Needed a new jack for my utility trailer. Store was well stocked so I had several options to choose from. Staff suggested a good way for me to remove old jack. Helpful folks!

I ordered some parts for my enclosed cargo trailer. Tina was Awesome and super friendly, she helped to make sure we got the correct parts the first time. They put them on one of their new incoming trailers to help with shipping. that helps a lot these days. I would definitely recommend them. I will for sure go back for my trailer needs.

I was very impressed with the staff at Capital Trailer. They helped me when I was in a time crunch and delivered exceptional service. Tina met me outside with paperwork to fill out and I was able to get in and out of their shop very quickly! My trailer is now fixed and the cost was more than reasonable. Even living out of Helena, if I have future trailer needs, I will be taking it to Capital Trailer. Thank you to the whole staff for providing outstanding customer service!!!

They do good work and our priced right! Only complaint is they won't mount tires so you can't get everything done in one place. That said if you need work on your trailer this is the place to go in Helena.

I worked 10 years with the best welders on the Burlington Northern, so I know good ironwork. Jake and crew exceeded expectations on a custom job on my camp trailer and generator. Quality work, on price and on time! You appreciate the craftsmanship more as you use it.

These guys are the best trailer experts around. They bent over backwards to get me the parts I needed and give me advice to get me back on the road. I highly recommend them for any of your trailer needs!

I was in Helena and I was looking to buy a large dumper, a large flat with tilt, and a small trailer to haul lawn equipment. Sure I wasn't driving one of my diesels...just my gas town truck...but absolutely no one came out to help me. No one. Went to another town and they even offered to bring them to me! Forget these guys. Where will they be if something goes wrong.

I needed a trailer brought into DOT compliance. These guys got it done well. They were reasonably priced as well.Bought a trailer from these guys. They were great. Even sold it Back to them. They were great then,Too.

They know their stuff and they had everything we needed for the repair of our 12 inch Dexter axel hub. We pull a 1980 airstream and we were amazed at the selection of parts. Thank you so much!

Stopped in to find a bolt to repair my slider that had sheared a bolt. The gentleman there replaced the bolt and didn't charge me a dime. These are good people.

Had an axle break on my boat trailer the first weekend we got it. Brought it into these guys and despite being a month out on scheduled jobs somehow they got me back on the road within the week. Honest, communicative, hard working guys at capital trailer. Won t go anywhere else from here on out.

Absolute best business in Helena. I ve had 2 trailer problems/emergencies because of inept people elsewhere and Capital Trailer has fixed them both. If you have any trailer needs or problems, Capital Trailer is the place to go. Best staff in town!

This is a company that I would not use. I called to make a purchase on a trailer and talked with Jake. He said he would sell me a dump trailer for a specific price and he would deliver it to Seeley lake as part of the deal.I was not in any specific hurry and applied for credit as I own a business and cash flow is important as the cash I have now is needed to pay for my current vendors as any wise businessman knows. When the funds come in from other operations then I can pay off the new loan for the trailer. Any smart businessman knows this, any farmer, rancher or small individual operating a business. But I had to call Jake and see how the paperwork was doing, and of course if was approved, and he said he wanted me to meet up the very next day, I had to arrange this as I own a business and work this into my schedule. I rearranged my schedule and called Jake back and he told me he could not do it that day. Then he told me that there was another charge for me financing the trailer a $130 fee.This was not on the website, nor was not mentioned before. He promised to send over the paperwork the day before and this never came. He said it would come over later that day and it never came, late that afternoon, he changed the fee to $145. then to $174.. He told me that the best time he could deliver the trailer was during working hours the following week, so I told him I could meet him out there out there about 3-5 pm,. Then he told me he could only do it after working hours.I was totally frustrated at this point and called his competitor and got a better deal, who did not charge me a extra fee for financing. I sent a fax over to Jake telling him that I was canceling the order because it was too much of a hassle. Jake sent a fax back saying that he does not need business from people like me anyway. People like me that are business owners, like small business, farmers, ranchers, who rely on cash flows to pay their bills and know how reality works in the world.Well I hope all the ranchers and farmers and small business owners see this and go to the competition at Valley Trailer Sales in Belgrade.They will take care of you and appreciate your business. Don't waste your time at Capital Trailer!

I've been going to Capital Trailer for a long time. I have seven trailers that tend to need repair work done frequently and every time I go there I get the best service and a great quality of work. I would recommend Capital Trailer to anyone who needs quality repair work done on their trailers.

Passing through Helena, we broke a leaf spring on our fifth wheel trailer. We limped into Capital trailer and these guys dropped everything to get us back on the road asap. Really appreciate their help and highly recommend their shop! Thanks!
