Rods is the place to go!! They fixed us right up feels like we re driving a new truck very pleased with the service very honest mechanics mike is one of the nicest guys! I def recommend these guys over anyone else in town!

Quality Service and Friendly Staff.I enjoy working with Rod's, they are easy to make appointments with, and are able to take care of whatever service I need done. If you have a question or concern, just talk to them about it. They will square you up and are always pleasant to speak to. All services I've had done here are done professionally and timely. I recommend working with Rod's Auto & Align.

These guys did more damage than good. Took my truck in for an alignment and left with broken speed sensors, scratched wheels, and damaged camber eccentrics. I brought it back several times with a pretty good idea of what was wrong, but he refused to listen to me. Then copped an attitude and said when I took on this, I wasn t buying the truck . Keep in mind that my truck is kept in top-notch condition, and I just wanted an alignment after I installed a leveling kit. He charged me extra for the few things he needed to do the alignment, charged me for the alignment plus labor, which made no sense to me (almost $600)! After several trips back at my expense I finally convinced him to replace the wheel speed sensors, and the problem was fixed. I figured it wasn t even worth mentioning that the chrome on my $600 apiece rims was badly scratched I would ve just gotten more attitude. Then one of his mechanics rudely yelled at me for touching his truck, which was some old truck sitting in the parking lot in flat tires covered in dirt.

Awesome experience they fixed my Land Rover they are kind, honest, and went out of their way to make sure that it was done fast.They were very honest and from the first call,which was so appreciated.I definitely recommend them and will be a repeat customer.

After several years of trusting Rods with my vehicles I am no longer willing to take them there. Failed repairs have forced me to get fixes while on the road. Calls are not returned if the phone is even answered. This is extremely disappointing.

It's hard to find a mechanic with this good of a rating. I now understand why they get such good reviews. These guys are awesome! When they weren't able to take care of my issue, because of my time constraints, they were able to do the next best thing to keep me on the road until I had time to commit to the repair. When I asked the cost, the reply was "No worries. On the house". Granted, it didn't take much time but this was unexpected and deeply appreciated. The guys are super friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. What else can you ask for from an auto shop?

My 19 year old son was working near there and needed a replacement engine module. The part costs $200 and is a half hour to replace. They billed him $700 for the job. They basically robbed him. Rod's auto is owned by Patrick who also works there. 5 star treatment every time. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. Very honest, and as fair as they can be. Give them a shot at being your mechanics!

Stopped in for an oil change and a belt replacement. Awesome service and low price. Old time 1980s wood paneling on the walls. Great friendly staff. Highly tecommwnd

We brought our car into rods because it was having a few problems, however we didn't have much time. Patrick said he would just come out and plug it in real quick and have a look. So he dropped what he was doing to help us out. A real great guy and an honest mechanic. 100% recommend this shop.

My F250 blew a spark plug in Hamilton. Rods was the only one willing to listen to my issue. They contacted a tow service for me and had my truck repaired within 4 hrs. Very impressed with Patrick and crew. Would not hesitate to use them again if in area and needed their services.

Rod's Auto and Align was recommended to me by a friend who lives outside Darby, Montana, and has had work on his vehicle done by Patrick, who owns Rod's Auto. Patrick was willing, and found the time to discuss the symtoms of my ailing truck and in a ten minute phone conversation, gave me a very good impression that he knew exactly how to get my truck back on the road.He gave me a work estimate based on our discussion and was very accurate in how much time it actually took, so my bill was within ten dollars of what he said it would be.My truck now drives better than it has for years. I'm from Alaska, have never met Patrick before, and would not hesitate to highly recommend to anyone that they count on Patrick and his crew at Rod's Auto in Hamilton, Montana to help get back on the road. This was a very satisfying encounter under difficult circumstances.

This is the second time I've stopped by Rod's and both times they've taken the time to look at my car right then and there. The first time was because my check engine light was on and the second time was to remove a bit of trim that was hanging down from my front bumper. They are quick and kind and I will be back!

Patrick and his crew are the only auto repair shop I will take my vehicles to. They do fast, excellent work and back up their repairs 100%. These are definitely some of the good guys in auto repair and they won't hijack your wallet either. I have nothing but good things to say about Pat and his guys. A+!!

This is the third time we've used them since moving here. (Previous times: to seirch out tires and realignment, this time, mysterious leaking.) Best mechanic shop I've ever had. They're definitely the fastest. And they're considerate. They insisted I stay around while they double-checked the problem, which ended up saving me lots of time. They even offered to give me a ride back home or have their (female) secretary do it if I couldn't arrange a ride myself. They are also reasonably priced. They may have spoiled me for any other mechanic, so if I ever move again I will really be screwed.

I have taken both my 2015 Dodge Dart and 2018 Dodge Journey here, 5/5 stars! Fast, friendly service. Fair prices. I have saved 1600 by going here. Will go here for any future repairs! Highly recommended!!

I arranged to have a trailer brake controller installed on my 2013 FORD Escape 2.0l EcoBoost. This Is the day before I am supposed to pick up my new trailer. After bringing in my vehicle for a 1 o'clock appointment I was contacted by the shop who was refusing to put in the controller, first because It was going to take 4 hrs and then because it wasn't safe. No matter what I was towing, even at 2000lbs, brakes are a good idea. He is telling me that he won't wire it at all. I believe he misquoted me on price and is now backing out because of install time, which I explained in the original call. It is costing me getting my trailer on time. Contact me if you don't believe and I have the call recorded.

I try to do all my own automotive work, however I had trouble chasing down a bad wheel speed sensor on my 2005 Ford Explorer. Without much notice my wife took the vehicle in to have it read by their advanced diagnostic tools, Patrick took a quick ride determined which faulty sensor it was and sent her on her way. Great outfit, highly recommend them. I will be taking my automotive work there when its over my head,

Brought in for a squealing noise, turns out it was a gasket that was pinched. It was fixed in 5 minutes no charge. I have gone back again and service was always done with a smile and reasonable price. Recommend highly.

I only stopped here to inquire about a specific job to install a hand drive system for a handicapped lady. To their defense, they were very busy, but three stars because they never even got back to me about the work at all, and it's been weeks already.

Had done business with Rods for years, but never again and would not recommend them to anyone. No choice in parts and no communication. Not even sure my vehicle received the correct part. No one will call me back.

This place I took my vehicle to the one to charge me $800 to fix what was wrong with looked it up online it only cost me $15 to fix they're having a lot of problems for break-ins on cars and stuff there and they're not taking any responsibility for it so think a couple times before you take it to them
