I took my car in thinking that I was in need of Transmission fluid, but I found out that my wheel bearings were needed and my rear brakes. I m just so happy that I took it to Bergrens, I left as a Very Happy Customer. And they ve got the BEST POPCORN IN TOWN !

Service was friendly and very accommodating. Was able to get my vehicle in quickly. What I perceived as an issue, they diagnosed and determined that it was a little known manufacturer engineering design. Thus avoiding unnecessary labor and disassembly. One legitimate issue was addressed efficiently. Since they had the vehicle, we went ahead with additional service to the vehicle's other fluids. I have peace of mind knowing this items are done and confident my vehicle will go on to serve me reliably. Thank you for your work Bergren Transmission.

The job was done very efficiently, and have no complaints. I know some friends that owned Dodge trucks such as mine and they all say the same thing, these dodge ram trucks CV Joints all go out.

I want to give a huge shout out to Bergren s. They were amazing. They were able to get me in same day! My car died on the way to the shop and they came and jumped me then made sure That me and my car got there safely. They even took me back home so I wouldn t have to wait there while they were fixing my vehicle. 100% would recommend the customer service was impeccable!

Best automotive repair shop I've been around in years..they have gone above and beyond to get my work in, and done in a timely manner. Great team and very nice. They explain it all well and tell you your options.

Solid service, good know-how, and seems to carry a keen willingness to send vehicles out better than they came in, regardless of status on arrival... which used to mean something. Would happily recommend. Their only "failing" was the freight being too slow delivering the dang parts to them.

The price for the allignment is abit steep, no matter they did a great job and they were able to get my car in faster than any other place in town! They were very nice and have a nice little waiting room while they work on your car.

GREAT SERVICE. I contacted Bergren Transmission 2 days before I was coming to Havre. They were able to get me in right away too diagnose the problem. I was able to schedule an appointment too get the problem fixed. Afterwords everything works great. Thanks too the whole crew.PS. Just a comment, when I was researching for some help I was reading the reviews that other customers were giving great comments, and I felt like it would have been helpful too know what the symptoms of their problems were. So here's mine. My Dodge 2008 Ram 1500 was not shifting properly. The crew at Bergren Transmission diagnosed the problem was a valve bank they replaced it an all is well.Thank-you for reading my review.Service: Transmission

I paid over $1000 for them to fix my vehicle, only for it to have the same problem before I took it in. I would not recommend this garage and these workers. Although they are good people, they are not good mechanics as they more than overcharged me just for my vehicle to be running worse than it was. 0/10 stars.

The guys at Bergrens Transmission are great! They were able to look at my vehicle reasonably fast. They were quick in the service, very knowledgeable. Replaced my transmission in a timely fashion and guaranteed their work with a 100,000 mile/3 year warranty. Staff was very polite and willing to work with me on any questions I had.

Bergren Transmission & Auto Service was very professional, up front about what the issue was, and the possibilities for increased cost depending on what was found when the work began. Service was fast, staff (and the doggos) were friendly and helpful, and the coffee selection was great. Price was reasonable for the service and they pointed out areas of minor concern without pushing for more work or future appointments. Will definitely be making some though! We had a bearing go out on our road trip - these guys had us in and out the next day. They went the extra mile (actually 200!) to get the part we needed. Absolutely wonderful to work with. They even gave us a list of things we could do with the kids while we were in town. Thank you for saving our trip!
