I just wanted to give current acting manager, Miner a shout-out. A lot don't care for him due to his gruff exterior, but he's a very smart man when it comes to automotive troubleshooting, etc. He's been at the N. Montana store for as long as I can remember and has always sacrificed his time and position to make sure this store stays functional. I'm not sure you'll see this, my friend, and it's all I can do is tell you how how much I, and many others appreciate you and your knowledge.

Went in to get my battery tested after my car died in the cold. I knew the battery was already low, so I just wanted to make sure it wasn't fully dead yet. The worker there seemed aghast that I would ask him to do such a thing, and dragged his feet before finally informing me that the battery was fine---but not before he made a snide comment about my plates. Probably will only come back if every other place is closed.

I live a half hour out of town and made sure I called before I came to town to see if they had the part available, so I come all the way to town for them to tell me they don't have it and that the system was wrong. Will not be using them again. What a waste of time.

Incredibly rude guy behind the counter. Treated me like I was a burden for asking to get a code read. He was incapable of pulling the code and very unpleasant about it. I went a couple hundred yards down the road to a competitor where they promptly pulled the code, provided me with my part and got me on my way. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Autozone.

I can't say that I care for the website functionality as it has too much garb to tab through before you can just go shop for items. A little slow on the uptake so to speak.

My wife and I had just pulled into Helena this past Monday after a weekend in Yellowstone when lo and behold, the battery in our truck decided to exit the chat 4 hours from home and in a different country. Got a boost from a worker at the restaurant we were at and went on the hunt for a battery. O'Reilly's prices were absolutely ridiculous, thankfully AutoZone wasn't too far away. Big thanks to Chris, I'm sure that was the young mans name, for the courteousness and the free battery test. I know I might be from Canada but being a car guy I'm always excited to visit AutoZone when south of the border! Thanks again for the help and getting us back on the road for a hell of a lot cheaper than the competition!

Love this place!it is my go to plaace for auto parts and accessories. Employees are very nice ,knowledgeable, and ready to help. The store is clean. The prices are very affordable.

Condescending and doesn t follow company procedures. Don t do an ispu as they will instruct to return online, yet your suppose to return in store. Every other retailer returns in store. Now I have to go back. They were just trying to make more money and ripped me off.They promise the regional manager will get a hold of you in 24 hours, but they don t. Jackson, the store manager was wonderful.

Five stars for Jacob! I needed a new light bulb for my headlight and he was incredibly helpful and installed it for me. As a person with zero mechanical skills (even for a headlight) it was so great to get courteous help right on the spot. Thanks Jacob!

For running an automotive business, these guys are the best in town. If you sign up for a credit charge account it gets you great discounts, plus you can call or use their website and they will deliver your part in 5-10 minutes with no extra fees! Helps our business run smoothly without needing to send our own employees back and forth to get parts and supplies. Friendly crew and a good atmosphere. Thank you Autozone #1195!

My go-to for just about anything my vehicles need. Love the app! I can shop, compare prices, check fitment, mahe a purchase and then go pick up my order at my convenience or have it delivered. Their rewards program gives you store credit based on how much you spend so those larger purchases don't hurt so much.

We went in to get spark plugs, but the Manager told us we didn't need them at this time. I thought that was very honest for him to tell us that. We will definitely be back when we are ready to use them!

The staff seemed a little odd to me and I kinda got irritated with the guy that checked out my things. He took over with grabbing the stuff 'he thought' I needed and I told him 3 times that I didn't need the socket that he rang up. After I said I didn't need it and he didn't even try to suggest fixing my purchase so I just left with the 3rd one for the household. I know my cars, I can work on my cars, even though I'm a girl... A few weeks prior they gave a friend of mine the wrong parts 2 times for his brakes. So I'm rating a 3. Hopefully my next experience isnt as troublesome.

Was there for break shoes at end of day at closing time. Didnt bother the two working whatsoever, gladly helped me get what i needed abd made sure i had everything else to complete the job. Thats all the customer service a business is looking for. Its what make great businesses even better and thrive.

If you want the right parts go to car quest across the street or Napa. 2x within a 12 month period (its happened more, but these last 2 scenarios is last straw) I've got sold the wrong parts. 1st time was a fuel pump they sold was wrong one. Didn't find that out until after the tank was emptied, dropped and pump re wired and replaced, just to not stay running "almost got the right part!".i am a single father who is stranded because they sold me the wrong rotors. So now am I not only stranded, I'll most likely have to miss work as I don't have a vehicle or right parts to fix it. Not to mention I walked the cashier through every detail of the truck and asked more then once if he was sure they were the right parts because I didn't want another fuel pump scenario. Never going there again. Ridiculous.

When they have stuff in stock, they are ok. The staff seems to have a good knowledge base. The last few times I've been in, they've not had what I needed. Seems they can always order it in. Well usually I don't want to order it. If I wanted to order it, I'd of done it myself. Such is the life of small town living.

It ranks right in there with the other parts stores in Helena. They do their best which is usually good enough to find parts for your vehicle if it is not too unusual or old. Wait times at the counter can be long if they are busy..........

Guys were amazing my alternator was going out I had my car died that day and the drive McDonald's and girl had followed me and a guy helped me out and got me to AutoZone they immediately connected to my battery did a diagnostic run and then they connected into my alternator and checked all my stuff for me and got it figured out that my alternator wasn't charging my battery fast enough and since it just has started I have them to thanks for doing the Diagnostics run otherwise I would have probably ruined my car even worse I didn't run my car but I would have run my car I think these guys my hats off to these guys they are amazing in there quick and any questions you have they will answer if they can answer and they are very kind and gracious and greeting was great when I walked in there were very kind and very open they listened to me what I had going on they didn't try to over talk me they let me say what I needed to say and then they helped me and then they also did everything in their power to check on parts and what I would need to help me they all together I would recommend them any day of the week

The most helpful staff of any auto parts store in town. I've had them help install everything from wipers to bulbs & when I called sick they went out of their way to help get what I needed without exposing anyone unnecessarily. Recommend them over & over again!
