I drove up from Great Falls on a friend's recommendation, and I'm glad I did. The diagnosis was very quick, even though they were busy. The staff was very friendly and checked in with me several times while my vehicle was being serviced. What I thought might be a much more expensive transmission repair ended up just being some new spark plugs and an injector cleaning. The car ran like a top on the way home. 5 stars.

I'll be honest, I was reluctant to visit these guys as I've been with the same dealership for many years and trucks. But I spoke with the customer service manager who put my mind at ease. She told me they would try to find an option for me and that Ryan was pretty good. She was very pleasant to talk with. I scheduled an appointment with Ryan at 5, and he was well prepared with what I was looking for and had several that could possibly work. (I was a bit picky with what I wanted). We couldn't find exaxtly what I wanted and time was limited for the day. I got a call the next day, that they had good news. Turns out, he was still working on trying to find what I wanted and found it. We did the paperwork and I have myself a very nice truck. Thanks Ryan and the Finance guy (who was really nice but I forgot his name). Not only did you find me a truck, but, with terms I was happy with.

Recently cosigned for a cousin who just immigrated to the US. Given that she is in a new place that is considered to have one of harshest winters in the country, she wanted to get a new and dependable vehicle ASAP as it just started snowing a few days ago.She looked around and finally found a 2024 Chevy Equinox LT AWD at this dealership. The sticker price - $32,940 and they were selling it to her as is. That was great as a lot of car dealers now mark up the price significantly.On the day my cousin went to the dealership, she alerted me that the sales rep would give me a call to do the paperwork online as I live in another state. Received the documents to be e-signed. Reviewed them. 7.09% for 6-year term. Two things caught my attention - Portfolio Protection for $2900 and NWPP (Northwest Protection Package) for $2181. These were add-ons. My cousin was not aware of these and they wanted me to sign it right away.I thought something was off here. I asked to speak to someone on the phone to inquire about these 2 extras. Spoke to Jennifer, their finance manager, and she explained that the Portfolio Protection can be removed but not the NWPP as it is part of the sales for any new vehicles . Ended our conversation and suspected that she was probably drafting a new contract without the Portfolio Protection. While she was doing that I came across an online ad about an ongoing deals on APRs - 3.9% for 5 years. Boy, I thought I was on to something so I called Jennifer back and told her about this. To my dismay, she said that this is only available to buyers (even with qualified co-signers) who are approved independently. The other reason Jennifer gave me was because my cousin and I don t live in the same household together, we could not avail this promotion. I specifically asked her if she already tried the 5-year loan application and she very quickly said yes and got denied. Not sure if any of these were true. Didn t have the time or a way to verify these at that moment.Still not satisfied with the conversations I already had with her and the answers she gave me, I emailed her about the NWPP again and asked the full details of it and whether this was mandated by the state to be included in the sale or not. She replied by sending back an attachment about the NWPP - all 6 pages of it and on the bottom of the first page, it says The purchase of this Contract is not required to either purchase or obtain financing for the Vehicle. Ha!Spoke to Jennifer on the phone for the 3rd time to discuss the document. She got defensive and said that they could take it out but she would have to sell the car for $35K instead of the sticker price of $32,940. Clever! She got more defensive and raised her voice when I said why she lied to me about the non-optional NWPP. I said she should have told me about this in the beginning when I first asked about it and not after finding out the truth based on the document. She further explained that she has had no problems about this from the other buyers before. Not sure if I believe that. Very typical of car dealerships. Very unprofessional. At the end of our conversation, she was insinuating that my cousin could buy this car on her own and she did not really need me to co-sign it. In my mind - Yes, she can but for 15% or 24% APR? She also said she would not take out the Portfolio Protection anymore.In the end, my cousin was agreeable to buying the car even with those 2 add-ons. When I received another email with the new sales contact, the Portfolio Protection was actually omitted but the NWPP was not. Very frustrating. I reluctantly signed it at the urging of my cousin. They could sense her desperation to buy a car and took advantage of her. Immigrant with an accent, woman, new driver, urgent need for car - excellent recipe for predatory dealerships. I am not just a co-signer like I sensed from these people. My name is on the contract too! I was advocating for her.I definitely will NOT recommend Tilleman Motor CO. to anyone.

Dealership would not schedule my vehicle for the future for a repair, so I assume they don't know how to repair vehicles. Dealerships should know by now that the service department can sell future services and vehicles.

Took truck in with 19000 miles for an alignment and check engine light. Was told right away that the engine light was a faulty fuel injector and low voltage codes. Left truck for the appointment. Was called by a person to say that the alignment was done and that they just reset the codes and want to wait for it to come back on . How does that work. If it s faulty and I have warranty why wasn t it fully addressed? Also when I picked up the truck the alignment values on the front were corrected but the values on the back were worse coming back to me then when they started. Why wasn t this addressed? Or even communicated with me? I feel like it was just a scam to take my money. Not really correcting the problems yet charging me for it? Very unhappy.

I went for an oil change on our 2018 Equinox and 2.5 hour later I was leaving. There was no correspondence from the service desk that there was a problem. I finally went into the service area to find out what the problem was. I was informed that were ever I had been having my oil changed the had rounded off the oil plug, and they were trying to find a replacement. When the service manager returned from the local part store with a plug it was just a matter of filling the oil and of I would go. I told the manager in the future, to in form the client that what the issue is and an ETA so other arrangements could be made to pick it up later. The only reason this is as high of a rating is they took care of the cost of the oil change and the plug. Just a note this is the only place that has touch my car from new. It is also the dealership that let the air cleaner go 40,000 miles until it fail and sucked it into the intake. Thank god it didn't ruin the diesel engine.

I brought my cat in Friday for some sensor issues, they charged me 130.00 for labor and by Monday the problem was back and I was told they couldn t get it to recreate on Friday but it recreates every time I turn and I told them. So they wanted to charge me an additional $130.00Per hour to try again. Will definitely find a more trust worthy business to work with.

Look elsewhere. They replaced valve cover gaskets in less than 90 minutes and charged me 3.5 hours in labor claiming 'book value'. What a scam.Also, the service desk coordinator lady was colder than ice.

After searching and being jerked around by other dealers with nonsensical fees and addons, I ended up talking on the phone with David. He was knowledgeable, up-front and honest with everything; it was a real breath of fresh air after dealing with other dealerships. I ended up traveling the 300 miles to Havre, buying a car, and couldn't be happier. These place is quite solid.

Needed a vehicle for out of town road trips. We were not in any big hurry but did expect them to communicate to us before driving the 2.5 hours. Sold vehicle we were looking at not once but twice with no communication. Second time we had placed a deposit to hold it as well as the financing approved. Owner did call us and apologize after I insisted on speaking with a manager. Assured us he would call us over the weekend and find a comparable replacement. Well he has not called as of yet. The weekend has long since passed. I was hoping he would restore my faith that people stick to their promises. But to no avail, beware they seem to use the bait and switch old sales tactics.
