Came in several times to discuss my key fob predicament. After the fob was ordered they had me in the store for 2 hours to program the new fob. They didn't let me know there was a problem and didn't show any concern that I now had no working key fobs. I was stranded at the store and they offered no recourse or sympathy. They obviously didn't prepare for the programming and merely went in without practice. The most shocking was the lack of interest that I was stranded. Now I have who knows how much for the dealership to fix this.I wouldn't trust them to perform services on items you need. They don't care.

One of the best customer service experiences I ever had with Aaron. Aaron took his time to help me in getting my dead battery resolved and replaced. A shinning example of providing excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming to battery plus for any battery needs now.

I just want to tell you what wonderful customer service I had from BrandonI had him replace a laptop battery. He cleaned the unit up - gave me some good tips for use-and was pleasant and kindSo little great service anymore, but Brandon was top notch.

Chris was extremely helpful in Helena s store. I needed 3 different types of batteries and he found them quickly and got all 3 items working. 1 item took a little time as I had taken batteries out so hard to figure out which way to put it back together, but he figured it out! Thank you, Chris, for the amazing customer experience!

Cheap / Low quality screens .. came here to get a screen replacement for my iPhone 11 Pro Max which costed over $200. Guy said it was an OLED screen but I can clearly tell it s not. Pixels aren t as sharp. For the town of helena this place is ok for an urgent repair but I definitely wouldn t recommend it if you want a high quality screen to original factory specs. I would also recommend that you buy your own screen protector from Amazon too.Update: screen ended up falling out of the screen when I dropped it out of my pocket. Looks like they did not properly install it. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Walked in At 10:02 with the employee shaking their head at me in disbelief that I was in there. Yes I understand that it opens at 10 am on Sundays. Totally rude while talking to him also. Stay away from this location.

Not impressed. While I was in the hospital, the contact pad in the charging port of my cellphone broke. A fairly easy fix if you have the part and the tools. BP advertised that they fix ALL cellphones. I took it there to see if they would fix it. The guy barely glanced at it, didn't even open it up. Said they "couldn't" fix it. Wouldn't is more like it. I would have gladly paid extra to have it repaired, but because of their refusal, I had to order a new phone instead, as sending it off to Asurion would take too long. I do not recommend them at all.

Very satisfied with my experience! Manager James was a huge help. Definitely saved a lot of money by visiting this location. Had a problem with my iPhone and after he tested it, was a very quick and easy fix, + in and out in about 5 minutes.My phone is now charging perfectly!Thank you very much for the great customer service!

So Batteries Plus balls is pretty cool they have everything and you can need if you're constantly looking for a very specific hard to find items. In that little nesh community of bulbs and batteries they are king. they were actually cool enough to launch a whole category of hard to find items together and put them in one store for us just to walk right into. I bought a backup up for my GMC and it was at least a $100 less than it would have cost me at the dealership . . . and I bought my car at the dealership sooooo . . . and it looks like it came from the dealership, the key fob, that is. I fully recommend that anyone attempts to find a reason to need to go there sometime soon , you will not regret it

I had a battery to my truck key fob replaced approximately 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately, it continued to read "Low Battery" on my truck dash when starting or shutting the truck off. I called and spoke with James, the store manager and he offered to replace the battery for free (!) and took the time to explain what might be causing the issue. We moved to the area a couple of years ago and needed a car battery. They have been professional every time we have needed a battery, and we are very pleased with this business. Thank you for all you do James! Great experience and we recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs very highly.

Went to Battery + Bulbs to buy batteries for my electronic dog collars, waited for over 10 minutes and never got any service. The first 5 minutes the clerk was behind the partition trying to fix a customer's phone, which I understand. After the clerk, Keith, came out he never acknowledged I was standing there, I understand he was dealing with another customer, but he could have at least acknowledged I was there by saying he would be with me in a moment. Before leaving the store I went online and found what I needed on Amazon and ordered it on the spot. I would rather spend $40 for 6 batteries at Amazon then go to this store again.

They helped with my phone when the screen wouldn't trun on but u can feel that it was on so I got the screen replaced and they were so nice so go here

This store has made such improvements over the past couple months. I had been here before around June to have my phone repaired. Due to the poor customer service then, I didn t think I would not be back. But yet things happen and I broke my phone. I went in skeptical going in due to a few of the reviews, but I would have to say my experience was beyond what I would have ever thought it would be! The new manager and employees blew away my expectations! They were personal and treated me with the upmost respect and handled my phone like it was their own. They told me the phone would be ready in about 1 hour, it was done in less then 45 minutes. I will be recommending them!!! I am ecstatic that I gave the new staff and manager another chance!!!!

I was not going to post a review, but my email box got spammed multiple times asking for reviews after my transaction was cancelled, so here it goes:Ordered key and fob from the website for the 10% discount, took 9 days for delivery. Then the store was unable to complete the programming. One person mentioned that the people using the equipment did not get the necessary training and that the instructions were not clear and were confusing. Stood around for over an hour while they tried programming and hinted that the wrong part may have been ordered or that the original key was bad. I was ultimately told "my shift ends in 5 minutes and the manager just wants to refund all your money."A competitor hardware store had what I needed in stock and had me in and out in around 20 minutes after my experience here.

I dropped an iPad and totally busted up one of the sides and majorly cracked the screen. Trying to repair it myself I think I did more harm than good. Fortunately, Mike at Baterries Plus Bulbs worked amazing wonders and had the iPad repaired with no issues, and was extremely reasonable about the price of work that it took.11/10 recommend. If you have electronics that need servicing, bring it to Batteries Plus Bulbs and they will take care of you. :)

So my key fob on my truck shut my truck down at a busy enter section tonight. I couldn't get it to start. So I had to leave my truck sit at the light, while I ran across to Batteries plus and bulbs to get a battery for my fob. Christine an employee there walked out with me to make sure my truck would start. I got in and nothing 5 minutes later she and another employee James drives over to help get my truck started. After James got it started he had me drive over to story to make sure it would not shut down again and I would be safe getting home. This was great customer care and these employees deserve recognition for a job well done and going above. Bravo!!!

My experience with Batteries Plus in Helena was fantastic. The lightning port on my iPhone stopped working and they were able to fix it for a very reasonable price. These guys set the gold standard for excellent customer service.

Very accomadating with my purchase. Fast, friendly and kept me in the loop as to the status of my battery arriving from their other store. Overall, a positive experience which is hard to find in the pandemic era we live in.

Worst store in Helena. They did not believe me when I told them I had an online order. I tried to show them my confirmation buy they were not interested. They finally found it with a comment it was not printed. They offered no assistance carrying out the golf cart batteries I bought. They did carry one of my cores for me. After I left I determined they gave me one incorrect battery. I brought it back and was first met with they gave me the correct order then realized their mistake. They would not carry the incorrect one back into the store nor carry the correct one out. They would not even open the door for me. I can tell you golf cart batteries are quite heavy. It is really sad when a senior citizen has to do the job while youngsters do nothing.

My experience with Batteries Plus was not good. I had them replace a battery in my IPhone and the phone worked poorly and the battery life was bad. I took the phone to another company and the technician indicated that the battery used did not meet the Apple's specs and that was the reason for the erratic performance and the short battery life. I contacted Batteries Plus and asked them to refund my $$ and that I would return the battery. (3-4 weeks after they replaced it.) The manager informed me that their company policy is not to refund but to fix. I asked him why I would want him to fix it when they used the wrong product and that I was concerned that the policy may be incorrect in this situation. He was intractable, unreasonable and frustrating. Company policy is much more important to this company than fixing the problem.Gary M

I just went to the store to buy a battery for my garage door opener. Aside from it being 3 times the price I could have gotten it somewhere else, the clerk in the store was not going to sell it to me if I didn't give her my phone number. What is with the phone number requirement to buy a battery??? Strange deal!!! I finally gave her my phone number and she asked my if I was Cody XXXXX. I said no I am not, but that is my phone number now. She insisted that I must have another phone number. I don't know about you, but all I can afford is one smartphone for myself. I don't know anyone who actually uses two personal phones these days. I am retired so I don't have any other phone number. It was ridiculous to say the least to have to argue with her in order for me to buy a simple little battery. If she wasn't implying I was lying I sure don't know what she was trying to get across. I will not be going back to a Batteries Plus ever again after that little stunt. Have a nice day and Thank You for listening.

Purchased my battery on line for in store pick up. It was all easy, including the core refund. Only issue I had was getting my $10 mail in rebate coupon to mail in which I finally found someone who knew about it and went above and beyond to assist me. (Thank you Tyler)

The battery I ordered through the website was the wrong one. But they had the correct one in stock and swapped out right there with minimal technical difficulties. Both the employee and manager were extremely courteous and helpful, I greatly appreciate it. In the end, all was well and my experience was great.

This place is awesome. I needed a new battery for my 6 mo. old cell phone. I first stopped by cell phone provider and they didn't have it. I then when to Batteries Plus... I should have came here first! Wow, this place has batteries for everything imaginable. To top it off, they now carry light bulbs. The employee that helped me was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Solid prices, great service, and outstanding selection- I cannot ask for more.
