The level of quality of service and products here has significantly decreased over the years. I was a loyal customer of auto trim for well over 5 years. Disappointed highly in the the attention to details. Doug has allowed very poor management of this outfit and is being reflected. I requested 35% tint in front (state legal limit) and 5% in rear due to photophobia in passengers I often carry for medical. I requested interior exterior dash cam all I got was exterior facing cameras Mike was disagreeable saying that the M7 Memento no longer carry's the camera as attached. (Photo attached) Great, if that was the case: why not call me prior to installing a 'non-companiable' part like any reasonable shop would to see if this change is acceptable to the customer that is paying you're wage? That it is a part that has changed it's name and would have to call the manufacture. Long before I made this appointment I assured this model was a perfect fitment and of sound quality for my particular application. In addition to these dissatisfying finds when I received my vehicle; I come to find they entirely forgot to do my remote start. Forgot. Entirely didn't install a $450 requested part that would take half of the day. After I called ahead to reschedule my tint in conjunction with the dash cam and the remote start as to be the best use of everyone's time. Poor records management and lack of attention to details is a critical. Don't overload them with multiple tasks, it's confusing!

We have our company cars tinted her for the past several years, they do a fantastic job. I was so pleased I started tacking my families personal vehicles there for tonneau, tint, and other options. They did a clear bra for my truck, it bubbled several months later and they fixed no questions.

Ordered a topper and bed liner. They did a wonderful job getting it in and installing it. They even cleaned my truck and they were professional and easy to work with during the Pandemic!

Every time I've dealt with them they have been more than respectful and patient and really listen to what I say whether I'm asking questions or explaining what I'm looking for. Took my truck to them again today and I know it's gonna be done right. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.

They did some signs for me a while back and the quality was better than expected and made my old ones look really bad. It was crisp, clean and well placed. Couldn't have asked for a better job at a reasonable price.

These guys could not be more professional and diligent. They are top notch. I ordered a topper from them and then unexpectedly had to move out of state. They handled everything: they found a dealer to install my topper, organized delivery to that dealer, and then paid the dealer to install. I didn't lift a finger. Further, they followed up with me to make sure that everything went properly. If you need a topper, these are the guys to go to.

These guys are the best, no question. I stopped by today because I had lost a few screws on my topper and they came right out, fixed it up and sent me on my way. I've been a customer for 10+ years now, and I will continue to be for the next 30.

Been going to auto trim for a few years, excellent customer service on accessories and customer service. Grew up in Montana and couldn't ask for a better experience in all they offer. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Don't take your vehicle here for tint! They scratched it and I pointed it out to them that day. They said I had to wait 3-5 days to know if it would "correct" the scratch. Obviously it didn't so on day 7 I took it back and they came up with all the excuses they could to not fix it EVEN though there's supposed be a lifetime warranty on it...they won't honor it. They won't do anything. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else. Their customer service is horrible.

We have had windows tinted, remote start, and a custom truck topper installed in the last couple months with the intentions of getting more work done soon. Our experience with Auto Trim Design has been exceptional! Definitely ask for Mike. His unlimited knowledge of product and customer service is top notch!

We went to trim design to get lights for my wife s Jeep because the one she had didn t light up bright anymore so they gave us lots of options talk to Mike and Don and set her up with new LED all around with a nice bar up front and man does she love it !! She says it literally was a night to day difference so thanks guys addressing a safety concern for my wife..And they treated me so well I told them I wanted to look around cause I had been looking for a toneou cover for my 2017 Chevy truck and they had so many options to choose from that I decided on the one I thought fit my application and they ordered it for me and installed just before the Christmas holidays just in time for my road trip to Arizona and man did that thing work awesome !! Thanks ! And these guys got me hooked on there great professionalism and customer service that there installing new window tiny on my brand new side by side come beginning of the new year so thanks a hundreds times over !!!And good shops like this are sometimes hard to find in a small place like Helena but there it if your looking for quality and fabulous service!!! I have had Auto Trim do tint work on four of my cars over the years, all have been doNE really well. I also bought a truck that had been chain smoked in and Auto Trim thoroughly cleaned the interior and ran an ozone unit which got rid of about 90-95% of the smell. I've gone in and asked for advice on several occasions or had window graphics made and every time have been more than impressed.

Extremely poor service regarding their printing side of their business. If I could give them negative stars I would. Went in to have a small project designed and printed on a decal and rather than tell me they were not interested in doing my project, I was strung along for more than four weeks, hearing excuse after excuse. I finally gave up after they missed another deadline. Complete lack of professionalism, customer beware !

I have personally worked with this company for many years. In fact years ago I worked for the company and know the owners philosophy well.He has always done everything possible to give exceptionial service and please his customers, hence many of them are so happy they come back over and over again.If you are in need of aftermarket car or truck accessories you cannot do better the going to Auto Trin Design of Helena, MT. I had some delivery problems with my order due to pandemic, not anyone s fault. Very satisfied how staff stuck with suppliers till they filled the order. Also was given a discount which they really weren t required to provide

Comparatively good price option for car accessories. Customer service and work is good but I have to go two times for fixing my car stereo system. First time the Aux cable was missed.

I had my remote start installed by these guys and before that, they laid out in front of me the different options to choose from. They described the pros and cons of each one and were very knowledgeable with all of them.

Customer service is still alive! This business does good work as well. My speakers sound great!
