with both of our cars. Payton is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. You have our business again!!!

I can't recommend Eagle Tire highly enough! Payton Lester went above and beyond to help me out on a mechanical issue unrelated to my tires. Saved me a lot of time and headache by jumping in the fray and just handling it. If I ever have anything tire-related in Helena, I know where I'm going. Thanks Payton and Eagle Tire!

I was told by a different tire shop in Helena that I needed an alignment on my truck. I went to Eagle Tire and they got me in right away. I went to pick up my truck and they told me that I didn't need an alignment and they only made a slight adjustment. They didn't charge me anything! I am very pleased with their service. Super nice to not have to pay for something I didn't need, especially before Christmas! Highly recommend!

Very professional and courteous. Got our tires in 24 hrs, studded them immediately, and I had them installed the next day. Unfortunately they don't do appointments, which can be a positive too. I didn't have to wait long though. It does take time to pull, dismount, mount, balance, and reinstall though.

I can't say enough about this place! They have treated me with respect and honesty. Honest and mechanic are not often associated but they definitely are here!There has been a couple times when I thought there was something seriously wrong and it turned out to be something simple. They could've charged me an arm and a leg but put the customer first.I've heard reports of negative experiences people have had in the past, but from what I understand, those were about specific individuals and those individuals were... invited to find success elsewhere.Class acts all around. Take them your business, you won't be sorry!

Great customer service! My car had a blowout with a set of tires that had low miles. I had called around to find a place that sold that tire. No place in town had one but many could order that tire. Eagle tire was one of the lowest prices along with great reviews. They ordered the tire and I dropped the wheel off for them to mount and balance the tire and wheel. It was easy and quick and they kept great communication with calls. I will reccomend and use Eagle Tire primarily due to great customer service and pricing.

If you are looking for an honest mechanic shop that will always do an amazing job and treat you like family, it's this shop. We have gone to this shop for the past 5 years and they have always done the job right. If nothing was wrong or they could save you some money on an easy fix they will help you out EVERYTIME. They actually care about their customers. Can not recommend this shop enough.

Took my car in for an oil leak they estimated 1400.00 to fix, luckily I decided to take it to the VW across the street and it was fixed for 400. Was just a gasket. May be good for tires but not for mechanical stuff. It was not a VW it was an Audi under my husband name and we have the estimate so no I m not removing this. It is also a car that you guys screwed up the oil change on and had to wait a week to order the parts from Germany because your Pitt stop broke the housing. You should know it it s been sitting in your lot for weeks. Untill we took it across the street to V Dubbs.if your lube ally can t handle foreign cars they should say so.
