This shop is a phenomenal spot to get your vehicle preventative maintenance done. The staff is always friendly and not one to recommend a service if it s not needed. The pricing is competitive and I trust the staff with whatever service I need done on my rig.

I bought my 2017 Tahoe from Karl Tyler in Missoula in 2021, but currently reside in Hamilton, MT. I have been going to Karl Tyler in Hamilton since I bought the vehicle and it has been a wonderful experience. Great place to get all your car needs fulfilled and in a timely manner! Manager Zack and team always go above and beyond each time! Always friendly and personable, I feel like everyone working takes time to show and explain any issues they find. I trust and highly recommend Zack and team to anyone who needs routine maintenance done on their vehicle for an affordable and transparent price!

Super disappointed with this place. First time I d ever been was about 2 weeks ago for an oil change and I was in and out fairly quick and that was appreciated but the more important part is the job they did, my car was dripping oil when I got home and I returned the next day, they put a new drain plug in and told me that over time the threads in my oil pan go bad, I feel lied to and won t be back.

I had an oil change done today, took over an hour, I observed 3 employees standing around doing nothing. When done I asked if they checked tire pressure they claimed they did and the paperwork said all tires were at 35 lbs, I have tire pressure gauge and they showed between 29 and 30 lbs. I went to tire store after they confirmed 29-30 lb. I asked why they didn't wash the car, they said too cold, I explained all the car washes were open, so they washed it, not very well. Your advertisement states all cars washed, that's why I went there to begin with.also they did not adjust oil lfe percentage, so did it.i have been bring my car's and trucks for service for several years but you just lost my business

This place is awesome! They got my truck done in 20 minutes and the same with my boyfriends jeep, they even did his tire pressure a for us with out us asking, they give you a very explanatory reiept that tells you what is low and full on your vehicle fluid wise. They even filled up my windshield wiper fluid at no extra charge!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Incredibly efficient and friendly service this afternoon when I had the oil changed on my truck. I was in and out in under 15 minutes, and that included a vacuum and car wash. As a new resident in the area I enjoy finding new businesses that provide excellent customer service in a friendly manner. I ll be bringing another vehicle in for service soon. I've never been to a service shop that would let me drive my own car in, and vacuum and wash the car while getting an oil change and OB scan. Jacob was exceptionally helpful, and was fast and efficient with the service performed. Oil prices are high right now, but I consider a little extra money to be worth it for the freshly cleaned car afterwards! Thanks so much, I will be returning for more service in the future.

I went in for an oil change, but I also had some concerns about my fuel filter. Andrew kindly answered all of my questions and also gave me details on the options available to me. I went with one of his recommendations - which did the job - and thanks to Andrew Karl Tyler s is now my go-to lube shop!

They put the wrong oil in but did make the situation right. The manager on duty was very nice and friendly. However, the young lady running the register was extremely rude and not helpful at all.

Good deal. Went in for an oil change, got charged $43, came out with fresh oil, topped off fluids, full wiper fluid, a vacuumed interior, a clean dash and to top it off, a washed exterior too. Not to mention I was in and out of there is less than 20 minutes. Great service!

I originally left a good review, along with a recommendation...even after these guys broke my dipstick tube during an oil change. I figured they ordered the part themselves to fix it, all was OK.Fast forward to December 23rd. They call and tell me that my part came in, swing by and they will quickly replace it. Over an hour later, the mechanic comes in saying they broke my heater core trying to get the dipstick tube in. But, not to worry, they would order the part and replace it. Annoying, but ok. They got it fixed a few hours later. Now, I notice that they topped off my rig with washer fluid that isn't suitable for these below freezing temperatures we have been getting. Topped off and frozen. I'll be lucky if it doesn't swell and crack out my tank.Come on now, common sense. We are in DECEMBER in MONTANA...I'll go elsewhere from here on out.

Yesterday I took our Ram 3500 with a tall camper on it to get an oil change. With the 14 doors it fit inside perfectly. I had no idea that I would end up with more than just an oil and filter change. They also checked and filled all the fluids if they needed it, checked the air filter, washed the side windows inside and out, vacuumed the floors and checked tire pressures. I thought that would be all, but then they tried to figure out how to get it into the wash bay with a 12 door and were only able to get it in part way. They washed the entire front of the truck and camper as far as they could reach. I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of all three of the employees. I will definitely return in the future for both of my vehicles and tell my friends too. Thank you!!

This is the only place I use for my oil changes. You never have a long wait, they vacuum the inside, hose off the outside and have the best price in town. They are great!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

These guys were friendly and informative. They answered all of my questions and told me what needed to be done. Don't think I can afford $90 for an oil change, though. Manager needs to train the front desk person in having better customer service. Didn't seem to understand what to do. The best thing I like is the inventory list on the receipt!! They check all fluids and lubed the car. If I needed wipers, they replace them! Come to think of it, that's all worth the cost! So, nevermind about that. Oops. Go see these guys!!! They are grrreat!!!!

Took my Ram diesel pickup in for 12 quarts of fresh oil and oil filter. They checked my K&N air filter, topped off coolant & wiper fluid, checked transmission, transfer case, front & rear differential fluid levels. They also checked tire pressures, vacuumed the interior, cleaned interior glass and finally washed the exterior. All this in less than 30 minutes and no appointment needed. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and great service!

I don't know about you but I really, really am impressed with. Karl Tyler's Express Lube! The crew is great. Being my first time here I've decided this business has got it going on. Quality of service, knowledgeable people, pricing very competative! Plus! Fairfax will be notified of the work my 2005 Jeep G.C. Hemi received. Its a good place to get an oil change. I need to go to Missoula and I couldn't remember when I got my car's oil changed. I went here at the last minute and was impressed with their service. I'm happy I stopped here.Being greeted here by two dogs was an added bonus to my day.

Return customer @HamiltonMontana ... Great place to get the oil changed for my vehicle and RV. My 38 motor home takes some maneuvering to get into the bay but I navigated it with my spotter and their technician. There s a large parking lot to the south and it allowed me to set up the turn and swing into the second bay with a couple adjustments. As for paperwork, they print out the actions taken and costs. Costs were reasonable and will be back for service again.
