I do not recommend this place. I had a very stressful experience with this place. You d think the worst part would be with insurance companies but not the case this time. I strongly encourage everyone to ask them questions and hold them accountable. Their communication is poor and had issues with Cody. The manager David only reached out because the survey was not a good rating. I had to wait a few months and came back in to get the last part and it was a very uncomfortable situation. Neither did Cody or David came out to really speak and try to ensure things are okay and forgot they scheduled me to come in.I do not trust them and caution everyone when selecting them.

Crash Champion did the repairs on my newer SUV. The staff was very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone needing their repairs done right.

I have to say it s probably some of the worst quality control. The masking tape wasn t even removed from the vehicle upon pick up. They didn t complete all the repairs they were supposed to that they charge the insurance company for. I would highly recommend choosing a different shop.Service: PaintingService: Painting

i had a few issues with timeliness but that s to be expected. I had one issue that wasn t resolved but the company does great repairs. Dave who i think is the manager is a great guy.

I went to the Helena Crash Champians because they had an opening sooner than other shops. They kept me informed throughout the time my car was being fixed. It was a great relief to see that the repairs were done right.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Paint job on new car bumper is poor. Edges peeling and paint running on the edges. Will not recommend this company for services.

They are very friendly and kind, but my car wasn t correct when i went to pick it up the first time. They were apologetic and got it fixed for me though

They've had our truck for a month now. Whenever we call to get a status update, we are told a different story. First it was that not all the parts were in, even though we scheduled with them a month in advance so that we could avoid them having to wait on any parts. Next, it was the insurance adjuster sent the wrong person out. But we learned from our insurance adjuster that insurance approved the work, and were later told by Cody from Crash Champions that the delay was because they needed to get a new part in. I've also been hung up on by the receptionist when I call. This place is a nightmare to work with.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great job, delivered a day earlier than expected and the price was lower than the next guy. I've been told, they are the best. They got my truck in in 3 days. The other one I went to was 4 weeks to get it in and they would keep 1/2 a week longer.

The agent managing the repair of my vehicle ordered door panels that did not match the color of the originals in my car. In addition, ordering of parts took at least twice as long as quoted, while some parts were quoted at approximately $200 more per part than I could have purchased them for myself. The agent did not clearly communicate what work would be completed for the first portion of the job, and once the parts were received the actual repair took twice as many days as quoted. If I were to return to them to complete the repairs I had expected would be done today, it would likely entail another 3 to 6 weeks to get in parts, plus additional days in the shop. I cannot in any way recommend this business.

I have gotten two windshields replaced by Collision Pro Auto Glass Express and numerous rock chips repaired. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible and that you get your car back in a timely manner, fixed correctly. One evening, we needed our car back early because of an unexpected reason and Bruce actually came and picked us up after hours to take us to our car! Awesome customer service! I won't recommend or go to anyone else.

Brought my daughters car in to have an estimate done as a local bus had hit her parked car, very rude with no time for us. Very unfortunate, I used them a few years ago with very excellent customer service. I will never go back or recommend them.

Unquestionably a first rate outfit.Professional, friendly and competent. Unfortunately, we've had our vehicles needing body work multiple times over the last several years and Collision Pro has come through with high quality repairs on time every time. Would highly recommend. Thanks.

This is my 2nd visit to this shop. The first time a deer jumped into the side of my car and Collision Pro fixed everything beautifully. This time my 2011 Chevy Avalanche "accidentally" slid into my garage door. I've had it only 2 months and it is my baby. I stopped at another place for an estimate and they said $700 and needed the rig for 2 days! (oh - cringe!). Then on my way home I stopped at Collision Pro. Right off the bat they said maybe they could buff out the problem and would give it a try. Got it in on my time frame, they buffed it out and it cost $68. And it just took hours. They took me home and later brought me back to the shop to pick up my truck. I am a happy customer and they saved me big bucks!!! Thank you, Collision Pro.

I can not say enough good things about Barry, Jack Randy and the crew. They are always more than professional and do an outstanding job of making you feel as though everything will be OK. They work with insurance companies and make things go smooth as the paint they put back on my vehicles. I have had more than one chance to use there shop over my 25 years in the Helena are and they seem to get better every time. My 2006 Honda look awesome and drives wonderful after my front end issues with a fence. Thank you for all that you do and I will be back if, god forbid, I should need a body shop again. I will send all my friends to you as I always have.Thank you very muchKyle Hopkins

Paintless Dent Repair-08 subaru imprezza 1,400 dents. From the get go I felt like I made new friends at Collision Pro , the staff was proffessional, they knew exactly what I needed, scheduled me in and in a timely manner they repaired my car. Collision pro went above and beyond also looking into other cosmetic issues with my vehicle. The receptionist also very proffessional, handled a majority of my questions and concerns about the dent repair. Not to mention Collision Pro worked hand in hand with Geico completing paper work and keeping me in the loop. I highly recommend Collision Pro because they are Proffessional and went above and beyond my expectations. Sincerely Barry Wareham

I went to collision Pro Express to get information for trim needed around my rear window. While they couldn't help me they were extremely nice and gave me potential avenues who may be able to provide me with what is needed.
