Well let me start with this this is my second vehicle purchase thru Bell-McCall from the time I called to check on the truck i was interested in Fred was on it right away with in a few minute Neil called me back and we discussed price and we set up a time to test drive as i walked in the door Fred met me with the keys in hand because he knew i was on a tight time frame that day. After the test drive i came back and I had a few questions about the truck that were answered right away there was a couple minor things things that i wanted them take care of on the truck they held to there word and took care of it for me. John in the service department was great and communicated great with me. In all I was very happy to keep my money local in the valley. Neil, Fred and John thank you again for the outstanding service. I just completed the most seamless, honest, and friendly vehicle transaction ever. I ve lived in the valley for several decades, and every interaction with Neil and his staff has been an absolute pleasure. Do you want to purchase a vehicle and not feel like you had a root canal without anesthesia? See Neil!

I bought my Ford Escape there a year ago I stopped by driving my Ford GT, and gave rides to Neil (the owner) and his son, Fred. I think they loved it

The owner is a crook. My 2010 Ford SHO sat in their shop for a year waiting on a part that was on back order. We had to keep calling them and checking. They were told what the problem was and that we didn't want to pay for diagnostics as I knew what the problem was. They tried charging me over $1,000 to diagnose the problem(exactly what I told them it was), the car sat there for months after they got the part. I ended up taking it to a reputable shop. I've always serviced this at a dealer, not anymore.

We took a road trip through Montana, and our Ford s check engine light came on. We stopped in, and Joe was great to work with! He was efficient and had us back on the road in no time! Highly recommended!

I am new to Hamilton, MT and needed service on our Fiesta. Having worked for a Ford Dealer in MN, I am pretty familiar with how things work. I called Joe, their Service Manager, and discussed the car's problem. He was pleasant, professional and got the car fixed...what more do you want? A Service Manager's job is NOT easy...He did well...I give him/them a 5.0.

I bought a new 2019 Shelby GT350 from Neil Miller the owner of Bell Mcall. I had some warranty work done by them and they dented my car! Neil sent a Paintless Dent Repair guy to my house to try and fix it. The PDR guy could only get the dents %90 out. Neil claims %90 percent is good enough!!! I now have to take Neil Miller Bell Mcall to court to get him to fix my car. Be very very aware of Neil Miller he is a scam artist that once he sells you something he's done with you!!

This shop has serviced 2 trucks for me, an F150 and my current F350 and I have had nothing but good service. They never try to push additional service when changing the oil. I had an front axle changed on my F150 which took about a hour and it was very reasonable. They had to warranty the instrument cluster my F150 which also only took about an hour. I bought my F350 from them and will continue to be a customer. I honestly don't understand the negative reviews that have been posted.

I just bought a new F350 truck from Neil. He was awesome to work with. No negotiating just quoted me a fair price when I ordered my truck. Small town dealership is the only way to go!!

Great dealership to work with! Located in the heart of downtown Hamilton in a vintage dealership and service center. I've always liked working with Joe in the Service Department and Dave in the Parts Department. I have several Fords (5) and I'm a pretty picky client (as they know) and those two always do a great job of taking care of me! I definitely recommend others to take their Fords, new or old, to Bell-McCall.

Wish I could give zero stars. Joe, the service manager is rude and unconcerned with caring for customers. Neil the owner was even less concerned about how the manager treats customers. They refused to help me with a safety recall on my vehicle that required a loaner vehicle (which was authorized by Ford, yet they refused to even work with me on it). Joe is rude and unprofessional. Very temperamental and resorted to hanging up on me several times. Neil told me that he would look further in to helping me but then never followed through. I will never do business with them again. I d rather deal with the inconvenience of going to Missoula then deal with these sexist men. Lithia Ford however has the same shortage of loaner vehicles but were kind and patient and very willing to make sure I was taken care of

I would give this place a zero if I could I m so disgusted. With weeks of advanced noticed they still didn t have any of the parts needed to complete repairs. Asked for a call before any work was done, and of course wasn t called so paid $270 for what I could have done myself & know did NOT take $270 worth of time. & at the end of it all, was MADE FUN OF for wearing the LEGALLY REQUIRED MASK in the shop. Will be reporting them for not following state mandates themselves. Save your money & buy a Toyota.

Worth the drive to go into Missoula.I took my 2013 F150 in for warrany service to replace a radiator. My truck was returned and was not able to drive 5 miles before it overheated, showed no coolant and shutdown.Furthemore, management clearly does not want to know about their poor customer service or offer even minimal help.I will not buy from them and I will not take my truck in for service there again. Period.

Do not take your vehicle here to be serviced. They will rip you off. Payed over 2,000.00 to have front u joints done. I was told my 2 dealerships ( 1 week later) they either used old parts or did not touch it. Which cost me the replacement of the front tires. I told them about the problem and they rolled their eyes and shrugged me off. I am amazed that this service department is still in business. Talked to 4 other service shops in Hamilton was told by all of them that Bell-McCall is a joke. I was also told that the owner of Mildenberger Motors (GM dealership) owns a large part of Bell-McCall and keeps the dealership and service department in terrible shape to increase GM sales. This would explain a lot. Save yourself time and thousands of dollars drive to Missoula. Unless you like be treated like garbage and paying for nothing. I have contacted an attorney to file civil proceedings for the loss. I have also spoken to corporate Ford and Chrysler. The owners should be ashamed.

I had one super experience with these guys. I am leasing a 2016 Ford F-150 through Lithia Ford in Missoula. Something has been wrong with the wiring. I called Lithia and they told me they were going to charge me $110 dollars to even look at it. Then you add on to that the trip up there and back (120 miles total) in addition to those miles adding on to our lease, and they couldn't get me in for a week. I called Bell Mcall and they got me in the next business day, didn't charge me a dime (as this is a warranty issue) and had it done in a very timely fashion. I am very impressed with their service. Looks like I know where I will be buying my next vehicle. Thanks Bell Mcall!

If for no other reason, you should stop by and check out the 65 Mustang Cobra with original paint and interier they have in the show room. It is a thing of beauty.

Not impressed the vehicle we looked at had check engine light on (transmission issues). The salesman said he didn't know anything about it, the next day called back and said oh yeah I do remember something about that. Was a nice try for a salesman I won't be going back.

Had and engine issue with my Ford pickup. Being from out of town I assumed the Ford dealership was best choice. WRONG! Service manager was very unprofessional with a arrogant attitude. Could have cared less about my issue.
