Wonderful service from the guys who helped me. And this was not the first time I have had a great experience at this store. Special thanks to the employee (I didn t catch his name) who installed my battery, even though it was a nonstandard install. Much appreciated!

Store is typical of the chain, prices seemed about par for the valley, parking lot and area are a bit lazy, maybe to basic. Coming in greeted by someone fairly quickly, was helped by a young man named Cade, he was great had the answers and the solutions I needed. Never really gave loyalty to an auto parts store but we like this Cade guy was extremely helpful and not pushy or overly salesy. Even got us to sign up for the cool kids club. With employees like this can't see this store ever eating an L.

Tris and Dave are amazing! They are extremely helpful and always have a good attitude. I would choose O'Reillys over every other auto store for the simple fact that Tris, Dave and everyone else there are so great to work with.

This is the best parts store in Hamilton. Very professional staff that are well trained. I spend thousands here, and they haven t messed up on parts like other places I ve been to. They carry high quality products like Moog, Wagner, Wix, Lucas, and more. Huge selection of car care supplies too.

Great service...except when I asked which of the two parts I needed was what, neither clerk knew... I had to Google it...other than that they are good people and I like the prices.

Parking is not so great.The clerk was helpful and. Knowledgeable. I purchased a steering wheel cover cuz I couldn't pass it up!

I stopped going to O'reilly awhile ago! But today another person called in my part I needed I didnt know thats where he shops but ok.. AnywayThe same reason I stopped going there lack of knowledge and gave me the wrong parts again!!

When another parts store said I needed to go to the dealer, and the dealer sent me back to the parts store, these guys knew exactly what I needed and had it ready and waiting on me!! Thank you SO much!

Friendly and knowledgeable. If they don' t have the part they can usually have it the next day. i like how they call you to let you know your part is in too.

Best place to get parts and the folks there are always super helpful and friendly. I will always recommend them and it helps that they are open on Sunday!

Wasn't able to find what I was looking for because it turned out to be a dealer only item. But they were fast in finding out this information so I didn't waste time running to other stores.
