Crash Champions are professional, polite, and has repaired my vehicle twice in 2023. Once due to the back window blew out, and then a run in with a buck. Workmanship was prompt, done well, and returned to me before or on the day promised and always kept me updated on the stage of repair.

Took my truck to them to get an estimate. Poor customer service. Didn't listen to any information about what happened, the insurance adjuster had to call to clarify what needed repair. Couldn't get a hold of anyone on the phone when called. After 4 days stopped back in for the estimate for a simple front bumper repair. Never did get an actual estimate since they go off the insurance companies estimate instead. Felt very sketchy. Won't be taking anything else here for repair or estimate.

I recently had an encounter with a rouge white tail deer. I took my vehicle into Collision Pro for an estimate. I was in and out in less than 10 min! Jake Reddick was handling my service and was quick to get with my insurance to get the repairs approved. Once the vehicle was in, they were very professional. My Truck looks simply amazing! The staff as a whole was very friendly. As another local business in town I very much appreciate quality customer service, and that is what Jake and his team provided. A few weeks after the repairs were done Jake contacted me about a shop appreciation party for his employees. He purchased all of his beverages from me. I greatly appreciate the understanding that He and his company have of do business with those who do business with you. As a small town we should all stick together with our local business owners! We had a wonderful experience with Collision Pro. Jake went above and beyond to repair our truck after an accident. I am impressed with the professionalism and quality of their work, along with a very fast turnaround. Jake even helped us find a replacement bumper for the rear the the truck (unrelated to the accident) for the best price possible. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST IN TOWN! Professional work done, and I m so happy how my car looks. Great communication. Worked wonders to get me back in my own vehicle with kids with how busy their schedule was at the time! The staff is exceptional. Especially Josh. An absolute joy to work. After hitting a moose with my truck, it needed a little work. Having bought this truck for my son's first truck, it was very sentimental to him, so I had to have it back. These guys made sure that I got it back. I understand that budgets to prevent a vehicle from being totaled are tight nowadays; they worked with me to get color matched parts to reduce costs on having to paint.I was not pleased with the many setbacks, however, which left me without my vehicle for a little over 2 months. There were some folks ahead of me as well. Once the vehicle was started, it only took about a week with a few more hiccups.I feel that better communication throughout would have made a much better experience in the end, the truck is back, and I can start fixing the other pieces.Service: Body & Trim

My wife and I have had two vehicles repaired by Collision Pro. The first was a deer hit that resulted in significant damage, and the second was a bumper replacement. Everyone at Collision Pro was respectful and professional from the beginning. We were kept in the loop with the status of our repairs. Every question we had was answered in a timely manner, whether it was about insurance, parts, or status updates. Both repairs were completed on time. More importantly, the attention to detail, the quality of the repairs, and the customer service were all top-notch. Collision Pro Express was the best auto body shop I ve used in Helena. The process from start to finish was exemplary when I got in a car wreck. They completed the quote the same day I dropped off the vehicle and completed the repairs almost a week earlier than anticipated! Outstanding communication every step of the way! Brought my truck in after hitting a suicidal deer. They did a great job repairing all the damages, and held to their schedule. They worked with my insurance company to make sure I was getting quality replacements for the damages. They couldn t have been happier with the service. I am most satisfied with the body repairs to my car. The cost matched their estimate. They were done with it 2 days sooner then expected. Everybody was kind, easy to talk to and professional. My car looks like new, and they provided names of businesses to fix a couple things they don't do. I would recommend them to my friends. Thank you.

I had received a quote for over $200 at another body shop to fix a simple front clip issue. Collision pro took one look at it said yeah we'll pop it right back into place, it was done in 10 minutes and they charged me less than a tenth of what I had been quoted. I'm very greatful to the pros there who made the priority getting me on my way quickly and not overcharging for quick fixes.Service: Body & Trim

Great service from start to finish. After I hit an elk in my Dodge Ram I contacted Barry and he took over the repair process for me. From getting the quote to turning the vehicle over for the work up to walking through the finished product Barry was there to help us out. Vehicle looked good as new, and we found no issue with any of the repair work. Will certainly recommend Barry and company to anyone else in need.

Displeased with my experience due to the following.Although the rep was polite he didn t take into account the knowledge that went with me into that business. Although they may be good with body work(I ll never know). As far as mechanical needs, none where completed at this shopThe Face that they where in over their heads would ve been nice to know before they had it the second timeNow I still have a vehicle that needs hubs replaced (accident related) and Insurance probably isn t going to cover it!Driving my vehicle home TWO days later areas they fixed broke!

Collision Pro provided me with excellent service during the recent repair of my 2004 Toyota Corolla! Their staff is very professional, and their communication was the best of any body shop I have ever worked with on auto-body repair. They provided quick service, support for my insurance claim, and exceeded my exceptions in the timeliness of their work and the superior condition my car was in upon pick-up. In February 2014, I hit a deer with my Subaru. Collision Pro was suggested by my insurance company and I learned quickly why they were. Very professional and the work was done well. Total cost of repairs was around $6,000-$7,000 to give you an idea of how much needed to be done. I am very pleased with Collision Pro. I recommended them this morning to a gentlemen who bumped me on the way to work. Good group of courteous workers.

Everyone that has been in an accident knows that horrible sound of metal crushing Our 1993 Chevy Silverado Pick up had been damaged on the rear side panel, because of the age and damage (entire panel had to be replaced) the Ins. Co totaled it with the option for us to buy it back, of course we bought it back and had it fixed. I was a little concerned that the paint would not match up and the repair would look out of place but I was amazed when we got it back, you could never tell that it had been damaged, it matched perfectly to the rest of the truck. Because we chose to buy it back and have it fixed we also had a few extra dollars beyond the repair, the top of the cab had what I call wind damage it looked like the wind had blow the paint off in streaks and was starting to rust.We asked how much it would cost to have that repaired at the same time and the quote came back too high for us. We called Collision Pro back and explained the finance situation and asked if they could crunch some numbers for us and they came back with an amount that we could afford. We were able to have both repairs done within our budget.We dropped our truck off on a Monday and picked it up on Friday wow what great service!Collision Pro you will always have our business. (But lets hope not too much as I kind of like not being in accidents :-)

The Collision Pro people took real good care of my car while I was out of town. When I got back, it was picked up and ready for the road. The vehicle was detailed and a lot cleaner than when it went to the shop. Repair work was completed with minimal effort on my part. Second time it has seen the inside of their shop. Will go there again if necessary.

I'm on a big road trip with my girlfriend from vegas towing a little pop up trailer, and I jackknifed on the highway. They were able to check my car right before they close for the holidays and got me back on the road super fast! Nice people, great service.
