I have always had a positive experience with these guys. If I can't afford to pay, they've always worked with me. And quick to respond to a call !

Went off the road on an icy corner and called for a tow. Waited 10-15 minutes and the driver called saying he couldn't find me. Two roads with the same name in adjacent towns caused the confusion on a very busy, icy day. Didn't take long for the driver after that and he arrived in good humor and did a most excellent job of getting me back on the road.

We asked for towing 24 hours in advance. Then when we called the next day they told us to leave our car un-secure with our keys left in car and they would get to it when they get to it. We have also called them for tows before and told we would have a four hour wait when my family and I were broke down on the highway in the dead of winter. I've been told by many how bad there service is. I will never call them again. My insurance company when my daughter totaled her car wouldn't Eben call them saying they were unapproachable. I recommend calling Affordable towing or s9me other company.

Had to tow my truck all the way from Hamilton to Stevensville. Got it at about 10:30 am. Only costed me 176$ and didn't have change but it was totally fine. Really good service.

The nicest tow truck guy I have personally ever met. He got us into our car in a couple minutes and didn t even charge me because he felt bad for forgetting to come until about 40 min later. I figured their mistake was no more silly than my mistake of locking myself out, so I consider Whimps to be a great company to do business with.Service: Car lockoutsService: Car lockouts

Very reliable and quick. The guy who helped us out ( I want to say his name was Dilbert) was very professional and me feel confident about saving our truck from going off the side of a cliff. No matter where you are stuck at Wimps will be there to help!

This is my second time working with Ellie at Wimp s for insurance work. She s very diligent and gets the best estimate for you. She also goes the extra distance by contacting the insurance company personally to resolve issues. I will do all of my automotive repairs at Wimps.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I recently called Wimps to get a bid on fixing my bumper that was falling off. I talked to Chris and he told me to come in and he would give me a bid. When I arrived he came out to look at it and thank goodness it was a easy fix that he was able to fix in 5 minutes at no charge! Amazing service. This is the second time I have used them and both times they went way beyond my expectations.

Delbert rescued us in the wilderness and safely towed myself and my 8 year old daughter back to safety. He responded to our breakdown quickly and got us out of the elements in a quick manner. There is no other service we will ever use. Wimps is the best tow service we've ever encountered!

Wimps is GREAT, I would recommend them to family and friends. They repainted my tonneau cover on my F-150 and it looks great. The owner and staff were very helpful and kept me informed as to price and completion date.

Said the vehicle I was picking up appeared to be drivable. Both front tires were flat, one was off the rim. Wouldn't let me see the car before I picked it up and the girl who answers the phone is the rudest person in Hamilton. And that's hard to achieve.Edit: The car was an Audi. I was told that when it was picked up the front tires were fine. I have receipts from TireRama in Hamilton.

We slid off an icy mountain road last night. Gary arrived promptly, got us out even though the road was so icy Gary had a hard time even standing, and charged me with an extremely fair price. Definitely would recommend this service and this person. Thanks Gary!

My wife and I were from out of town on our Honeymoon and our 2003 Crown Victoria threw a sparkplug and we were not comfortable driving the car to the shop. Upfront about charges and what is worth fixing or waiting on. Towing services are good. They take good care of the car/truck. Would recommend.

Thank you to Wimps for saving us from skalkaho pass! I can t temember the drivers name but we are so appreciative of his help. My starter got stuck and we needed a tow to Missoula. We were getting turned down left and right and finally found Wimps was willing to help us! They gave us and our dog a ride home for a great price! We are so grateful for the help and great company. Thanks for taking care of us!

Secretary could have been more polite..,car was totaled, going thru alot and didn't need to be treated rudely, the customer service from the secretary was very inappropriate at this time call the to check how much it was going to cost to get the vehicle out and she was very rude and said I have told you five times already how much it was going to be I don't appreciate that kind of customer service. If you're having a bad day don't bring it to work with you

Highly recommend.These chaps and their tow truck braved a winter storm deep in the Bitterroot Mountain to rescue my Jeep and I. Treated me with respect, courtesy, and made sure I made it home safe.Thank you Wimp's Body Works!

Chris and his secretary were extremely kind and helpful. I had an unusual request on the towing side and they were extremely helpful and as reasonably priced as you ll find anywhere!! Take it from an Over-the-Road truck driver!

If you want to deal with a rude, disrespectful, and ignorant body work and towing shop, LOOK NO FURTHER!! You have found one of Hamilton Montana's finest, right up there with their Police Department! The service is hands down some of the WORST we have ever had the displeasure of dealing with firsthand!! WARNING! IF YOU SELL A VEHICLE AND THE NEW OWNER LEAVES IT DEAD ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, WIMPS WILL, IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE HAMILTON POLICE DEPARTMENT, TRY TO CHARGE THE PREVIOUS OWNER THE IMPOUND FEES, TOWING FEES, ETC. FOR A VEHICLE THAT NO LONGER BELONGS TO YOU!!!! And they LOVE to GOUGE THE HELL OUT OF YOU FOR IT!!!!! After being contacted by a police officer about a car we had previously sold, we informed him that the car was no longer ours, and, once again Hamilton's top dogs didn't know their laws!!!! He was unclear of how such a situation works, but believed that it was our duty to pay it! In Montana code, that is not so! So Wimps decided to send us a nasty letter, and get absolutely DISGUSTINGLY FOUL with us, still threatening to take us to collections!! Upon calling, the bookwoman, Amber, was hostile and foul! We got a return call from the owner, who I am not afraid to tell EVERYONE I MEET, IS THE BIGGEST POMPOUS JACKASS ALIVE, who also did not know his legal statuates in dealing with a scenario as this! Horrible service, horrible people, HORRIBKE BUSINESS! If you need towing services or auto body services, I recommend you take your vehicle ANYWHERE but here. This business and these people are nothing but a waste of time and money, and are a blemish to the Bitterroot Valley!!! I urge all of you to avoid this shop AT ALL COSTS! THEY WILL SCREW. YOU. OVER.

Very rare nowadays to have things happen for free. I was in a situation where I locked my keys in the car super late at night and the guy who helped me said dont worry about it. That was a blessing at a time i needed it most.

Wimps went above and beyond in so many ways. I'm very pleased with the work they did on our bumper, working with the person who payed for fixing it, and they left our car looking fantastic inside and out.

Priced body work after car wreck for insurance company, lead to car being deemed "totalled" by the insurance company. I then bought and installed the parts for 2700 dollars less than their estimate, which was only 2900 dollars with labor. Took me less than an hour.

Liars and cheats they lied to me and my insurance company. Double billed my AAA and my insurance and did further damage to my vehicle. Do not use these people period.

Great body shop. They worked with my schedule and followed through with what we agreed on. Pleasant staff, friendly. Finished work looked great.
