I have spent the last few months browsing for a truck that had what I was looking for. Couldn t find anything I liked locally. After getting recommended quality motors, I decided to browse online see what they had. I found a truck that stood out and was exactly what I wanted. Inquired about it and Tyler reached out and gave me every single detail on it. Any questions I had, ANSWERED! And picture needed? Taken and sent to me right away. I ultimately made the 8 hour round trip to see the truck in person, I was greeted by a warm smile and firm handshake from Tyler and he spoke to me like we ve known each other for years! He gave me all the details including imperfections on the truck and handed me the keys and I test drove it. After falling in love with the truck,I went ahead and signed papers. Took maybe 30/45 mins doing paperwork and Tyler was great at explaining everything in detail if I questioned anything. There was ZERO pressure from Tyler. I highly highly recommend quality motors and Tyler especially if you re in the market for a New vehicle. Thanks again Tyler for helping me out and making the process Very smooth. And I got amazing trade value on my trade in. Only zonk, no T shirt or hat! Come on lol. Come see Tyler and quality for your next vehicle!!!

Got my suspension done out of state (locally where i live) and had something done to my ABS.. I was told from a local to visit Dan, the mechanic, for my ABS issues. I showed up to Quality Motors without an appointment and met Dan, who said he'd take a look.. well lo and behold, Dan found the issue and was able to address it pretty quickly. The staff was very helpful and nice. I rarely, rarely ever write reviews, but told myself I needed to because I was so happy with the outcome! THANK YOU AGAIN FOR HELPING OUT AN OUT-OF-STATER, I felt very welcomed.

We've (business and family) have been purchasing vehicles through Quality Motors for over 10 years. The name fits! They thoroughly go through and fix issues before selling. We have NEVER had mechanical issues on any of the vehicles we have purchased for our family, business and friends. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing through Quality Motors. Sold me a truck with a cracked transfer case and swapped out the new battery and tires before I picked up the truck after I filled all the paperwork and payed for it. Using the excuse that they needed to fix a dash light. To pull it into their shop down at the camper place north of them that they also own. Super shady ripoff artists.

Quality Motors helped us with coolant problem on our truck. We were traveling from out of state when our truck got very hot and leaking antifreeze. They were the only ones in the area who got us an appointment for Monday, checked the problem, got the part ordered and fixed it the same day. Tyler and Dan were extremely helpful and I recommend them for any future work if we are ever in the area again.

I recently purchased a car here and worked with Tyler. It was the best purchase I have ever experienced in my lifetime. I got a fair price for a great vehicle without an undue amount of pressure or negotiation. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. In the last few weeks I've been to 5 dealers and driven who knows how many cars. We knew exactly what we wanted and happened to see it at Quality as we were driving through town. We pulled in to look at it, and Dave came over to help us. Within 20 minutes we were taking it home to try for a few days.The car was in great shape, we worked out a price that was fair, and the entire staff was great to work with.All the tropes about used car dealers were true at other places, everything from getting argued over by sales people to being chased through the lot by a sales manager. NONE of that happened at Quality. There was no pressure, it was like doing business with a friend.I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership if you just want a square deal and someone fun and laid back. Thank you Rusty, Colter, Wyatt, and Dave (yes they ALL helped us) for a great experience. You have more than earned my business and my recommendation.

Called to have an oil change and requested synthetic oil to be used. Got my car back and the paper said "non synthetic" I called and asked for an explanation and was told they would Change my oil again, brought my car back a second time to be told that the price l was actually a synth blend was fine in my hybrid. Okay, I csn live with that. Fast forward to when I fill my car up with gas and open the hood to check the oil to find the cap missing and oil sprayed all in my hood and all over then engine. I had to add about a quart of oil. I called and was told a manager would call me back to make it right and so far have recieved no call back. Will never take my car back again and will do my best to Never Recommend Quality to anyone I know. Super disappointed that a Manger couldn't even call to apologize.

We bought a minivan from Quality Motors and the experience we great. Because of lack of inventory we came from 4 hours away. The vehicle we were interested in was at their Salmon, ID location. I called the day before we planned on heading to Hamilton and they brought the van from Salmon to Hamilton. The buying process was fast and simple. Highly recommend.

This is my second vehicle from quality and I can honestly say I had an amazing experience again, Dave completely made sure I was able to get the car I really wanted with what I had Wyatt and Rusty where also amazing about making sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. I absolutely love my vehicle and they had all the car fax for me so I could make sure the vehicle was taken care of... The blonde haired guy that I can t think of his name but he helped me with the paperwork and explained everything to me. Knowing that if there could be anything wrong with it they stand by their vehicles and will not leave me stranded is a huge relief especially as a single mother. Unfortunately I am having to write a bad review for Quality Motors, after multiple attempts to contact Dan. 45 days ago (yes exactly because my temp tags expired 5 days ago and my title work is still not done) I bought a car from Quality Motors. I had it for 2 weeks before it started falling apart. Shocks and Struts, Air Conditioning, My break pads were gone, there was no power steering fluid and now we are leaking fluid.... Within in the same week we had a friend by a car from QM and it's the same story, theirs was a $4000 fix.I really liked the people and the lady I talked to in Salmon was awesome with trying to help me contact someone that could help but If I wanted to spend all this money fixing a "Quality Used Car" ... I would had put the money into my Tahoe.

I went into Quality on the 3rd for a oil change and was told afterwards that my front brakes were in really bad shape and that my back rotors weren t engaging completely.I also needed new tires, and so I made a appointment at Les Schwab to get my tires replaced, my front brakes replaced, and my back rotors looked at.I received a call from them a little bit after and was asked who told me that my brakes needed replaced and my rotors looked at? I told them Quality while I was getting my oil changed this month.The guy told me that my brakes are in perfectly fine shape and I probably have about another 25,000 miles on them.I am not impressed by this at all. I will not be returning to Quality for any work done ever again.

Just bought a sweet Toyota 4Runner from Quality & it was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Quick, friendly, and definitely made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend them!

We got a wonderful 2005 Honda in mint condition. Just what we were looking for. The general manager, Rusty, runs a first class dealership.So happy we found this place! Would highly recommend.

I have dealt with these guys twice and both times it was a wonderful and enjoyable experience! Their very fair and care about keeping a good reputation. I totally felt like they wanted me to be happy, Not like they just wanted the sale. I highly recommend them as best in the valley!!

Thought we were getting a good deal..Wrong..did the bait and switch..computer.. car fax..all said $10.500..3 owners..need to fix a few things..5 days later, they call, made a mistake on price, we want 17.995 for the truck...Nothing like screwing over a customer who also is a Veteran. NOT HONORABLE BUSINESS

Went to buy a vehicle there girlfriend works at a bank the salesman said that he could get a better loan rate and a higher loan ran her credit dropped her score also her bank could have done better at 4% and they were going to give her 7% and still didn't come up with the extra money like he assured me

Love the people, crappy service on vehicles though.....got our rv serviced there, now we are stuck in Washington broke down after getting a thumbs up from their mechanics.
