Needed new speakers for my Tahoe. Called earlier in the week and was greeted by super friendly staff members. I had a specific budget I wanted to work in and they were fantastic in finding the set that would work for me. Quick scheduling and quick quality work. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need any sort of audio work!

Horrible experience with this company. Save your money and go somewhere else. Didn't even hook up my cd player which just needed an adapter to run to my amp. Instead they ran my amp of the factory amp. Then they ran both subs off of that which cant handle the 2 12 I have. And they are super overpriced and just down horrible. Hope this review keeps others away from this company.

Very impressed. Friendly staff, I was having Amp issues that needed trouble shot and they did an excellent job. Was planning on buying a new Amp but they figured out the underlying issue and I am very pleased. Great business and the front desk was a pleasure to talk to.

These boys are a huge help, if you buy hardware they'll be more then willing to help you out with issues in your system. I did my own install after buying subs here and they helped me troubleshoot issues I was having. Thanks guys.

When I went into Barreta Audio for the first time my son had passed away 3 mo earlier. One of the guy's that worked there had the same name of my son's. They were unaware of the situation. I felt so vulnerable. My stereo was not working. I was not sure if it was a fuse or if it just quit. I was concerned about the cost. Jacob reassured me that whatever it was it could be fixed. When I brought my rigg in for the appointment it was one of those days where it was 15 below zero. The guys prevailed. It was just a fuse. I was so thankful for just their kindness, easy going attitude and straight to the point no non-sense. Because of the great job they had did, I asked if they knew a good Mechanic. I would refer/recommend anyone to go to Barreta Audio!!!! If you are a person that has audio issues, or you just need someone to get the job done and done right!! Thank you again guys!!

Good sales both time I've been in the store. Installed a touch screen in my 04, turned out great, no issues and great mic location for calls.

(Read all the way through).I was surprised at my service based on the other reviews..They are greatly overpriced. A service I was wanting to get, (installing serious xm touch screen radio) was priced at 1500, I left and did some in town shopping, got every part piece and tool (haven't had to do a radio replacement in a years. You know new truck want some cool toys, I am pretty handicapped so I tried to outsource.) Got everything for 375, installed it in one hour, if per hour was 75-125 bucks (average) that is 450-500 which is still a third of their price. If you don't know what your doing definitely hire someone, but if you know how to do it save yourself a grand and do it yourself. The service I got on top of that while I was there wasn't great either. The guy was extremely pushy, quite rude. And easily temperamental. Certainly tried to to get me out of there. I was as polite as I could be. I would like to think I am a very patient person due to some of the people you meet in the military, but I heard him out. They were after money. I wasn't even allowed to chose what I wanted he just grabbed stuff put it down and basically this is what you get. If this is seen by management I would be more than happy to talk with yall, I believe everyone should have a second chance. Eventually I will go back and attempt another vehicle. Based on that interaction I will update this status. I was surprised to get such a poor service seeing the reviews.

Glad I went to Baretta before buying online; the prices were the same, but dude was super cool and had a grip of knowledge to offer. Parts and equipment are top qualified, and dude made sure I had all components needed for a quality install. Will come back in the future.

Great service! Bought an Alpine deck a few months ago and had an issue with Bluetooth connectivity. They showed me some tricks to try and, since they didn t work, they swapped it the headset on the spot. Thanks, fellas!

Excellent service with incredibly friendly staff. I highly recommend bringing your car, truck, off-road vehicle or boat to get that sound system upgrade you've been wanting. Barreta Aufio does fabulous work. Brought my Chevy Silverado in to replace the factory installed audio with a great after market sound system.

I bought a nice car stereo from them. I changed my mind on my receiver choice a day later. They were willing to pull it out and install the other one, no problem. All of it was done in a couple days right before a big road trip. Thanks!

I bought amp and speakers for my Harley, price was the same as the internet. One of my speakers was having issues and needed to be sent in for warranty, I told them that I had a trip planned and they offered to let me use a set of speakers for my trip until my new speakers arrive, they found a set of replacement speaker that where exactly the same as the ones that I was sending in for warranty and let take those for my trip. I will be doing my business with them from hear on out, great customer service and helpful people they go above and beyond to keep there customers happy, thank you!

Could not be happier with purchase and installation of the equipment they helped me spec out. New deck, small amp, new speakers, remote start and backup camera. Installation looks perfect (like it was factory), except the sound (which is awesome and sooo much better!!). Ashly hooked me up with Type R speakers. Great job to everyone there!!

I walked in and the man greeted me nicely. I told him what I needed and he walked me over directly to what was available without any detours and even helped me pick out the right kit for my setup. Even helped me with the price. Definitely recommended for anyone looking add to their home or car surround sound systems!!!

I had them install a remote starter in my fianc�'s Subaru Outback and they did an excellent job. The staff are knowledgeable and attentive. Since I was from out of town, they let me do some office work in their shop while I waited. The remote starter works great and my fianc� is very excited to use it.

I had an automatic car starter installed for my girlfriend. We dropped off her car on the way to work and they called a couple of hours later letting her know it was done. They did a great job and were competitively priced. I will definitely use these guys in the future.

Go-to place when I need an audio or video part, but don't have time for waiting on an Amazon order. Employees know their stuff, always very helpful, happy to answer technical questions. Beware the small town retail markup. If buying a major system, know your numbers (Amazon vs. them), and you might be able to negotiate a deal. Trustworthy installs, the place I go when time is a factor.

We took our little box to them and they installed an awesome deck and system that works amazing for us and our needs! They even made sure to install heavier duty wiring than was already in there. If we ever need another system we will be going back to Barreta!

They sold me a remote start for my pickup and when my son hit an elk at 75 miles an hour I had to have it taken out so I can put it in my next vehicle and they have had it ever since. They want the same price as the new one to put it in my vehicle. 76 years old I think they'd like to take advantage of old people. It probably has been sold by now.

Roy and his staff put a home theatre system in my residence 3 years ago and I have not had one issue with it. I had the same done in Billings from a different store and they had to come back at least 10 times. My bulb went out and I couldnt remember if Roy took the replacement bulb so I contacted him and they had it in their store. 5 star service I cant say enough about how good my experience was with them.

Called ahead to get a quote... $70. Sounds good, let's do it! An additional $50 later ($20 misquote on the install & $30 for "parts" I'm sure cost $5) & I'm not very happy! If the child who answers the phone doesn't know answers potential customers ask, don't allow him to answer the phone!** 2 Stars **Update 7/10/18 - Owner called and apologized for the inconvenience. He gave me a $50 credit towards a future transaction.** 4 Stars **

I wished I could give less than one star. I went in to get assistance pairing my phone (Bluetooth) with the radio in my car. The guy at the counter acted like I was bothering him. I was told to either take my car to the Chevy dealership or go home and read my owners manual. He did not even make an attempt to come out and help me. I have taken other vehicles there in the past. I have even purchased a stereo there for a previous truck I owned. This guy didn't know the first thing about customer service. I have a good mind to call and speak with management Monday

Sold me a set of 6 by 9s for my 03 dodge ram without telling me that I would need extra work to make the aftermarket speakers work with the stock amp. Had I known that, I would have just spent the same amount of money by having dodge dealership put new factory speakers. Was very clear about the truck I was buying the speakers for so I feel I could have been spared the extra time work and money. Will talk to them when they open next time and see if they are willing to make it right. It's not how I would do business. This is however the first and only negative experience....EDIT.... I did go speak to them today and it seems that my frustration did come from a miscommunication. I have an appointment in a couple of days to work on having the issue resolved. The gentleman I spoke to today was extremely polite and just wanted to help resolve the issue and I'm very grateful for it.

Stopped in & spoke to Ashley Whitaker....I have a vehicle that had a Pioneer installed that wouldn't allow me to sync BT. Took 2 seconds, engage parking brake! I've had this vehicle 2 yrs & was ready to trade it in! Didn't cost me a thing! Baretta & Ashley ROCK! They have our future business for sure!HARD TO FIND SUCH IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE DAYS!!!!! BARETTA PROVIDES EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!!

Purchased a subwoofer from Barreta and had them install it in my son's car for his graduation gift. Within 6 months or so it started cutting out on us, so we took it in to have it fixed. Barreta "fixed" it with no trouble, however, it then began draining the car battery if the car was not used daily. Now is again cutting out and sounds blown. As my son does not drive everyday, the usage on this subwoofer was really around 6 months time. It is now past the year for the "warranty" and honestly I do not know if it would matter. There were issues from almost the beginning. Total disappointment.

Sure there were plenty of options as far as car audio goes, but everything was so expensive that I ultimately ended up just going to Walmart for the EXACT same products.The staff knew what they were talking about and even offered to cut me a deal if I chose to have them install my amp and sub.
