This place is great! Friendly, knowledgeable staff and great hours. Andrew helped me with a new battery this morning and even installed it for me! His customer service was impeccable. Thanks for all of the assistance today, Andrew! You help make AutoZone my go to place when my vehicle needs anything!

It s a standard Auto Zone, the employees are very helpful and they 99%of the time have what I need plus they do have the ability to order items and usually haven them in within a week.

Every part needs special ordered anymore with overly long delivery date, and even when they are special ordered they come broken and never examined by employees. I've ordered 3 clutch kits from them, with the first not even being ordered. And the 2 after that both clutch discs came broken and missing the required installation parts. Might help if they deny parts that the box looks like its been ran over and taped up. Sadly this location is in the dump, there's only 1 or 2 employees that know anything about automotive repair and parts. Thankfully there's a local napa that goes out of their way to insure you get quality parts that are inspected. Will never order parts thru this location again. Save the hassle and go to napa.

The last 3 times I've come in to buy parts, every part needs to be special ordered, and they couldn't give me a correct arrival date to save their lives. Was expected same day at 4pm, that was 4 days ago, none of the employees know where it went or why it wasn't ordered. For a parts store, autozone is for sure failing miserably. I will be ordering my parts online from now on. Same wait time for a cheaper price.

Automotive problems always bring anxiety but Ian and all the staff were wonderful. Very respectful, courteous and not the least bit condescending to me ( a woman in her 70s). Thank you for resolving my car issues and getting me back on the road.

I was at the autozone in Hamilton today on my way home from work to get some clips for my front end cowling that was falling off and needed to be fixed and Matt who is the commercial sales manager there was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to help me by getting down on the hot pavement to install them. He went way beyond what I expected and it was very much appreciated!Thank you MattDanny

Great store with great customer service. They also give me 10% off for my veterans discount which most other parts stores are more expensive when I ask for the veterans discount. Keep up the good work and you'll have my continued business for sure.

Super helpful staff that have been great over the years. Decent price and quality on aftermarket parts. Plus they care enough about our local community to wear masks during a pandemic with airborne spread.

Replaced a battery I purchased from them that prematurely failed. Both associates, the morning of 6/10/2020 around 9:30am, were very friendly and accommodating. One associate removed the bad battery and installed the new one while the other processed the exchange! Hassle-free and quick! Exceptional service! THANK YOU!!

No better place to go for your vehicle care needs. Great prices on everything you need from crate engines to accessories. They do the check engine light look up, loan tools, check batteries, and can even rotate your disk brakes. Very knowledgeable staff helps me out each time with things I don't know I need like not touching the headlight bulbs with my hands or they could burn out in two weeks. Also there rewards program is great. Spend $20 dollars each visit 5 times and get $20 off your next purchase.

This Place is a pretty good parts house. Other than the revolving door of employees I really like this place. The core few people have stayed but they hire a lot of newbies.

Poor customer service. Over promise and under delivers! Unless you have to I wouldn't recommend going through them. Special ordering parts you will need to keep up on it because they don't. After being told and promised a part would be overnighted and it didn't come by the time it was supposed they didn't follow up until I called and made them.

Manager is super helpful, seems like she cares about your project/ work needed to be done and not making a quick sale. I always respect that. Parts not here at this store, are more than likely 40 miles North at the regional hub, and this store works with its affiliates to take care of the customer.

They just ripped us off for $233 dollars for a part that never came in and the clerk refused to refund us for. Will never shop there again! Disputing the charge and will tell everyone we know what an awful place this it!

been going here since it opened, awesome staff! Always willing to help me out, always great advice and prices. I don't shop anywhere else. Can't tell you how many times I've been fixing my car in their parking lot and there will be one or two Autozoners out there with me wrenching away! Simply awesome!

This store is THE BEST!! Helpful and friendly customer service!! I don't know how to install wipers. The guys help. Wow. And they look my car over when I don't know what's going on with my lights. AutoZone is my go-to place for everything I need.

Ordered flame proof header paint from a store in missoula montana ( a store transfer ) was told it would be in next day.That did NOT happen.... Never got a call ...Stopped in next day and was told they have new people and they didn't transfer to the hamilton store.... Was told by the manager and by the person that made the transfer that they would make it right !That did not happen either !Of course the paint did not come in until Sunday from a different store transfer from Columbia falls....Waited until Monday to pick up the paint .. Again with NO CALL FROM THE STORE IN HAMILTON to let me know the paint was in !NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER !WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE !

Absolutely great experience. Was given a tip that totally worked for my heater core and I would always recommend them for parts and accessories etc.. Reasonable as well.

Greeted as we walked through the door. Because there was two of us another checker came forward from somewhere in the store and asked if I was being helped. Store was orderly and clean. Checkers friendly and very helpful.

This place is awesome. A friend and I needed to give our motorcycles oil changes mid-roadtrip and stopped here to get the oil and filters and to see if we might be able to borrow a socket wrench.T.C. helped us out - lent us everything we needed, wrench set, oil pan, paper towels, the works.Everyone there was knowledgeable and super quick to help.If I could change my oil in the parking lot of this autozone every time, I would. These guys are seriously great.

This store is great! They now their stuff and are professional and friendly. Lori went above and beyond in helping me with headlights. I will always go to Autozone before ever thinking of any competitor.

Very decent selection of parts you are looking for, in a large and well laid out way in which to navigate, with employees ready and willing to find the part you need, for you, be it a light bulb or an alternator. Five stars because I've never had a bad experience at this Autozone.
