The manager is definitely a good manager.. I took my car back there because the battery that I bought from them didn't last. Maybe 6 to8 months.. He gave me a new battery no questions asked..... Great place to buy tires or a battery or even have your car worked on..

I ve had a great experience coming to Hamilton s Tire-Rama so far. They ve been spot-on-the-money for my maintenance and repair needs. I d highly recommend.

Don't expect them to stand behind their work. They did a repair on our vehicle and the part was faulty. They couldn't diagnose the codes and when I had to have the same part replaced again (at my expense) they refused to warrant the installation. Anything other than an alignment or tire install, go to someone with understanding of trouble shooting. Found the desk person to be very condescending and not helpful. Thankfully manager finally tried to smooth it over.

These guys will take advantage of you!Went in for a leaking tire repair. They told me it wasn t fixable and that I had cracks in my sidewalls they suggested I replace all my tires.These are Michelin only 18 months old with about 15,000 miles.I took it across the street and they fixed my tire and told me that my tires were fine.

What a place. They always take good care of their customers and give advice I can trust, rather than what makes the most money. They take the time to explain which tires will do the intended job and the various price points. If something costs more, they explain why and what the compromises might be to lower cost of needed.Sometimes their pretty busy, but it's no wonder, given how they take care of folks.I highly recommend.

Very happy with the manager Shawn. Had a problem with my hubcaps falling off after tire service and he totally stepped up and ordered replacements for my hubcaps. Excellent service and will recommend in the future. Very impressive.

Great prices! They beat the competitors on price, but more importantly they have great customer service. They not only handle the tires for our fleet of vehicles, but oil changes and repairs as well. They work with our schedules and do a large amount of our work on Saturday so we don't have any down time. They always seem to fit us in no matter how busy they are. Highly recommended!!!

Every time we have come here, the service has been wonderful. They are fast, efficient, and honest. Everyone is helpful, no matter who answers the phone or is at the front desk. We have transitioned all of our business from other tire shops to just Tire Rama because of the service!

They got me in right away and within 10 minutes, they had my tires fixed and told me that they kept going flat because every time Les Schwab fixed them, they were not cleaning them off before sealing them back on, which made them leak. They also told me I don t need new rims like Les Schwab kept insisting I needed. Amazing customer service. I ve definitely found my new place to go for tires. Thank you guys!

Traveling through with a travel trailer and a truck tire developed a slow leak. They helped us right away, removed a nasty bent nail.

They took good care of me on a tire swap, and didn't even charge to dispose of my old tires. Not sure if this is normal or because they were in the holiday spirit. Either way, great place with friendly staff. Plus it has a brewery just two doors down.

Got my seasonal tire change over done today. Quick service! Have never had a problem with the quality of work, there s never a steering wheel shake or a tire that wasn t balanced properly. Had a nice visit with Jon while I waited. Thanks!

Fast and friendly service at a great price. Lowest price tire shop in town to put on tires you bought online. They also have high quality tires for a great price with other services like oil changes, brakes and maintenance.

My wife discovered Tire-Rama a couple years ago and we've been having them care for our vehicles ever since. They're an employee owned company and as a result they are pretty efficient. I showed up without an appointment at 8 AM (they usually open at 7:30AM) and they had four new tires mounted and balanced and I was out the door by 9:30 AM. I've had them mount tires from Tire Rack and they are happy to do it. They do a full inspection when they bring the vehicle into the shop and there is no 'hard sell' if they find some thing that needs fixing. They'll do oil changes and brake work too.If you are getting an alignment you need to make an appointment beforehand.I like doing business with Hamilton Tire-Rama.

Hamilton tire Rama use to be the best ever ! The last few months it s really went down hill .your front desk can no longer make appt , everytime u need an appt with the mechanic they have to call pat up front to Do his own appt. Why u got front desk help for . Takes a long time get anyone to rotate your tires there always 4-5 hours out and no appt needed . U must be the first one there in the morning . What s sad I have used this tire Rama for all my needs last 15 years .u don t think u should of let all your regular employees go there what was holding it together . Now I feel like I gotta establish with a different tire Rama to get the right service

We thought I needed CV axles on my 08 Hyundai, and TR quoted me about $525 for the repair. They ordered parts and I scheduled it for today. Got a call later and the mechanic said they were not needed...tightened the clamps and cleaned up the slight leak. Wow. Love this crew. So honest. Thank you!

I needed just two, inexpensive tires to keep a twenty year old Camry running on well past the 200k mile marker and these guys took care of exactly what I needed at an unbeatable price, installed. They also changed my oil, which turned out to be less expensive than the other places in town, and even gave me a discount for bringing them the oil filter. A+ for these folks. Need tires, straight talk and solutions? This place.

Was towing at max gross weight with my gmc 1500 from Alaska to Alabama and called tire o Rama and a few other tire dealers en route to Darby (where I was staying with family for appx a week).The staff was great at recommending an E rated tire (cooper at3) that fit the weird size of my truck tires; They even offered me a fair trade in for my low mileage factory tires.Additionally, I was changing out my shock/struts for bilstein 6112's and the spring compressor I rented from oriellys was slightly too small. Despite being extremely busy they were able to fit me in their schedule to safely compress and swap my springs.All throughout the process I felt I was treated better than any other Maintenance or tire shop I have purchased from in the past.

Very friendly, knowledge staff. Great products and competitive prices. Just add a few hours to their time estimates, or more. And they may or may not call you when your vehicle is ready. Just pester them if you don't hear from them. Not real convenient if you live out of town. Seems to be that scheduling is not their forte. Work on it!

These folks make people in this area that don't know a whole lot about how our vehicles work, feel safe. My car wouldn't start last night and I thought " no worries, Tire Rama will help me in the morning" and sure enough! They did! I'm driving again and everyone over there is very friendly and helpful!

I want to give ANOTHER shout out to Tire Rama in Hamilton, Montana. I had an issue with my pickup this week, and the crew took care of it for me. I have been a customer here for well over a decade. I highly recommend the quality team at Hamilton Tire Rama! THANKS, GENTLEMEN!

These guys were so helpful, we were on vacation and had a loud noise on the front end that started after driving up a rough road to a trail head. It sounded unsafe... all the shops in town were booked for days, these guys were as well, but they took the truck for a drive and put it on a lift. Found out a shock had come apart and punched a hole in the metal. They were able to help us fix it and make it safe to drive home.Thank you guys, you're awesome!

You just can't get better service anywhere else. The guys at tire-rama are professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. I just got an oil and filter change, air filter change and a tire rotation for $98 total! And, it was done in under 90 minutes without needing an appointment. I'd recommend getting your vehicle service at tire-rama. I'm happy I did .MattyC

My favorite tire shop. I went to Missoula and realized I needed an oil change. The place I went was great and include a tire rotation with your oil change.I didn't know that and it was way too soon for mine. Called my Tire-rama store to check mileage when they were done and they offered to rotate them back today so I don't have to go back to Missoula.Do yourself a favor go Feb. to have your non emergency needs taken care of.These poor guys are past the being slammed time of the year and can get to you sooner.Excellent service to meet your needs.

Lazy... About the best description 4 guys standing around not a single guy can answer the phone, help the lady in front me , or do much it appears, this is completely a situation of small town all know each other... Because this place is 100 percent dog water, can't accomplish a repair to hard always got to send you somewhere else, they fudge their paperwork to void warranty. And they charge every single person $12 dollars "shop fee" to look in a manual.. the fact is anywhere else in the world this is a 2 maybe 3 star business. I wouldn't Bring my son's big wheel here cause they will do you dirty.... But they will continue to get away with it cause it's a small village. So overpriced, under qualified, the ambience and building has major junk yard vibes, the parking and outside is ridiculous, over all I'd avoid this business if you have an option....

Came in yesterday with a very low tire. They were able to get my vehicle in right away. Found a nail, fixed it and I was out the door in 15 minutes. Thanks!!!
