Caliber Collision was amazing dealing with our vehicle after the accident. Craig and his team were very responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. Our vehicle looks amazing. I highly recommend Caliber Collision should you need your vehicle repaired for any reason!

Caliber Collision was in-network with our insurance provider and performed repair services at a much more affordable rate compared to another collision center. We were impressed with their level of communication; they sent us regular email updates concerning potential timelines and reasons for delays (often to do with sourcing parts). The quality of work is also very good and our vehicle looks and drives just as it did before the accident. The only shortcoming is that some work we requested that was beyond the scope of the original estimate, for which we would have paid out of pocket, was not performed and we must have it done elsewhere. We recommend Caliber Collision for anyone planning to compare estimates between collision centers as they may be the right choice for you.

I had a very positive experience with Caliber Collision. During the course of the repair of my car I consistently found the staff to be helpful and informative.I was kept up to date as the car was being worked on, and very pleased with the outcome.Special thanks to Micah for his attentive help.

I am so blessed to find Caliber Collision!!! Going from one repair shop to another, nobody could figure out how to repair my front end damage (since it's basically impossible to find a replacement for a Magnum SRT8 anywhere!) UNTIL I found Caliber Collision!!!! !!!! Not only were they able to 100% fix the damage (you can't even find where the damage was to begin with, which is amazing !). They were so helpful, patient and available to answer any questions I had, which was great. I definitely would recommend them to everyone I know! I definitely will use them again, if needed

At first Caliber Collision was great. They took care of me and my car. However, towards the end of the service I overall wasn t impressed. I was mislead by staff that caused me to have to pay an extra day of a rental car. They also told me that I could drop off my rental car at the shop and they would get it back for me. I was also charged a pick up fee from the rental company. Again, I was just following Calibers directions that overall cost me $120. Once this happened I reached out to them about it and they made me feel like it was my fault. Which it wasn t. After a few conversations they told me they would make it right and I never heard from them again. The whole thing came off as unprofessional, unorganized and, as if the staff had a complete lack of knowledge. I have used Caliber Collisions in other towns and have ALWAYS been really impressed. This whole situation was not right to me, the costumer and unfortunately left a sour taste in my mouth and I won t be back.

This review is LONG overdue! My family and I were traveling home from visiting my folks in Montana last July. We were pulling our bran-new 5th wheel RV and at the time, I didn t take into consideration the turning radius of the RV and my Ford truck. We were at the gas station just down the street from Caliber in Helena and I turned too sharp while trying to maneuver out of the parking lot of the gas station and the front of the RV smashed through the back window of the truck and dented the roof of the truck as well! At the time, it was raining and my wife and I didn t know what to do! We have always been Caliber clients - I have 3 daughters and while they were learning to drive we frequented our local Caliber Collison here in Utah a lot :)My wife called the local Caliber in Helena and Craig answered the phone and my wife explained what happened. He told us to drive down the street to Caliber and he would help us patch up & clean up the truck. Craig helped us vacuum the smashed back window and even created a custom cardboard covering for the back window for our 8+ hour drive home. Craig went above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful for his professionalism, compassion, and humor during this stressful time for us.Thanks again for your help Craig and I apologize this took so long to leave you this review.Thank you,Joel

I've had work done before on my car before, and being a German make it took extremely long... Not here. They had my car looking even better than before in half the time as the other body shop.

The people here are absolutely amazing!I had rolled my window down and had gotten it stuck, didn't know what was wrong with it. I went in hoping to just know what the problem was, but they went above and beyond. They found out what the issue was, gave me a temporary fix, an estimate for it I did want to get the part replaced, and even alternatives. I left there knowing everyone who worked on my car, had good conversations with everyone, and a closed window! I very much appreciate the work they did and the complete transparency the whole time. Great people and a good business.
