Awesome service. Was there less then 30 minutes and was out the door. They offer a great military discount. The staff was professional, prompt, and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to all my friends. Thanks for the excellent service.

The lead person yelled at me through the window to stop but he later explained that he didn t want me to drive into pit. I was following the directions of the other person inside however. At any rate, he was nice after that. They refused to do my oil change, due to the fact that there was a ban on Chrysler motors leaking and they said mine was. They topped off my fluids and suggested I get my car fixed at a shop.

In and out, I haven't had any problems with these guys' transmission, differential, oil, and transfer case changed no problems, their customers service is good also.

First timer over here! They were awesome! The service was great the wait was a little long. The price, let's just hope you have the money! Unless it is just oil change then its about max $102. Full synthetic. Encouraged to call them before going they will give you a 10 dollar discount code for oil change.

I had the best service at the Valvoline in Grea Falls, MT. The crew there, Nick, Jeremy, and Ettore and I believe Kyle. These professional service technicians made me feel right at home. Good kind of right at home feeling I had as a boy growing up in Nicaragua. My cousin Humberto had a little burrito stand he wound Tow around my village with his burro, Edwardo, and toss burritos out to the people like newspapers. Besides the time when we had accidents with the burritos hitting people, they were very happy with the service and that s why I said I got that down-home feeling. Thank youService: Oil change

Two days in a row I have waited and waited for service! First day I was told 15-20 min wait only to be told after an hour that it would be another 20-30 min. I left said I would come back. Next day I was told 10-15 mim. Wait after 30 min and no one updating us on the wait time I left. I have taken my 3 vehicles here for 4 years without any issues. Not sure what the issue is now but they should really rectify this.

Was there on 6/1/23 around 930am. Girl was very rude. Had popped the hood before was pulled into the bay. Once in side the bay the girl demanded that I reset my oil light. I explained that I can't do that while the hood is popped. She said we can work around that. I explained I've owned the car since it was new and you can't work around that while the hood is open. When the hood is opened the display will not let you get in to change anything. She demanded 5 additional times that the oil light be reset right then and there. I explained every time that it can't be done. After she demanded it for the 5th time I told her to open the door and let me leave. I ended up going some place else for my oil change. I've used Valovaline for years. After this experience i will be using a different place for my oil changes. On a 2018 Cruze you cant reset the oil light with the hood popped. I even verified this with the next place that I ended taking my business to. I highly do not recommend this place at all for your oil changes or anything else.Service: Oil change

DJ is an excellent example of customer service and makes my oil change fun and informative! My team was outstanding: Nick, Jeremiah and Kyle! Kyle actually found a lug nut that had been put on backwards when I had my tires rotated. Great find! DJ checked my cabin air filter after I told him I had just picked my car up from a dealership for an air conditioning problem, which had tons of trash that the dealership didn t bother checking so I had DJ replace the dirty one! DJ wants what is best for your car and for your safety. I ll always go to Valvoline for my car and truck needs because of the excellent teamwork that is presented and how DJ is friendly, entertaining and really checks your vehicle over! Best place in Great Falls to get your oil changed hands down!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Just had my differential fluids changed this time around. I have utilized them for multiple oil changes. I have no complaints, generally have a very positive experience. Professionally done in expedited manner! You can usually always obtain some type of coupon/ discount (military& first responders %15 off)

The crew here was outstanding. They quickly changed our oil, checked other fluids and then for no extra charge removed a portion of a tire that had gone flat and wrapped itself around the axle of our camper trailer. We had not been able to get it off in our own efforts and while traveling. They were friendly, courteous and seemed to enjoy their job of helping people. I was impressed!

"Valvoline Instant Oil Change 1500 3rd St NW, Great Falls, MT 59404" When I went there I let them look at my air filter that was brand new (only three months old with no backroad driving) just to see if they would try to offer to change it. Nope, kid looked at it, said "Air filter is brand new." and put it right back - didn't even look at his boss or me. Also DJ the manager is an honest man who won't take your money unless he genuinely feels that the service he is offering will help. Madi and Ben also gave me great service and I was impressed with their top not professional customer service. I feel very confidant in going there and being treated honorably and having my car serviced with integrity. I am recommending them to ALL of my family and friends.Service: Oil change

These guys do a good job and are usually pretty quick. I used to take my work truck there for every oil change. Im not afraid to use them for my personal rigs when I dont have time to do it myself. Price for a 1/2 ton pickup with synthetic oil is about $110

I got oil change and tires were checked and they did not put valve stem covers back on. Went I went back to ask for them back I was greeted with total disrespect and basically told I was lying. I will NEVER use this location again. Worse part of it was the person who treated me so bad was the very young manager. He needs to be disciplined!Services: Tires, Oil change

Guys were nice and friendly. BUT, I left with more problems with my truck than when I arrived. I had them fix a driver side license plate light and they somehow blew a fuse ( they think) and now I have no license plate lights. The guy knocked off a few bucks, but now I have to go somewhere and pay to have their mistakes fixed.But, DJ was super friendly and apologetic.

Great place to get an oil change done and you can almost get them done for at cost or what it would cost you to buy the oil and filter very quick and professional last time around was a tad slow but they still got me out within 20 minutes the greatest part about it is zero work involved you can sit in your truck and just enjoy relaxing while they do all the work

They were like a well oiled machine! The only thing I was bummed about was that my 3 year old fell asleep in his car seat and didn't get to see the fellas work their magic! Definitely returning! Oh and ladies, get $10 off on Wednesdays!
