Just stopped in for some advice on repair of a loose body panel and they came out with their adhesive gun and had me squared away in less than 5 minutes! Very happy with the friendly service at Action Auto Body. Highly recommended! Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Nici (spelling?) is a freaking Rockstar. She went above and beyond to help me with something in a time crunch. Very knowledgeable and explained things so I understood. I'll definitely be using this place in the future.

I highly recommend this company. They have repaired two of my vehicles in the last couple years and have done a fantastic job both times! They are always friendly when you walk in the door or call. My vehicle was struck by a deer and the door handle broke. I took it in to Action Auto Body South for an estimate and while I was there they fixed the door handle so I could get in and out of the truck, this was even before I scheduled the repair to be done. Their work is of great craftsmanship, they are always professional, and get the job done on or before the promised time! You will not be disappointed with crew at Action Auto Body South

Speaking with the owner, he is a good man. He has been working on cars for a long time. They are straight shooters, and have good customer service.

did a not too bad job......super nice guy to work with!! and an AMAZINLY spotlessly clean shop!!........but after discussing with him,part by part,all the parts we were gonna need to buy, beyond the parts that I had already bought!.......he gave me a price quote!....and we decided to go ahead with it......when the car was done and I went to pay and pick up the car, the bill was $400.00 more than he had quoted me! and he didn't even buy the one most expensive part we had agreed to get new!

The process of working with Action Auto Body was seamless from the first phone call to the day I picked up my truck! Jeff was so helpful, informative, and friendly! Jeff understood the process of working with the insurance company better than my insurance company did. haha. The Action team finished the job when they said they would and did an excellent job fixing my truck! I highly recommend Action Auto Body, especially you need to repair damage to your vehicle after hitting a deer on the highway.

Had our 2002 Acura RL bumper fixed after someone backed into it. The color match was nearly perfect. The bumper, however, is visibly wavy and there are so many dust particles and pits in the paint that running a microfiber cloth across it leaves little bits of cloth behind. Honestly I have seen better amateur work. I did not call to complain - any shop that would allow that kind of work to leave the building is obviously not very concerned with quality control. I'm sure they would have made it right had I called to complain, but I don't want them doing any more body work on the car. Having said that, they were very nice to work with and communicated well. Would recommend that the owner personally inspect all work before they charge their customers.

After hitting a deer with my 1 ton the insurance looked at it and said no problem to fix it (about $6000). Talked with Mark and made arrangements to fix it . Dropping the truck off we looked it over and got the ball rolling. He more than took care off everything with the insurance paperwork 100% so I never had to deal with the insurance company again. A little while later I called to check on progress. The insurance was paying to paint the replacement parts . Mark didn't think it would match well so he painted most my crew cab to match for free . A bit later I check back again. Thing's were going good but Mark said thing's were falling a little behind (his father past away). When all was done and said he still went above and beyond to do a more than perfect job. And still got it done sooner than what we planned. I would be happy to tell anyone to go to his shop for repairs. Just be prepared to be treated like a customer with respect.

I thought my vans slider doors were off the track. Took it in and found out they are not. Didn't charge me to look at my van was super friendly. If I ever need another repair I'll definitely be back

I have taken my 2015 Acura to Action Auto Body South twice in the past 5 months following two separate accidents where other drivers were at fault. The owner went out of his way to make adjustments to my car on both occasions so I could continue to drive it safely prior to even confirming I would use his shop for the repairs. The other shops I visited for bids prior to Action did not offer to do so. The completed work on my Acura was seamless and flawless! I highly recommend Action Auto Body to everyone.

I brought my jeep in to have the hood fixed and repainted. BAD workmanship, just filled in and painted it. Would be fine if when you open the hood, you can see how they went cheap. I was told that it's "ok" because "insurance paid for it". Don't waist your time and money on this shop.

Took my Scion in to get the bumper replaced. The workmanship was great and the color match/blend made the repair indistinguishable from the rest of the car.
