It's a corporate lube shop, so if you've been to one, you've been to them all. Biggest change is this ones waiting area and staff.Thankfully, they do have a small waiting area (just a bench) but it's more then the other walmart. They also are pretty good at telling you times. Last time i went, I was told 2 hours, and I took 1 for an oil change. It was a pleasant surprise, and I'm happy I wasn't *under* sold on time

I went to WalMart automotive thinking that I needed a new battery in my vehicle. Gilbert checked my battery out and discovered a loose cable. He double checked my battery and it was fine. No charge! I appreciate the integrity here. Jo at the front counter was polite and very helpful as well. I will be bringing my business here from now on.Service: Battery

I spent an hour waiting for my vehicle. When I went back to check on it, they had not even pulled my vehicle into the shop yet. They failed to even attempt calling me to tell me there was an issue, and I ended up being told to change my own tire in their parking lot.Edit: updated from 1 to three stars because the manager was able to get everything set up when he got involved.

I took my 02 Silverado in for an oil change and this will be the last time I go to the 10th avenue Walmart auto center. The man at the counter is awesome polite loves telling his costumers jokes and very helpful. The pit crew on the other hand are unprofessional the man that serviced my truck was rude and insulting about my truck and said it was leaking oil everywhere which is not true. They also wayyyyyyyyy overfilled the oil and when I went to drain some the plug was so tight I could barely get it off I m surprised it didn t strip out when they put it in. The crew at the auto center at Walmart on smelter are much more helpful polite and experienced I ll be driving across town to them from now onService: Oil change

My experience was absolutely horrible. I have been going there for years to get my tires changed but will no longer do so. I had just gotten my car home after getting my snow tires put on and one was flat within hours. I aired it up enough to get the car back to Wal Mart and the rude lady who came to write up the order told me that I had to have ran over something in the 3 miles it took to get to my house and that it couldn't be their fault. I told her that I just would like it looked at and she was very rude. I will never go back to their tire department.

Called and said would be there in 45 minutes with flat tire and driving on spare donut with 200 miles left in trip. They said come in and they would fix it and be back on the road. Showed up and they said the were full and would have to wait 2.5 hours but no guarantee they could fix today. Then said shouldn't drive last 200 miles on donut. Thanks A..hole.Service: Tires

Jamie from the Auto center saved our family road trip! We had an oil problem with our Subaru and Jamie was able to help us get our car fixed as soon as they opened so we could on our way to Glacier! Thank you Jamie!!!

Arrived at 5:30 with a flat and they flat out refused to fix it saying they were closing in half an hour and can't. Ended up changing my tirein the parking lot.Service: TiresService: Tires

No service personnel to help you find what your looking for. I had to hunt down a employee and they had no idea where the merchandise was that I wanted to purchase. Sad.
