Three stars because of a good news/bad news experience. First the bad news: we had to return 3 times to finally get a windshield that was not warped. Quite the inconvenience for us. The good news is that they were very good in acknowledging the problem and trying to fix it every time. They said they finally used a different supplier that gave them a good, non- warped windshield. In the end, I feel we got a good windshield, but it took a lot of time to get there. I think the thing that disappointed me the most was that they did not do a quality check after installation to recognize the problem and be proactive in letting us know before we got the car back and had to discover it ourselves. Other than that, they are good people and easy to work with.

We took a good sized rock to our passenger side windshield on our motorhome. Since they are a special order item, we went thru the whole process of insurance claim then special ordering the glass. When we dropped off the RV at the shop we were told it would be ready by 5pm. Much to my surprise we got the call at 3pm! I went to pick it up and the new glass looked amazing! AMAZING SERVICE!! I would highly recommend using these guys over anyone else in town! They fixed my window that shattered in a jiff. Big Sky Auto Glass was very knowledgeable. He understood my situation with my rock chip and was able to assist me. He was very nice very polite very professional. From beginning to end his customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend going here to get rock chips and windshield repairs. Awesome business great experience loved the customer service keep up the good work.

Found Big Sky Glass and Brian on the internet. Was going to purchase a new windshield, but in meeting with Brian he told me I could repair it and save quite a bit of money. I decided to have it repaired, and we brought my wife's car here as well. Brian was honest, efficient, professional and courteous. I know the windshield will need replaced in the next year or so, and wouldn't consider taking it anywhere else but Big Sky Auto Glass. Can't recommend this company and owner highly enough. My son's car was recently vandalized resulting in a smashed rear passenger window. I contacted Big Sky and they were able to order in and get the window the next day. They scheduled the work for the following day and informed me that they could provide rides from and back to their business while the window was being repaired. In the process of installing the window, they found that the switch was also damaged during the vandalism. They had already tried to repair it but were having difficulty - thus, they needed permission to look for another switch at probably another $100 or more added to the cost of already replacing the window. Reluctantly, I gave them permission but relayed to them how irritating it was to have yet another expense as a result of vandalism that was not covered by insurance. They called back a couple hours later and I braced myself to hear how much the additional part cost/repair of the switch would be. They said they worked some more on the switch and were able to repair it after all and AT NO ADDITIONAL COST to the quoted price for the window replacement! Amazing! We have had other windshields replaced here also and have always had top rate service and quality. They will always have my business for going above and beyond! 5 STARS!

The price was great and service was too. I had a broken water line on my wiper fluid and they fixed it without even mentioning it. They also put on new wiper blades. I was very impressed and will do business with them again.

I had a tree fall on my car and bust the windshield, called Big Sky Auto after many other calls. I live out of Helena and could not drive my car in, they came out to me and replaced my windshield cleaned up the glass and were very nice and professional. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Not quite as convenient as Safelite, has to call and make arrangements and not quite as fast but provided a shuttle so pretty easy.
