Was recommended to this establishment for getting a tire fixed. They are absolutely fantastic! My tire was fixed within 15 minutes and the customer service was what one would dream of- kind and respectful! I would recommend this family business to anyone in need of service! 5/5!!!

I had Mark pick me out a good all season tire. Not really worried about cost, more about a tire that would handle well in snow and ice. The price was a good reasonable price for a high quality tire. Who knew last fall when we picked these tires, we would get snow like we did this year. Not once did these tires let me down in my front wheel drive car. I would watch 4 wheel drives struggle in Starbucks drive through, fearing my car would never make it through! Like a champ! I have never felt so much gratitude for tires as I did this winter! Leave up to the experts and be in awww!

Best tire shop in town and have been for a long time. I grew up in Helena and as a youth I would go here and loved it, I then left Helena for a few years and ended up going to Costco, when I moved back I kept going to Costco, but after Costco messed up one of my tires and didn't own up to it I went back to Al Chaffee and wondered why I didn't come back here in the first place. You may find better prices elsewhere but the service is outstanding, this tire shop is what makes a community a community, trust and taking care of each other. I don't mind paying extra for that.

I've called Chaffey tires for whatever I might need always been dependable and found what I couldn't find anywhere else and their prices are reasonable very friendly people and I just really want to thank them anybody that really is looking for something they can't find try them

These guys have been a life saver for my family and I. Last night our drivers side window regulator decided to die (Window wouldn't roll up). Well, its 0 degrees outside right now, and this is our only vehicle to transport our three girls 4 years and under, in. I called up Al Chaffee's and explained the situation first thing this morning and they said bring it in right away! Looking online, I was immediately worried about this kind of a repair job.Al Chaffee's not only repaired the window before 11am the same day, but did it 100's of dollars cheaper than what quotes on the internet stated. These deserve all the business. Not only do they do phenomenal work, but they are very kind and honest people. Don't hesitate to call these guys, if your in a bind. They will work hard to get you a win. Thank you Al Chaffee!

Al Chaffee have been not only my tire store but have done mechanic work for me for over 30 years. I own several older cars and trucks from show vehicles to drivers, to race cars, they always have the tire or part or can find it and install it, as I can no longer do some of the mechanical work. You can often see something of mine in their yard.. Simply put they are my go to shop.

I never leave El chaffey's establishment without feeling secure and confident in the fact that I have been treated fairly and that the job will be well done.I'm so thankful for everyone there they're good-hearted people and I trust them implicitly!

Mark, Margo, Dan, Beau, Bill and the rest of the amazing staff at AL CHAFFEE keep us on the road and SAFE. We count on them for ALL OF OUR TIRES from the horse trailers 14 ply to the rubber on the trucks that pull it and our other family vehicles, as well. We are self employed and always on the road, whether it be snowy, icy highways, backroads, or rough terrain off road. We appreciate their professioal, friendly, knowledgeable service!!! Our tires are always rotated and any flats repaired at no charge on tires purchase from them. Also, Dan the Mechanic can and will do a first rate job on automotive repairs that may be found when the are doing tires. If you are not going to AL Chaffee you are missing out!!!

Fastest changeover I ve ever heard of with several guys working on changing my snow tires to summer tires. I ve only got one set of rims. Local secret, I think.
